  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

  • shaneswindells Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England

@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Switch then. Cancel your contract as they are breaking the terms by failing to provide the service you are paying for. I’ve just left plusnet myself.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

  • SEGASpirit SEGA Spirit (@SEGASpirit) reported

@TheSegaHolic Oh weird. I have 70mb PlusNet and I've used Xbox Cloud Gaming a fair bit. Sometimes get lag. But I've played a fair few games on there now using my phone, laptop & PC and think it's really good. But I don't have a Series S/X - so maybe playing cloud on those is bad?

  • AlexPimperton Alex Pimperton (@AlexPimperton) reported

@Plusnet We've been trying to get a domain tag changed away from MADASAFISH for over a week now and it's going nowhere, have you got somebody that can help?

  • yanpotatoqueen_ potato queen🥔 (@yanpotatoqueen_) reported

@Plusnet got a new router recently. it keeps kicking me off the WiFi / saying I need to sign in again. today it keeps going to orange, I try to sign in + it says I need to log in as there's an issue with the broadband, I log in and it suddenly connects. I wfh so I need it working

  • dvngl David Nagle (@dvngl) reported

@Plusnet our broadband is out (SW London) - is this a general problem or just us?

  • HelloFromMarcus Marcus Green (@HelloFromMarcus) reported

@Markgsparrow Don't ask the price, ask if @plusnet can keep even the simplest promise. A reliable router is damning with feint praise, if a box of plastic and metal is the best thing about them I've got a really pretty box of nails which is as much use as their customer service.

  • alexpractice89 Alex. (@alexpractice89) reported

@SpaceMonkey351 @Plusnet I have this exact same problem, an engineer came out last night and it was fine for about an hour and a half then it went back to orange again! I’ve messaged and tweeted and no one has come back to me! I’m having to use my phone data to work which is not ideal

  • G__Division We Don’t Need Another Hero We’ve Got The Iron Dome (@G__Division) reported

@Johnny_JI81 The actual service is with PlusNet but it’s through John Lewis.

  • Jay_Bailey_007 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Jay-ChelseaFc 🏆⭐⭐ (@Jay_Bailey_007) reported

@Plusnet Hi switched over from talk talk to yourselves my internet for talk talk has now ended and not working so shouldnt my plus net internet be active?

  • JuppAusEssex Jupp (@JuppAusEssex) reported

@Plusnet It’s 22:18 and the internet has gone out once again - so much for that resolving it today. Over a week now @OpenreachHelp - what actually is the issue?

  • SpaceMonkey351 Mark (@SpaceMonkey351) reported

@Plusnet It's back on. Funny how it came back on at exactly the time predicted by the fault bot. Almost like it was a planned outage. 🤔
