@Plusnet We had an outage in Milton Keynes MK1 MK2 MK3 areas today. Sky was quick to inform their user of this situation, but Plus Net did not bother. Had to phone support to find out after a while. Why?

25 days since leaving @Plusnet. Still no final bill, still a months worth of money of mine they have for a service I used for 6 days. Just completely unacceptable. Would there be the same wait if I owed you money @plusnethelp?

@Plusnet hi I’ve been on the phone over 30 minutes and all I want is a refund that you owe me for my bill as i am no longer a customer. You should have given this refund by now, but instead I’m having to chase! It’s terrible customer service.
