Broadband down for 12 hrs again so far; 2nd time in as many weeks @Plusnet; not sure if it’s the same fault as wasn’t told what the problem was 1st time

@Plusnet hi, is there an outage in Bath? Our router has been out since yesterday morning, we’ve tried resetting, restarting, unplugging, turning it off for long periods of time etc etc etc. The one light is basically constantly orange/red, and the broadband light flashes red.

@Plusnet Hi I am a new customer but i dont know if i have made a mistake I placed the order on 10th received an email canceling my order on 16th so after i spoke to cs who said the order got stuck it but it will reset is this normal practice from Plusnet Have i made a big mistake

@Plusnet we in Sheffield don't have any internet, my husband works from home so that's a big problem. He's currently fixing things around the house and driving me crazy with the noise. Hellllllllllllllllllllllppppppppppp!!!!!!!
