  @plusnethelp My new Plusnet router has a weaker WIfi signal tham a six year old Talk Talk router. Do not sign up with them unless you live in a bedsit!

  @plusnethelp Hi, my 96 year old Nan has just moved to Plusnet.spoke to guy on Saturday who is sending new router as he said hers might be the connection problem. She's since been charged for it which is a bit cheeky as since swapping to you She's had no service
