    @wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

    @Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

    Good morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

    @Plusnet so much for your customer service you bang on about. Placed order for broadband on 13/10 on your advice as would be ready within 10 working days. Now you say it will be 11/11!! We need to work from home! Complaint been ignored. Utter shambles. Complaint to @Ofcom next

    Annoyed and utterly frustrated with @Plusnet @plusnethelp 78 year old mother unable to use new mobile SIM for over a week now. Agreed someone in cust' services to own the problem and update her today with status. So far she has heard nothing. Abysmal customer experience 👎👎

    @nowtvhelp I've been told by BT that I can't uninstall NOW TV on a YouView box also it's not just me customers with BT Plusnet also got the same problem as me breaking up pictures freezing pictures I've been a lot of forums and they still complaints going on about the NOW TV app on YouView

    @JuanckersGhost I get 18mbps on a good day here. I’ve been using onestream for unlimited FTTC, they are cheap, reliable and at least as fast as BT or plusnet (the latter of which I will never go back to as long as I live).

    @reb_femme @Newyorkred01 In my area Virgin causes endless problems as posted on local media. I've been with Plusnet for over 3 years and it's fine..... but prices are steadily creeping up. 🤔

    Customer service in this country is shite! @Plusnet have found line fault👍🏻 @OpenreachHelp cannot attend until 23rd. Odd that considering they have been working in the lane all week and have clearly caused the issue😡

    Day 6 without the internet. Open Reach are definitely self isolating. Plusnet hiding in their call centres pretending to sort things out. This is not just any service it is a f....ing crap service.
