    @Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

    @wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

    @GeekNamedMike We recently had my own issues with Plusnet, after our speeds randomly plummeted despite no detectable faults. However, after splitting the bands per their advice, and connecting my device to the 5Ghz band, our speeds returned.

    @Plusnet Hi just changed to plusnet and got the hub up and running without issues. Previously, with BT, the biggest problem was we kept losing internet connection. Unfortunately this is still happening - usually fixed with a restart. I was convinced it was the BT hub - help!

    Thank you @plusnet for ‘raising a ticket’ and ‘escalating’ for the fourth time. All I want is a connection date, not a call back, not a ticket raised, no escalation, just a Wi-fi connection..... can you please help?

    @Plusnet anyway to get internet help after hours. Been through hub manager loads of times lights are blue. No internet on anything in the house

    @Plusnet my broadband went down at about 3.40pm and has not come back. I've searched online and tried all the recommended fixes, but nothing is working.
