@Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

@Plusnet Need some assistance please. Your phone lines are closed and online chat down? My broadband has just gone off - the box is lit blue but states on devices that there is no internet connection.

@reynlord @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach Used to work for BT and this isn't even rare, they've done similar stuff to loads of people. Worst I had reported was the extention and hub they installed on someone's wheelie bin (in garage) so if they moved the bin the hub just hung in mid air.
