@Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

@Plusnet We have internet, hence why we can live with it. But no phone line. We had multiple visits from @OpenreachHelp who would say the problem is with Plusnet. I'd phone you guys and you'd send an openreach engineer and so on. I lost the will to keep complaining. Can you help?

@ItsJustaRide I have BT and found them really good. I used to have Plusnet and had the same issue so I switched. Much more superior service and connection speeds

@Plusnet Thank you for your reply and for testing. We ran a sort of test viewing Netflix and that was fine so we watched that with no problem. So we came to the conclusion it was BBC i-player site that might be the problem. We will keep you posted.

@Plusnet up to now I have been a satisfied customer. In February I notified you that I was moving house on 31 March. I wfh. I am being told I need to wait until 21 April for broadband in my new property. Do I need to switch provider or are you able to provide a better service?

@Plusnet Hi, you have closed my ticket when I specifically told you that since the technician visit on Monday our WiFi went down again this week. The technician said it needed to be escalated due to a bridge gap. Why am I still waiting?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi William, still no internet 😕 we have another engineer coming out Monday but I don’t know if this will help. I think the line is stuck between Sky & Plusnet & we are on day 18 of no internet.
