    Broadband down for 12 hrs again so far; 2nd time in as many weeks @Plusnet; not sure if it’s the same fault as wasn’t told what the problem was 1st time

    @wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

    @Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp you pretend to be all down to earth but really you don't give a toss about your customers. I'm still waiting from last Friday for Internet. Don't appreciate being told to go buy an aerial to watch tv

    @WeAreOpenreach @DCMS My Internet was working for less than a week, then I was disconnected. 1/ Why cannot Plusnet contact you, and ask if my internet is still active? 2/ Why can the public not contact you, to see if a Openreach team is in the area, and has disconnected people by mistake. (So they can fix their mistake there) 3/ Why can the public not contact you AT ALL! 4/ Why does the public have to wait 3 days for any problem that Openreach could have caused? Get a Systems Analyst in, (of which I am one), to find all the inadequate systems your managers are currently running! Because a 3 days wait for any problem, is something someone needs to get Fired for!

    @ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about £90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!

    @Plusnet can you help? I got an email saying I'm leaving for another provider which isn't true, I haven't even been shopping around. I can't call customer service because I'm working overseas atm

    @DeviateDefiant @MoneySupermkt Go to Plusnet. Didn’t realise how **** Virgin broadband was until we switched. Great speeds, no dropping out

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Same, contract came to an end and they doubled the price. Got twice the speed for half the price with Plusnet. About to quit the TV package as well. Awful company.

    @MarkDavisonUK @EE @Plusnet BTO say everything is good at their end. But then again EE said that too. I’d hate to leave EE to find the same issue (which would suggest BTO)

    @Girlw0ndr I've had EE for 2years now,so far never had any problems and definitely better than my previous supplier, Plusnet

    @LeeJarvis10 If you only need broadband then I'd say Plusnet. Cheap as chips and have acclaimed service. I changed from BT to Plusnet in March, cost for identical service dropped from £78 to 29!

    @EE just moved from plusnet to EE today. Had to ring EE ( only minor issue ) and he couldn't have been more helpful . Credit where its due ! I spend my old retired age moaning about most places ! Well done EE. 👏 👏👏👏👏
