If yr router is so poor stop providing it provide then £35 one you want me to buy. I raised this back in April still not sorted and when I leave I have to pay early leaving payment! Shocking

This is the third outage in the last 2 months and no-one has explained why I do not have a stable connection. Can you open a new issue or reopen 214656792 and continue to explore.

I am moving house soon & just read that to take my contract with me I'll have to pay, but if I started a new contract I wouldn't. Really disappointing & regret renewing now.
