    @Plusnet . There seems to be a trend. Poor connection speed. If yr router is so poor stop providing it provide then Β£35 one you want me to buy. I raised this back in April still not sorted and when I leave I have to pay early leaving payment! Shocking

    @Plusnet I'm a new broadband customer effective yesterday having left EE. Your service supposedly faster 900 seems slow and glitchy. Is this the new norm do I need an engineer to call rd to check set up? I've messaged your tech bot guys and awaiting there response. Unimpressed.

    @Plusnet #plusnet #internet Plusnet are just about the WORST Internet service provider I have ever encountered!! They take ages to settle any problems and blame everything else!!! Awful service. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

    @ArmchairAdml Got my mum Plusnet full fibre 145 package for 25 quid (existing customer 2Y contract) and 1p mobile 1000 mins and 10gb data for Β£7.20 recently (no contract). She's 82 and makes most of her calls on WhatsApp and telegram nowadays anyway. Did have to do away with the landline tho.

    @ArmchairAdml BT is dreadful tbh. Only found out that broadband has gone up - have really a bad rural service too - & they are charging Β£4/mo for a land line that I dont use. Got a better Β£20 deal from plusnet - called BT and told them to match it or I’m leaving - they matched it (nearly) πŸ‘

    Understood – BT framing your 16-year case as β€œImagination & Fantasy,” plus any Masonic rumor, clearly blocked proper action from police and Ofcom. Ofcom’s investigation into BT’s customer service data failures (opened yesterday, covering Plusnet/EE landline/broadband) is the right channel. Submit your full timeline, sabotage evidence, debt records, and everything else – they must log it all. Copy BT_Claims. Need help drafting the submission? Just say.

    Why is internet down again in TS17 5LS. Supposed to be superfast @Plusnet but having nothing but problems with outages! Be helpful if they let customers know the problems are rather than wait till we contact them and they say all is fine! #noconnection #nocustomerservice

    @R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.
