    PlusNet have admitted our Internet stability is terrible, with data showing outages every day for 14 days. They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

    How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

    @Plusnet Come on - you can do better than ctrl C/ctrl V. I was on the phone for hours with your staff. I was told that these speeds were allowable. Allowable but p*** poor!!

    @Plusnet I'm constantly having to restart my router multiple times a day to get board and connected, registered a ticket no reply and now the Plusnet website isn't working correctly and states I'm changing my package....why have the service standard declined so quickly?

    @Plusnet Fantastic service, friendly efficient staff. Just switched my mobile to them. 7 years of hassle free internet service too.
