"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

@Plusnet Why do you have so many dissatisfied customers. Is it A) poor Internet connection or B) poor customer service or c) everything about plusnet rubbish!

How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

PlusNet have admitted our Internet stability is terrible, with data showing outages every day for 14 days. They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

@Plusnet It most, even if only to speak to family and friends, never mind trying to sort out everything that needs to be sorted out! I'll be taking my mobile custom elsewhere from now on.

@Plusnet Please, please give your customers an option to choose the date an phone number gets ported to your account. The date you chose for me falls on a day I absolutely can't afford to loose my service, and there seems to be no way to change it on your side.

@areoff Hi there Andrew, I'm sorry about the issue with that and no it should still put the order through if you're using a PAC from BT within 30 days of receiving it. I'd definitely recommend deleting cookies from your browser before giving that another try. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet Why tell customers they have 14 days to settle their bills if utterly untrue? You cut my net after 1-2 days late in paying my bill. I tried to settle yesterday and today but lo and behold your bloody webpage isn't working. Poor service.

@Plusnet Hi, as a long standing customer really disappointed with the treatment I have received from plusnet. Essentially you are taking money for several weeks of no service. Very misleading upgrade sales call.

@Plusnet OH MY GOD! I cancelled the stupid smart cap on my phone because it costs so much money and you've just put it on again and charged me for it! I can NEVER sign in to either of our accounts without making new log in details. Seriously fed up with this!

@Ofcom @Plusnet @JohnLewisRetail Try taking a contract with them and after a few days, you get cut off then spend 8 days speaking to different people who tell you they don't know what the problem is but you have a contract so cant go elsewhere
