If yr router is so poor stop providing it provide then £35 one you want me to buy. I raised this back in April still not sorted and when I leave I have to pay early leaving payment! Shocking

The reason I left plusnet in the first place was they were putting their rates up once contract ended but they seem to decent rates for new customers. Hope that helps.
