"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

I once again had to cut a stream short due to my broadband going out. My apologies to everyone. @Plusnet this is unacceptable. Never mind that streaming is a key part of my income, we are in the middle of a pandemic; stable, reliable internet connections are vital

@plusnethelp Hello. I have changed from sky broadband to plus net and I was told the service would switch over on the same day, but there now appears to be a difference of 24 hours when sky discontinued service and plusnet is scheduled to take over

@plusnethelp hi team, I’ve just joined plusnet and my mail doesn’t seem to be working. I can’t setup my iPad to the postmaster account or login to webmail. If I go to manage mail and add an account in the online portal it fails to work after pressing add
