    @plusnethelp @Plusnet why if you have a major service outage does your website still say no problems with your network? Would save hanging on wait to your customer service team if you just are up front....

    @Plusnet Registered with Plusnet for internet end of March, informed 10-14 days, had to wait three weeks until 17th April. On 16th April get message stating internet will not be ready until ready until 30th April. No explanation. Not acceptable level of service!!

  • lumynosyty LCtrlAltDel (@lumynosyty) reported

    @mrmumbl35 @EddyThomas1997 You are aware that BT are the service provider for both EE and Plusnet. The only 2 main hardline service providers in the UK are BT and Virgin. All the other providers use their physical services all you are effectively doing is changing front facing company you deal with.

  • _MartinDW Martin_D_Williams (@_MartinDW) reported

    @Plusnet Perhaps less time on joke tweets and more time fixing poor internet stability!!

    The most appalling service in years! I moved into a new flat on the 26th March. And as of today, still have broadband, despite alerting JLB to my move 13th March. I've spent the past 3 weeks calling, emailing, nada. I An absolute disgrace. JL should run a mile from Plusnet

  • Barnardleanne Leanne Barnard (@Barnardleanne) reported

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp appalling customer service!

  • JohnRussell40 John Russell (@JohnRussell40) reported

    @WYeates @Plusnet It's Openreach's infrastructure that's gone down, not Plusnet's. But agree it takes a long time to get through to @Plusnet's technical team to report a fault.

  • WillieDowlingJ4 Willie Dowling #FBPE (@WillieDowlingJ4) reported

    @irreductible_Em We tried two broad band provider in South East London. Virgin & Plusnet. Both promised good speed & service but were utterly useless. For the past couple of years I've tethered to my 4G mobile (EE contract). Far more reliable & quick but of course costs more for high data use.
