Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

@Plusnet Just don't whatever you do sign Doris up to Plusnet. They'll rip her off, cut the service randomly, ignore her calls for help, drive her insane.... honestly, Plusnet cannot be trusted with any customer let alone a vulnerable one who needs help.

Speaking to @Plusnet on the phone now. There customers support reps are argumentative. Quite rude. The network has been rubbish they won’t listen. For the sake of your lives.DON’T GO WITH @Plusnet
