    Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet why if you have a major service outage does your website still say no problems with your network? Would save hanging on wait to your customer service team if you just are up front....

    @Plusnet Are you having trouble with login or password reset that you know of for Plusnet mobile? Cant login and reset has a glitch, when you enter new password it refreshes and auto fills with a 5 letter word

    Seems disconnecting the existing broadband and then failing to install the new service is a 'feature' of @Plusnet. Waited in today from 1pm - with the threat of £65 missed appt charge - nine hours later, no engineer, no internet! @PlusNet can talk the talk but not walk the walk

    @CommodoreLad Yep, 1Gig fibre to the home as part of a rural, govt project. It's load-balanced with a Plusnet FTTC service, which manages 50/20Mbit at best. That's gonna go soon.

    @Plusnet Desige your promise that we would have continuous wifi during the changeover, here we are without any. Really helpful for work. No voucher yet, charged for 2 months with no service, connection date moved 3 times (now on week 6) had to beg Sky to keep us on..

    @Plusnet so after upgrading my service and being told I would have coverage in my whole house, YET AGAIN PLUSNET HAS FAILD ON WHAT IT HAS SAID. WHAT A TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PROVIDER YOU ARE. 😠 😡
