  Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

  Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

  @Plusnet My parents did. They rang and was fobbed off saying they couldn’t do any checks or test anything as it’s a BT problem. As an ex-employee at Plusnet, i know that’s rubbish. It screamed of “finishing at 5 and can’t be bothered to do the checks. 🤦🏻

  @MikeyCleave @Plusnet When I talked to plusnet about this they always said that there was no problem but I couldn’t talk to openreach directly even though they weren’t solving the problem. After weeks of waiting I ended up with a faster speed with Virgin at a cheaper price.

  @WeAreOpenreach Hi, Openreach works at the end of Upper Park Road in the CO7 area seem to have caused a broadband outage for me (PlusNet customer). Connection dropped around 9pm on Tuesday 17th of January. Can you check if this is related and advise? Thanks!

  @Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

  @ianward2000 @ms__care Thank you but I have a feeling that this is a scam . Look at their page 0 followers and they ask for WhatsApp details . I almost fell for it over my issue with Plusnet , they get very aggressive when you don’t give them your bank details

  @WeAreOpenreach I cant get a straight answer! Your communication to my ISP is terrible, you text me to say your coming for an appointment to install FTP but plusnet know nothing about it. 5 months since my order was placed, and this will be my 3rd day taken off of work unpaid.

  @Crime_Penguin Using a Chinese router atm but I can't want to have the privilege of spending 240 US dollars on an "AT&T 5Ghz PlusNet Router" locked to WiFi 5 and hardware id bound to only support 3 devices at a time
