Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

@plusnethelp @Plusnet why if you have a major service outage does your website still say no problems with your network? Would save hanging on wait to your customer service team if you just are up front....

@PaulbernalUK @Plusnet I would threaten to make a formal complaint if the matter is not resolved within say a week. I can recommend Virgin as an alternative.

Absolutely shocking service from @Plusnet - every customer service representative tells me something different and now we’re going to be without Wifi. Can’t even make a formal complaint without passing security check!

@PaulbernalUK @Plusnet When a colleague was getting nowhere with a telecoms company he looked up something that provided email addresses of CEOs. Sent one, got a response and a resolution the next day. Go to the top if you can.

@Plusnet @PaulbernalUK Funny how these companies never want to discuss issues on the public forum even when no personal details need to be exchanged.
