Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

For days now the connection has been poor, about 20mins a time untill it cuts out and stops working. I joined plusnet because I was told it had real people on customer support. Steve 'beyond the bounds of respectability' (@Stever_wales) reported@Plusnet i am unable to reach you on your number 03301239123 from abroad. all other UK numbers I have called tonight have been fine, so I know its not network issue my side. every one of your social media channels I try to engage with, tells me to call the number. you need to improve your AI BOT responses, or at least get the customers complaint read.

Gingerlegs747 (@gingerlegs747) reported@SBarrettBar @zeninternet Same with Plusnet, i switched from Vodaphone when i tried to get in contact with them as my broadband went down as did my telephone and it took them 2 weeks to even reply. No phone numbers were answered by them.
