Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

Woke up this morning with really poor WiFi from @Plusnet. Never had any problems before today. Anyone else having a problem? Noting will work via WiFi? Even my Google chrome won't play the radio it's that poor? Not good

@plusnethelp Lack of customer support. Phoned Plusnet who had me on hold for over 25 minutes that my battery died 5 minutes into the call. The agent phoned me back but had me on hold for over 15 minutes before those batteries ran flat. Emailed info that he knew I had already don

@Plusnet its ok you giving all data what about sorting out my service since go live date absolute rubbish and your tech support very slow and dont have a clue how to sort it just 14 days to go and i walk free out of the contract and i will be gald to see the back of this provider .

@Plusnet Plusnet, we ordered our broadband connection on NOVEMBER 25TH and have been told we’ll be connected on 12th Jan. Really not looking forward to an Xmas day in lockdown (tier 4) with no Zoom, Netflix, WhatsApp, Spotify, etc. Help.
