Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

The only 2 main hardline service providers in the UK are BT and Virgin. All the other providers use their physical services all you are effectively doing is changing front facing company you deal with.

Frank Roberts (@FrankDRoberts) reported@Plusnet Registered with Plusnet for internet end of March, informed 10-14 days, had to wait three weeks until 17th April. On 16th April get message stating internet will not be ready until ready until 30th April. No explanation. Not acceptable level of service!!
