Very disappointed with @Plusnet customer service today. Arrogant male talking over me, not at all helpful. @plusnethelp

Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

@Plusnet Details sent. Very disappointed and if this service is not switched by lunchtime today I will cancel the contract! @Ofcom how long should a broadband switch take?

@misslucyp Had no issues whatsoever with Plusnet over the couple of years since I changed from Sky. Never had to use customer service so can’t comment on that but don’t flood you with emails etc trying to sell you other stuff.

@Plusnet It was ‘a while ago’ but it didn’t work. Therefore, there seemed little point in going through the motions yet again. The service has always been problematic. We’ve done everything that Plusnet has advised us to do, TP links, plug plates etc. nothing has changed

@Plusnet I've had no mobile signal for 4 days. You ask me to phone you for customer service. I can't (strangely enough). When will I be able to make calls again?

Just re-newed my #plusnet package it’s not a bad deal but the customer service guy is only 26 and actually has a landline😳

@Chocomatt12 The most I can get in my area is 70mbps (unless I went with a Virgin and their dedicated fibre lines which cost a fortune) so I’m with PlusNet and pay £26pm and never really drop below 60mbps

@SkyHelpTeam Do Sky contribute to leaving a broadband supplier early? I am fed up with being ripped off by @Plusnet to the tune of £44 (£48 from April) for an erratic service I am stuck with for another 15 months.

@Plusnet Yeah, there's just no justification for a ~9% price rise. I didn't get a 9% pay rise, and I bet you didn't either. I've just requested my PAC, and I'm going to try Lebara for a while. Seems Vodafone's signal will be better where I live too.
