Woke up this morning with really poor WiFi from @Plusnet. Never had any problems before today. Anyone else having a problem? Noting will work via WiFi? Even my Google chrome won't play the radio it's that poor? Not good

Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

@Plusnet Any idea what's going on with your service? The WiFi keeps cutting out numerous times a day and even numerous times an hour. All day yesterday it was doing it and once again the same this morning. Getting quite annoying now

@Plusnet been in contact with plusnet reference refund of charge for mobile and despite being advised on 3 occasions the refund charge will be sent to home. We are still awaiting and any Plusnet communication via mail has not materialised. Please help my refund issue.
