Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

"Chat Now" with online chat help on an ISP's website (@Plusnet) doesn't mean "I want to go round in circles with a robot only to be told to call them". What's the point of it? Gah.

@Plusnet Contacted your help centre and spoke with someone who had to refer the issue to the tech guys. Said he would call me back on Thursday 2 weeks ago, as the tech guys had 3 days to respond (I called on a Sunday pm) I’m still waiting for his response.

@Plusnet I'm confused by your reply "To answer your question about the final bill, once an 18 month contract with us has expired it automatically becomes a 30 day rolling contract with 14 days notice required to cancel, due to this there's a payment of £6.69 on the final bill."
