Woke up this morning with really poor WiFi from @Plusnet. Never had any problems before today. Anyone else having a problem? Noting will work via WiFi? Even my Google chrome won't play the radio it's that poor? Not good

@Plusnet Any idea what's going on with your service? The WiFi keeps cutting out numerous times a day and even numerous times an hour. All day yesterday it was doing it and once again the same this morning. Getting quite annoying now

Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

@plusnethelp #plusnet 1.FURIOUS with Plusnet, I have had to move to BT as Plusnet don’t have fast broadband where I now live.Long conversations with customer services re this last week. Emphasised I needed my email to continue, assured it would do. Just found out it’s deleted.

Looks like little WiFi this Xmas from plusnet. Appalling service, difficult to contact. Ofcom should seriously be looking at them and pull their ads.

Second successive Sunday with barely any internet. Over an hour of outages in the last three while trying to do my job. "Engineer" visit tomorrow, 11 days after fault first reported. "Award-winning customer service", @Plusnet @plusnethelp?

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom 2/2 whatever speed comes into home is wasted by a copper wire connection between the fibre optic box & router = immediate loss of most signal. Tonight, Zoom calls have been interrupted, broken etc. much worse than dreadful Plusnet service & yours more expensive. @TheGadgetShow

Has anyone else has a problem with @Plusnet or @plusnethelp? My mother, who is in her 80’s, has been waiting for over two weeks(!) for them to get back to her about her house phone that isn’t working. She chose them for good customer service. Disgusted.
