Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

@OpenreachHelp It was reported to plusnet but because this issue with the poles was reported 5 years ago and you have done nothing about it they told me to log a complaint with you which is impossible.

All the deals I picked here include 5G, so even though you’re saving money, you’re not missing out on anything. Also pay as you go, so no contracts or credit checks. Not been able to find anything similar for EE network - Plusnet mobile is closest price rise but is 4G only
