    @plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

    @Plusnet I'm in the final week of an incredibly time-sensitive project and am forced to camp out at my mother's flat so I can use the internet to work. I don't know what on earth that customer service award can have been for but it's looking as though changing supplier might be faster.

    Hew @Plusnet, are you throttling my internet during day? Can't play games in my lunch break constant connection issues but the speed test looks ok. So are you throttling gaming traffic? You said you never would when I signed up years ago.

    @Plusnet He replaced the faceplate, and it seemed to work for about 20 seconds, then went back to the exact same problem I've had all week. He then said he could not detect any network problems, though we could both observe the impossibility of connecting, so it had to be Plusnet.

    @Plusnet When will my new SIM card arrive? You’ve already ported my number over and now I’m left with no way of calling your service team. I have DM’ed this account and got an automated reply. To say I’m disappointed is putting it kindly.

    @Plusnet down again... Do NOT tell me it is because my router is 3 years old... I have talked to your techinal team many times and they say they should last 6-8 years reliably and die about 10. 4th day running... It works it stops it works it stops...
