Since reporting issues this morning their WiFi has now stopped entirely and no phone line!!!

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. No way of checking if you are doing engineering. Been down for 45 mins so far. This has becoming a weekly issue now
