Since reporting issues this morning their WiFi has now stopped entirely and no phone line!!!

I know you own the network and I believe you do all BT-related updates, but do you allow other broadband providers to do their own updates on it?

Tony (@Tonysmini) reported@Nigelh7n @WeAreOpenreach Itβs got to be done by Jan 2027. Plusnet donβt supply a VoIP/digital voice service hence the suggestion to swap to BT/EE if you want to retain a landline number.
