  • Kranitoko Charlie Murray (@Kranitoko) reported from Chippenham, England

@JamesNewbon @Plusnet Ive got no service either also in Chippenham. It's the orange light with the red broadband symbol, but troubleshooting claims it's my service not being active yet... Even though Ive used plusnet for years.

  • GavBailey79 Gavin Bailey ✋☝️ (@GavBailey79) reported from Melksham, England

@GurpreetMudhar @MarkmaccaMc Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Vodafone & literally 99% of all isp's use BT lines. I'm not being biased as a VM Network Engineer 😁, but you won't beat VM for speed. A WiFi extender is all that's needed. 👌

@Plusnet I’d made the changes already as advised and it does not work. There is no 2.4 GHz signal. Please don’t make any more changes. The router is broken as there is no 2.4 signal. This is the culmination of about 10 customer service calls since a started the contract.

  • finchinch Fiona Carey (@finchinch) reported

@Plusnet Okay. Thanks for responding. You should really think about having a lower tariff for people like us, in areas where the infrastructure means we have a maximum of approx 7mbps, and frequent episodes of no service at all.

  • skiskool76 Brett Sturrock (@skiskool76) reported

@Plusnet can you confirm if there is an issue with the internet connection in Harrogate area at the moment?

@Plusnet I have just received my renewal price from you for my broadband. The price is £0.99p more per month than the prices for the same product on your website. Could you please tell me why an existing customer has to pay more than a new one please?
