    @GurpreetMudhar @MarkmaccaMc Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Vodafone & literally 99% of all isp's use BT lines. I'm not being biased as a VM Network Engineer 😁, but you won't beat VM for speed. A WiFi extender is all that's needed. πŸ‘Œ

    @plusnethelp hi Plusnet, need your help urgently as my vulnerable parents (chemotherapy patient and deemed at high risk, needing to fully isolate) have significant issues with their WiFi. Since reporting issues this morning their WiFi has now stopped entirely and no phone line!!!

    @Plusnet Do you know about any issues in AL2 St Albans area? Usually we have 4-5 bars of signal but the last couple of days it’s 1 bar max. Having problems running my business with customers going to voicemail without the phone even ringing. Thanks

    @Plusnet In my opinion plusnet give good service at a good price and I can't fault it...my only gripe is last week my router died and I'm still waiting for a replacement

    Just recalling how I signed up to @Plusnet with a Β£75 voucher I never got and if you try to sort it out, it turns into some awful Kafkaesque nightmare where you’re passed from one company to another, no one wanting to take responsibility. Be wary of this offer.

    @Plusnet i have received my new router as you thought this would fix my problem but it has not worked. Still receiving the same issues. Nearly 2 weeks now with no internet. Sort it out or I am out. Simple as.

    @KirstenTisdale I’ve been with plusnet mobile for a long time. Based on EE but cheaper. Don’t support shortcodes though which can be a bit of a pain sometimes. I’ve not really needed much help apart from an initial voicemail issue in the beginning. Been fine since (kiss of death!)

    @Plusnet I’ve already been on the phone. Some changes made but it’s down to the router, it’s old tech and hopeless. It’s been this way for 10 months
