@plusnethelp hi Plusnet, need your help urgently as my vulnerable parents (chemotherapy patient and deemed at high risk, needing to fully isolate) have significant issues with their WiFi. Since reporting issues this morning their WiFi has now stopped entirely and no phone line!!!

  • GavBailey79 Gavin Bailey ✋☝️ (@GavBailey79) reported from Melksham, England

@GurpreetMudhar @MarkmaccaMc Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Vodafone & literally 99% of all isp's use BT lines. I'm not being biased as a VM Network Engineer 😁, but you won't beat VM for speed. A WiFi extender is all that's needed. 👌

  • ElizabethGraney Elizabeth Graney (@ElizabethGraney) reported from Lyneham and Bradenstoke, England

Give me strength please! Home schooling which I love with support from our daughter's amazing school @RWBAcademy but wifi from @Plusnet just awful! Just spent a fortune on ethernet cables and WiFi boosters! #StayHome #lockdown2021 #homeschooling

  • mrandmrscwms mrandmrscwms (@mrandmrscwms) reported from Bathford, England

@MumsnetBath can anyone in Bath recommend internet provider Bath @BathEcho @bathlive as we have appalling service from @Plusnet

  • CarenL1981 Caren Leatherland (@CarenL1981) reported

@Plusnet I have had internet with yourselves for about 2 weeks & it’s been shocking. WiFi disconnecting 6 times plus a day, constant buffering. Please help.

  • hjames2018 @RockPaperWater (@hjames2018) reported

@Plusnet why haven't you replied to my query why you've tripled fees 7 months in to an 18 month contract, based on previous usage so no surprises to you in unexpected usage my side of things. I contacted you on the help side of twitter, (not helpful at all). I'm leaving.

  • snavenai Ian Evans (@snavenai) reported

@GStebson @Ian_urRu @Plusnet They're not the only networks. Phone Coop usually do well with ethical advertising. In the hypothetical situation that *every* company advertised on GB News (which they'd be insane to) you'd pick the one who used them least or were first to pull support.

  • meffewcs Matthew 🦧 (@meffewcs) reported

feel like pure **** just want to watch some good old cs streams but most are set to 1080p60fps and plusnet cant handle that without buffering 10 times within 5 seconds

  • ChrisLennon3 Chris Lennon (@ChrisLennon3) reported

@EllesBailey @virginmedia Keep hearing similar stories on our local Facebook group. If it’s just internet you’re looking for I would recommend Plusnet. Been with them ever since they started. Hardly ever a problem and when there is one it’s dealt with quickly.

  • lmalyondraws lmalyondraws (@lmalyondraws) reported

Dear @Plusnet @MarcAllera @bt_uk I am (thankfully) at the end of a fault w/ Broadband The problem was a magpie (yes, really) but it took 2 weeks I have constructive customer feedback but can't find a complaints dept. only a generic address to write. I feel powerless. Pls advise

  • entwisi ian entwistle (@entwisi) reported

@virginmedia Super hub 3 is the WORST router in terms of coverage I have ever had. EE/Sky/plusnet/ all 100x better than the garbage you provide. Is the hub 4 better? Is so give me one or I shall be reverting to fibre asap. Slower onward connection is less hassle than crap internal network

  • noah_nonsense Noah Nonsense (@noah_nonsense) reported

@EnriccoOttavo @Plusnet If you were really with @Plusnet, you'd know your chances of switching cleanly were poor!

  • SnatchUK dollar (@SnatchUK) reported

@virginmedia Your internet is terrible and I’m leaving you!!! Prices go up often! Don’t get the correct service, broadband speeds ain’t as fast as you claim, playing Fifa on virgin media is the worst , you need to sort it out, I’m going to be honest even Plusnet is better !

  • twittwootoot Cynical image-breaking rebel (@twittwootoot) reported

@plusnethelp You sent me an email saying "Your Plusnet Protect service has been cancelled" and "If you still have the Plusnet Protect software installed on your PC, you should now uninstall it." What is Plusnet Protect? How would I know if I had it? Wouldn't YOU know? I don't!
