That's why I cancelled.

Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims. Need help drafting the submission? Just say.

Alison Lees (@AlisonMLees) reported@Plusnet Why should I phone? The last time I phoned, I got someone who didn't know anything and wouldn't help. It's quite simple. If you email me, I should be able to email you back.
-
Cyberax (@CyberaxUK) reportedHey @plusnet - sent a DM yesterday could someone help with it please?
-
Rockposer Dot Com (@rockposer) reportedIt's now been over a week without broadband and still no confirmed fix time. According to Plusnet, Openreach don't even work on problems over a weekend. Not good enough! @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach
-
Red **** (@RedDyke69) reported@Benleo Damn those half-Spanish-owned companies, eh? Why not go with a good solid British-owned broadband provider like Zen Internet, Plusnet or Andrews & Arnold or even good old BT! It seems a classic case of “do as I say, not as I do” — preaching economic nationalism while happily relying on foreign-owned services to **** up your broadband !
-
MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
-
Chasersgaming (@denchaser) reported@Plusnet hurry up and fix the bloody internet, mobile data is gonna cost me a fortune on a phone contract you made me get for disabling home phone lines. 😡
-
KewCogs (@KewCogs) reported@ArmchairAdml He could switch to plusnet which is actually owned by BT and gives a similar service, but as a new customer, he gets the introductory rates.
