    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

    @AvonandsomerRob @TheTwatRises I'm with plusnet. No end of problems at the start. Advised to dump the cheap modem they give out and buy a decent one for about £100. No problems at all since. Suspect it's the same with other providers.

    @Plusnet The light changes colour to orange the back to blue I did not know did not know you didwireless one as no signal up inthe house the WiFi bad.

    @AnnekaKPerry @Plusnet All the time! We have been with them for 2 weeks & barely a day has gone but without problems. They keep saying the speed is fine but the router is not pushing out the wi-fi. Lots of reviews are saying the router is not fit for purpose. I'm going back to Sky!

    @Plusnet where is my service? I've been waiting since 15 September. All I've got so far is a dead router and damage to my car. Please help.
