    Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

    @Plusnet really are a sack of **** company, aren't they. Imagine not letting you change a direct debit date, but will let you change a billing date? Which is a 'give or take' 5-7 days chance of a direct debit after that. Like, what? Backwards. That's what.

    @Plusnet Renewed my broadband service with you and have had fibre extra for 2-3 years now so was really annoyed that I wasn’t allowed the new Hub 2, you certainly don’t look after existing customers.

    @Plusnet Hi, i have a issue with my boardband. The connection is slow and is never the speed it should be. Not happy about this and just been issue since i had it and when i have called customer service the sort the issue for a few days and then it happens again.

    @nerdysynthdude Virgin customer service hasn't moved on from the NTL days. I've heard from people. PlusNet aren't terrible. They've deals on their website at the mo.

    @Morcia My (old) phone doesn’t support 5G, but I’ve just changed my sim only deal from EE. I got a much cheaper deal still on EE from Plusnet who have various data plans available. Just Google ‘best sim only deals’.
