  • Lockstock277 Matt Wood (@Lockstock277) reported from Rugby, England

"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

  • RP_VictorHarvey Ruth Illing (@RP_VictorHarvey) reported from Rugby, England

@Plusnet It’s also been so odd that the faults team has emailed when they promised to call. The problem is no internet - how does an email keep them informed?

  • DanielmsElliott Daniel Elliott (@DanielmsElliott) reported from Polesworth, England

Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

  • RP_VictorHarvey Ruth Illing (@RP_VictorHarvey) reported from Rugby, England

@Plusnet please can someone help? I’m sat with my elderly parents who have been on hold for over 50 minutes. Not fantastic customer service so far!

  • xray13 steven williams (@xray13) reported from Polesworth, England

@Plusnet I'm not even a customer yet and my broadband has been delayed! But you took my first payment out quicker than I can say plusnet I'm beginning to think I have made a mistake

  • woofstreats Woof's Treats (@woofstreats) reported from Coventry, England

@Plusnet Worst customer service ever! Closed account on 30/01. Took DOUBLE payment. Now holding my money! I hate plusnet.

  • fba_lew Lewis (@fba_lew) reported

Just want to give a public shout out to @Plusnet and specifically #mattwheeler - he went above any beyond customer service wise and even checked back in to follow up with to check if problem resolved. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 thats how you do it. With service like that, I’ll be going nowhere

  • DontFretAudio Graham Heath (@DontFretAudio) reported

If you've an elderly vulnerable relative who's lifeline is their phone, don't use the 'Poundshop BT' service that is @Plusnet. They'll **** the order up, lie, and go and change the number that person may have had for 47 years! leaving them scared and confused...STILL

  • robwww Rob (@robwww) reported

@Hazel_Murphy_ @RichardJMurphy With EE 3G networks being closed down by c.2024, keep an eye on BT owned Plusnet (mobile) their cheaper EE network carried offering should be 100% 2G-4G - if it's not already? 3G not as robust as 2G-4G for many reasons. (Plusnet calls are/ were carried by 3G, not great?)

  • scribbles78 Jo-ho-ho-anna Bolouri 🎄 (@scribbles78) reported

@ultraman_ginger I was looking at Plusnet but keep hearing horrible stories

  • UKSaulGoodman 💙💛Saul Goodman 🇬🇧 (@UKSaulGoodman) reported

@mrbrady72 @Plusnet Apparently they need our money to “invest in the network” because £1.9Bn profit along with a £5Bn subsidy from the government for network improvement “wasn’t quite enough” I’m sick of their 💩 and might just pay to get out of the contract. @Plusnet you can choke on your profit!

  • SteveBPiercy Steve Piercy (@SteveBPiercy) reported

@NETGEAR UK based B&B business here. I need to build a secure network. What Router can you recommend that is compatible with BT Plusnet? I also need Access points with a landing page that only paying guests can use.

  • kmmhannah Hannah (@kmmhannah) reported

Plusnet are really going to take over 2 weeks to get my WiFi set up…so I’m moving with no wifi..any other providers that aren’t super slow

  • MatthewFido Cllr Matthew Fido (@MatthewFido) reported

@rodwhiting @virginmedia Shocking mate. They can stick their ridiculous price rise as well. If @Plusnet can do me a good deal, I'd go back to them in a heartbeat. Great customer service, usually from someone nice in or around Sheffield.

  • napoleondynorod Sasquatch79 (@napoleondynorod) reported

@pipmadeley @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach Sounds silly but do you know if any neighbours are suffering the same issue???

  • _timbo1001 Timbo1001 (@_timbo1001) reported

@MartinSLewis @bbc5live When I realised to multiply by 12. £35/month is really £420! Power of a phone call. How else could I save £400+ Plusnet? £800/hour! Cancel everything on DD. They'll have you back (Netflix) if you really can't live without. Don't trust banks!
