    @Plusnet Worst customer service ever! Closed account on 30/01. Took DOUBLE payment. Now holding my money! I hate plusnet.

    Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    @Plusnet You worked quickly? 51 minutes on hold before I finally hung up - what happens when you work slowly? Your service is shocking and I will be raising a formal complaint next next week.

    @NOW I’ve just signed my mum up after being let down repeatedly with false promises by @Plusnet for a week. Go live is on the 30/09/22. Is there anyway this can be moved forward as she would have been without internet for 3 weeks? 🙏

    @Plusnet just can’t believe as a new customer I ordered broadband & phone service from you mid August with a 5-7 days connection, you said connection would be 19 Sept and now you are saying 30 Sept…. Appalling start to@our relationship
