"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

@Plusnet It’s also been so odd that the faults team has emailed when they promised to call. The problem is no internet - how does an email keep them informed?

@Plusnet constant disconnects 5-6 times today at least, incredibly slow speeds when it is working, nothing seems to fix the issue as after around an hour it just goes back to flashing orange again

@Plusnet @plusnethelp I’ve had no phone/internet since last Thursday. I’ve spent 3 hrs on the phone, assured the fault would be sorted in 48 hrs, been told someone rang me on Sat (they didn’t), been told I’d been registered as a priority welfare case; today told I wasn’t. Poor.

@Plusnet have had no mobile signal now since Saturday afternoon just the occasional fraction of a bar then emergency call only nothing that will make a call

@Plusnet I don't understand why there are so many issues. It's just gone again and won't come back on now. I'm a teacher who is in self isolation, I cannot do my job without internet and I've had nothing but problems for the last few days!

@sarahdal You can report spam texts by forwarding to 7726 (spells SPAM). It'll ask you what number it came from. The sender will be blocked and providers investigate when they get enough reports. I can't do this on Plusnet as they don't support texting short numbers but most providers do
