Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

That's why I cancelled.

I use Quidco for cashback deals when chopping and changing suppliers (insurance/breakdown/utilities)i recently made a complaint with Bt for downgrading my speed from 40mb to 25mb.a losing battle..

Niamh (@niamhrob) reported@Plusnet only been with you since august and every month there are issues with the internet. When it does connect it’s slow and never as fast as what was promised initially. It’s now connected and no broadband. I can see you responding to public tweets and not my private message.

Niamh (@niamhrob) reported@Plusnet I’ve had no internet since Saturday and I just got an email saying my query has been postponed until Wednesday. This is the worst broadband service I’ve ever been with and I was with talk talk for 2 years.
