@eddiecoke I had frequent line quality problems and outages when I sued BT and then with Sky. Moved to Plusnet which was good connection but terrible customer service (account set up delays & billing issues). Plusnet fee shot up after contract ended and the PO deal was too good to miss.

@TalkTalk Had it checked several times but theres an issue with fiber port. Openreach engineer marked job as complete today as Plusnet put a hold on our line (we're switching to them 24th may). We've had the hold removed. Now you are saying you cant get an engineer out for 8 days. Trash.

@Plusnet This has been an ongoing problem not just for us but others as well in Kinross I suggest you contact open reach & get them to sort their boxes out as many are not getting the service that we pay for our promised contracts are not being met
