    Our @Plusnet WiFi has been so poor since we renewed. It can barely hold two IPhones on the WiFi, never mind both laptops for work 👎🏻

    @Plusnet we have no had no wifi for two days in the LE10 area. what is going on? everytime we message we get a text that provides differing lengths of how long repairs are going to take. will we get a refund based on the fact we have been two days without sufficient service?

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     If you have a problem with the installation done by OpenReach or their contractor. @Plusnet apparently cannot contact anyone on the installation side! So any problem with a Plusnet installation you are screwed.

    @Plusnet my full fibre was supposed to be installed yesterday afternoon but nobody showed up. I called at 6pm and waited 30 mins to get through to be told they didn't know what was going on. Can you help?

    @esp8687 Both of my children recommended Sky when my Plusnet (BT in disguise) ended and they were trying to force me to go to EE because we are only part fibre and Plusnet don't do it anymore. I anticipated issues but it was a totally smooth and easy
