    @plusnethelp Hello a plusnet customer who is being continously month after month wrongly billed every month i have to call in and then im refunded. This is a direct breach of my contract as i have to wait for a call handler and this is taking my time every month!!!!!!

    @plusnethelp your service is appalling. I’ve been trying to log into my account for 3 days now and for some reason your site is down for me. I can’t use youview apps, pay my bill and I’m not wasting hours waiting on the phone. I’m leaving Plusnet after 3 months of crap service!

    @Plusnet In the process of moving to your broadband service I have been disconnected by my current provider. You were due to take over the service today but have not done so. I'n unable to get through on your telephone line. Can you get in touch to discuss the matter?

    @amyjaybritton Well done getting through. I spent most of the morning a couple of months back trying to get in touch with Plusnet over my broken broadband, not something you need when you're working from home. O2 used to have the best customer service, they were happy to chat all day

    @howiehok3434 Only down side is that, Plusnet's wifi routers are actually a disgrace.

    @Plusnet Why is it impossible to contact Plusnet customer service as an existing customer? Sales people are available, but technical support is not. It's the middle of October, you can no longer blame COVID.

    @virginmedia What are these faults tho? I was with @Plusnet for 4 years with not a single fault. No refunds ever applied either, we’re paying for a premium service but @virginmedia not fulfilling their end of the bargain. Combined with 1st day of our newborn too 🤯🤯
