Our @Plusnet WiFi has been so poor since we renewed. It can barely hold two IPhones on the WiFi, never mind both laptops for work 👎🏻

My mobile network (@Plusnet) says I used 2.5GB of data yesterday. I was connected to wifi at work and at home and even if not, didn’t do anything anywhere near that data intensive so this feels wrong. Anyone got any experience of what could cause this? Do they make mistakes?!

So much for @Plusnet 'award winning' customer service. Cancelled my contract due no signal. Told no charges owed but still trying to charge & CS not sorting out, not passing 2 supervisor. Dreadful🤬 @itvMLshow @telegraphmoney

@Plusnet Sorry not a home phone issue it is my mobile app! A message has been left earlier but cannot access due to my my log in password number expired. Asks me to put in new number of at least 5 numbe. Cannot do forgotten my password!

@Plusnet - please improve your system. 2 SIM cards failed to arrive and you won’t send it to another address because the computer says no! Being told what to do by machines! Please give your people the authority to just think for themselves and provide better customer service!
