Kept being told local works causing a known issue and slowing connections, but we had no connection. Been with Plusnet ever since who have been fantastic.

Stacey Vial (@staceyv50) reported@Plusnet @plusnethelp absolute crap. Raised an issue on the 10th December after experiencing a lot of issues. Phonecall today from plusnet said its sorted. Its not sorted because my Internet has gone down again. No idea what I'm paying for at this point.
