@Plusnet I can't believe an account which took me all of 3 minutes to sign up for, on the basis that it was flexible and I could cancel at any time, has taken 3 months to cancel!!

@Plusnet Nope. We can’t get FTTP and there are no plans for Openreach to upgrade our area in the next 5 years. Such a shame, your service has been fantastic but I need speeds over 100M now.

@4lanFrancis @tescomobile But you're right about Plusnet. I switched from them to Vodafone last October. Big mistake! The promised £100 voucher never arrived, the speed is slow, no free landline calls and less data allowance.

@angry_tired I 'm merciless on the phone with utility suppliers. The only ones I ever have a giggle with are Plusnet. Been with them for mobile for a while and have a brilliant deal. I'd never move. Wifi/broadband a whole other issue. A pain in the proverbial. Old Victorian houses, etc,etc.

@Plusnet I have a Hub One router but recently been having problems with it. It keeps switching on and off by itself thus interrupting the internet use Does this a couple of times a day. I have tried all your fixes Can I please have this replaced by one of your Hub Two routers
