Our @Plusnet WiFi has been so poor since we renewed. It can barely hold two IPhones on the WiFi, never mind both laptops for work 👎🏻

Judging by the call my retired teacher mother just had with @Plusnet its less ‘good, honest’ broadband from Yorkshire & more ‘angry, rude, patronising’ broadband from Yorkshire Anyone else been on the receiving end of this fabulous shining exemplar of customer service? #PlusNet

Finally dropped virgin media. Having outages that we're never reported, constant problems the user gets blamed for and then raising the price was just too much. Hopefully plusnet will provide a better service, they always have in the past!

@teenagegma Baseline routers are poor, especially with a larger number of connections. I went Plusnet, fastest base speed for address, and then invested in a wifi mesh for the house. The Google Nest WiFi is brilliant for our big brick walls. I would recommend something similar.

@Plusnet my broadband is so slow it won't even run a speed test. How did you win customer of the year?? There is no way to contact you so am going to write to ombudsman to try to leave, unless you contact me via this and sort it! Awful. Avoid. Used to be good.
