@PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

@SkyHelpTeam hi....is there a broadband issue! All weekend it's been off on and losing sky q! super fast it certainly isn't and I honestly cant be doing with turning everything off just to get what I pay for! never had this issue with @Plusnet chaps help. S44

@Plusnet The connection is very poor on all phones and tablets. We are constantly using our mobile data. How can you say there's no issues for 2 weeks when you said there was an issue in my area.
