    @PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

    @Plusnet I am already set up with virgin media. My WiFi has been shockingly slow. The other reason was the bill was increasing to £47 per month.

    @Plusnet extremely disappointed with the service from Plusnet. Accout opened based on a welcome gift. My retired mum missed the email to ‘claim’ the gift, and there is no apparently nothing they can do! So poor

    @Effiedeans @TalkTalk @Plusnet I've switched from BT to Sky to Plusnet, never had any issues or gaps in service I assumed the *** from openreach just rocks up and moves the cable about at the exchange/box on change over day

    @MarcAllera @EE That's really good news @MarcAllera but can you tell me why your 'refund system' is broken? It's now 6 weeks since Plusnet suppose to refund what's owed to me. Raised complaints and spoken to 3 'advisors' with no sign of resolution. Have a nice day.

    @eliistender10 Only if your service provider support ls short number messaging. Your mobile service wouldn’t support this would it @Plusnet?

    @Plusnet service has gone live today but I'm still unable to add BT sport and today is the end of the promotion which I signed up for. No answer on your help line for 20 mins. Can someone help?

    Calamity! Tried to go online on laptop & no internet. Was working yesterday. Rang plusnet on landline (cos still no mobile) & told there is a service outrage in my area till 3 Oct. Had to resort to local Wetherspoons with v old slow tablet to get online. Now off to buy new phone.
