@PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

@JamesStant @bt_uk PlusNet has been very good for me over the last 15 years. Can't really tell you about customer service, though, as I've basically never had to use it. Upgrades have always been very smooth.

@Plusnet Sure. Love the business model: i) Take customer's money. ii) Fail to provide service. iii) Make customer jump through hoops to cancel. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
