@PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

If you are thinking of going with @Plusnet for your internet DON’T. They have the worst service I have ever experienced. Stay away honestly it is not worth the torment. Hours on the phone speaking to several people and issues still not sorted. AVOID!

@plusnet your need to embrace social media and TELL people when there is an outage with a resolution time. It’ll prevent huge call volumes. Your status page wasn’t updated and neither was a pre-recorded message on your support line. #basics #fail #outage

Anyone thinking of using Plusnet just now, think again, signed up and paid upfront for a service 19 Aug which expected to commence 26 Aug… I’m still waiting and advised at 18:15 tonight by not so Plusnet that they might connect me by 30 Sept 🤬

@Plusnet why is no one responding? Our phone and Internet has been down since Tuesday. There is a fault outside the property and I'd like to know when someone is likely to look at it!
