    If you are thinking of going with @Plusnet for your internet DON’T. They have the worst service I have ever experienced. Stay away honestly it is not worth the torment. Hours on the phone speaking to several people and issues still not sorted. AVOID!

    @PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

    @plusnethelp Can anyone tell me if BT has throttled down the bandwidth on broadband. I am having lots of problems streaming TV and using the internet with constant drop outs or slow downs. I don't think it's my router or connection as they were all replaced by Plusnet in August.

    i have sent about 8 to 10 speed tests to plusnet and they where done from bt,ofcom,and uswitch every time below 30mbs down load and as low as 4mbs this broadband is crap dont trust them if they say you get the right speed you dont please do your own speed tests regular fight back

    @Plusnet thank you to a lovely lady called Jess Moore who work’s in customer support. Since the begging of December she has been calling me and advising me on how to fix the disconnection my broadbands keeps having. On Tuesday an engineer came out and I do believe it has worked

    @plusnethelp Hi there. I was initially due to transfer over on the 18th Dec, but there was a delay in transferring the no. Today my current provider confirmed my contract ended & my plusnet status is still pending. I have no phone or wifi. Can you assist? Your phone line is down

    @Plusnet wild ride you killed my brother April 28th forced to go in work in sheffield plusnet office refused work from home due to money constraints and advsed dont work dont get paid You killef him so you horrible company wild ride indeed will see you in 2021

    @Plusnet Maybe fix your Internet from dropping out every five minutes, seriously trying to work from home whilst using plusnet is like trying to get blood out of a stone! Horrendous service!
