    @PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

    @Plusnet I’ve had no internet since Saturday and I just got an email saying my query has been postponed until Wednesday. This is the worst broadband service I’ve ever been with and I was with talk talk for 2 years.

    Plusnet phone support is helpful, but I was slightly concerned that they did "data security" by asking me two characters from my password. The password I had set for use logging into the web site. You know... the one that SHOULD have been securely hashed on the server. Hmm...

    @Plusnet Let me rephrase - Are there any known faults issues or bugs that would allow the router password to be reset by some means other than the person who has the admin password for 192.168.1.254, and what is the likely hood of that occurring? I did not alter the password.

    Yet again, @Plusnet is absolute bullshit. All these adverts saying this award, that award, another award..........only award they deserve is the worst provider in Internet history......and this is.after being with them less than 3 months

    @Plusnet we signed up at the weekend but need to change the activation date . Please can you advise if we can do this without phoning ? Help assistant doesn’t seem to be available ? Many thanks

    @ispreview I once looked at Plusnet for pricing. It took 20 minutes, a call to them and a spreadsheet to work out. Why? Introductory discounts for the first few months and entirely different minimum contract lengths for broadband and fixed line service. Ended up not competitive.
