@PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

@mdsmash @BBCTech I think the issue there is the fact you're with EE. I'm with Plusnet, pay £21 p/m on a 12 month contract, got a £60 reward card and get my max theoretical speed for my area (40mbps) and get a minimum guaranteed speed else I can exit early. You've just got to shop around.

@Plusnet The ongoing problems with my broadband is the consistent dropping of speed and connection resulting in very poor performance and me being unable to stream any kind of media.

@plusnethelp wifi has been going on and off for almost 2 hours now. Is this an issue that you are aware of and working on? I've seen a few tweets from others who have this for days or even weeks! #plusnet

Dear @Plusnet I have been a customer since Jan 2020 and have had your broadband service at my house. I am resorting to sending you this message because despite spending hours ringing your support team and talking to people my broadband issues have not been fixed or fully sorted.

@AlecMuffett PlusNet is the one I know of. As I understand it, MVNO’s don’t have to support short codes. So despite using EE which does allow sms spam reporting, PlusNet does not allow it.

@Sheffield_Skate @andrewspoooner @plusnethelp I always laugh when people rave about the quality of service from PlusNet, and say how they're much faster/more reliable than BT.

@eva_angel9 Have you talked to them about your router. I was with sky for years and when it got bad they replaced the router. I joined plusnet last year and had issues until they changed the router for a better one. All good now. The pipes are the same whoever you are with.
