  If you are thinking of going with @Plusnet for your internet DON’T. They have the worst service I have ever experienced. Stay away honestly it is not worth the torment. Hours on the phone speaking to several people and issues still not sorted. AVOID!

  @PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

  @gary_mutimer @EE Total con. What's the use of being hassled by Plusnet to move to fibre broadband and getting a copper speed. Rank customer service. After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???

  @Plusnet Sky routers used to connect to my WiFi extender and work just fine Your Plusnet routers are awful, spotty connection at best, at least 2-3 times I have to wait 10+ minutes to reconnect. Was promised same speed yet I received slower less reliable internet.

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   @Plusnet are Openreach coming today to fix fault?The engineers came yesterday and found the fault. It was caused by the is pavement being dug up and wire cut. They have identified where the break is. Openreach have said you have to contact them, Ofcom rules.
