We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

ShallotOrNot (@OrShallot) reported@Felix_F_Fern In all seriousness, they live somewhere else now & the coverage is pretty good - a few blindspots but the house is an odd shape - & the customer service is excellent. I used to have plusnet & again good coverage & customer service.

Plusnet just fully didn't work when we were with them, hub broke+

Having said I don't mind waiting, bit surprised the wait is so long, because I chose 'Thinking of becoming a customer'.

Noticed a load of calls on landline that have never made on latest bill and v.quick to answer at 7.30pm on Saturday night, dealt with refund and also helped sort dial tone. Excellent customer service! #plusnet #customerservice

ROBERT JOHNSON (@robjo2112) reported@WeAreOpenreach Each time they lie through their teeth, it will appear on here and be reported to my MP, who is in this for me. They call it a mass outage and then email him saying 5 houses are affected. @Plusnet should cancel the account with no fees to pay (£159 exit) because of this.
