@PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

Ooh so I swapped from virgin to @Plusnet @plusnethelp yesterday, I paid 50quid for installation, and I've been without any #broadband service. That means no TV &no Internet unless I use my phone. Well done #plusnet for being no help whatsoever! #Useless

My friend is 82 years old we reported a fault to Plusnet on the 20 November. Her internet connection speed is now .3 well below the minimum allowed by law. Today New Years Eve Plusnet phoned to talk her through the problem. What a joke.

@plusnethelp hello! I’m changing my wifi from plusnet to talk talk and it’s due to switch tomorrow however the plus net broadband is not working now and the switchover hasn’t complete yet. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Getting a really poor service from @Plusnet, almost 2 weeks without broadband at a very difficult time of year and a series of vague and misleading promises. Just shoddy!

Anyone had problems with PlusNet/Openreach broadband? We have family who switched in mid Dec & still waiting to be connected. Latest news: they’ll be without internet until mid Jan. Keen to hear who’s had similar problems to help lodge a joint complaint. Reply or DM #tier4 #tier5

@plusnethelp my parents are currently with plusnet broadband and have upgraded to fibre with plusnet (activation date 11th January). The router has already arrived and my parents will need my help setting up the router. Am I able to set up the router ahead of activation day?(1/2)

@TalkTalk I did and got ignored plus I don't care about it anymore. I'm happy with plusnet and they customer service and service they provide. Thanks but no thanks not getting involved with talk talk again not worth the hassle or stress, case closed for me
