    @PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

    @bmc875 Hello, For a short time this morning a small number of customers were experiencing problems connecting to their Broadband service. We worked quickly to resolve the issue and we are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. All the best - Beth Plusnet Sheffield

    @Plusnet excellent service from plusnet. Internet kept dropping out came out did line check. No internal fault. Arranged for BT engineer today they found broke external wire. Now replaced and all sorted.

    Spitting tacks at #PlusNet. Shared house of 4 students, totally dependent on internet for their studies. Internet went down on Saturday; earliest they could get send an engineer was today, but he didn’t show. (Long lunch?) They now say it’ll be another week. Is this acceptable?

    @Plusnet Thank you. I think it would have helped if your customer service centre informed customers there was a widespread outage before cutting the line off. Wonder if there will be any compensation for loss of service considering many of us are still working from home?

    @Plusnet Well it went down at around 12:30 this morning as a number of devices went offline, your site wasn't reflecting this at 8am. It still looks to be down now as I'm not able to connect to anything at home! Is this still an ongoing outage?

    @Plusnet Thank you That might help...I'll give it a go I really don't want to move suppliers if I can help it although it's becoming a real consideration with the up & down quality of the experience making running a business very tricky indeed

    @Plusnet I don’t consider 10 hours a “short time”, maybe in your world where you’re constantly losing the service overnight!
