@PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

Been with @Plusnet 5 years. New Android could not access home router, but can access other routers. Customer support said it was my device so I had to sort it out myself. I found answer on Plusnet customer forum: factory reset router. I just went to a new broadband provider.

@Plusnet - I haven't been able to access my Plusnet Webmail account for at least three days this week. Is there anything wrong with the webmail service? Please advise. My login details are correct but the login attempt keeps on getting rejected in Outlook.

@Plusnet is anyone answering the phones today? Spent 40 minutes trying to get through yesterday, still on hold for a similar time today. Have also sent a message through my account with no response. Hardly the great customer service you promised 😕

speeds with @Plusnet gave gone down from 50+mbps to 17.7mbps and apparently theres no live chat on the website now... :(
