Do yourself a favour and never sign up to @Plusnet @plusnethelp. I always used to recommend them to customers but my own experience recently has been terrible. Incompetent and for a communication company, their communication is none existent.

@PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

@TendaWifi Thanks for the reply @TendaWifi but after some more troubleshooting last night it’s not the Nova MW3s at fault, the problem is that my @Plusnet Hub One DHCP server has stopped giving out and renewing IP addresses.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp and @plusnet is absolutely joke 26 hours and no response on twitter, on facebook after 23 hours i get response asking me for my mobile number a how they can help me and after that massage no response for so far next 3 hours I am assuming it will take another 20 hr

@WeAreOpenreach hi, my broadband with Plusnet was due to go live yesterday. However it hasn’t, and they keep mentioning there has been a delay with the provider (you). They mentioned something about the “frames”. I live in Salford. Are you aware if there is an issue at your end?

Funny how Plusnet only offered us a contract renewal AFTER we've switched to virgin. And I STILL have to deal with their shitty queues to cancel the service, because apparently they don't do that if you switch to virgin. I've said it before and I'll say it again. **** plusnet

@plusnethelp Phone and broadband down and when I called customer services, their systems are down . How do I report my problems and get them sorted, if the issue is not registered with anybody and it takes 40 minutes at least to get throuhlght to plusnet on the phone.

Hi @Plusnet I've been with you for years. I'm out of contract and can save £15 per month if I sign up to a fixed term contract. Why not just charge me your cheaper contract price for my service for being a loyal customer?

@plusnethelp I DM'd you yesterday but no reply as yet. My new Plusnet broadband contract was due to go live on 27th November and didn't. I spoke to technical support on 3rd December and was assured it would be absolutely sorted by 7th (yesterday). Today - still no broadband. HELP

@Plusnet @plusnethelp pretty poor. Phone and internet cut off through your mistake, 2.5hrs of calls with no resolution. Message today to say 24hrs+5 working days before i have internet again. No mention of paying for no service. Will be cancelling my account renewal
