    @Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

    @snazpizaz @Plusnet I keep seeing the same identical response and the Service Status page gives no indication of progress being made. Can I get my emails diverted to my gmail or is there nother way of access my messages?

    Latest status update from #Plusnet expected 8am, 11th November! No emails service until at least then!

    @SharonGChiara @TheSYLEPress @Plusnet Well it looks like they have decided that as well as not updating the status of the problem for 6 hours now they can even update the time of when we can expect an update!

    @Plusnet "award-winning customer service", huh? Yet AGAIN no Service Update provided at the promised time (i.e. 2.30, it now being 2.37)! At this rate you'll soon be ousting Vodafone in my Worst Customer Service of All Time charts.

    @Plusnet I have had a really frustrating call to you ‘help’ line … being told I probably won’t have emails for the rest of the week or longer!!! His actual words. I need to have incoming emails urgently!

    @AndrewCollins @Plusnet Not been able to receive emails since 1 o'clock this morning. It's now been down for over 13 hours. Not very good for a BT company.

    @AndrewCollins @Plusnet They’ve always been great for me in terms of customer service, have just remembered though that I get my mobile phone with them and not internet coverage… sorry for the senior moment, good luck!
