    @Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

    @Plusnet need to ask if your system is down. My phone and laptop are showing wifi but no internet connection. Have tried rebooting the router to no avail and am chewing up data on my mobile. Help!

    @plusnethelp I have purchased a new tplink router as reading issues people are having with the plusnet hub I have no faith in it. This appears to have rectified the issue. Is there a way to be reimbursed for the cost of getting my broadband working ?

    @openreach_help Broadband been down nearly 24 hours now. Supplier Plusnet tell me it's multi-supplier issue, 100s of homes affected & Openreach are responsible. I can't find any information anywhere about whats wrong & when you are going to fix it. exchange is STSHABY

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp why is your service so awful and why can't I get hold of anyone to sort it? Been trying since yesterday, live chat disabled, multiple phone calls, the longest lasted 55 minutes and still no response, private msgd on here, still nothing!

    @ejames500 @Plusnet personally I'd stick with Plusnet. they are all just as bad. Vodafone screwed me over last year it took hours to sort out. TalkTalk had the worst online rants last I checked. And I'm sat here with no broadband trying to get through to them though, it's generally reliable.💤

    @ejames500 @Plusnet Basically seems like a choice between Vodafone and Plusnet TalkTalk have many bad things said about them.
