    @Plusnet need to ask if your system is down. My phone and laptop are showing wifi but no internet connection. Have tried rebooting the router to no avail and am chewing up data on my mobile. Help!

    Is anyone else here a @Plusnet customer? I'm having the mother of all internet hassles at the moment. The router is working and I have wifi but no internet. Are they down? Have re booted etc but to no avail. It's been almost an hour.

    @Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled ๐Ÿ˜‘ trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

    @MartinSLewis Broadband with Plusnet for 2 years, this year's quote ยฃ15 per month higher than vodaphone.. asked what was going on, told our customer service is better, vodaphone ยฃ25pm vs ยฃ40 AND vodaphone additionally offered ยฃ150 tesco voucher.. Absolute no brainer ! Thx MSL

    @BasilTheGreat It's worse, if you have BT, EE, or Plusnet broadband with their router, part of YOUR bandwidth & electricity is used to help provide THEIR public WiFi network. (It's hidden in the Ts & Cs but you can opt out in your account settings)

    Plusnet is absolutely garbage no option to cancel online have to call them. Plus their website has been down for ages to even get that number. Joke.

    @Plusnet how incompetent can a company be? forced me to transition to EE without my consent, closed my account now threatening legal action for non payment of cancellation fees. Spent days on phone with you and EE nobody wants to own the issue. Refused to give an email address

    My sister who was with plusnet but was then changed to EE ( Both part of B.T.) It has taken 3 mnths but they have lost her landline , given another which means telling everyone. So Brit Telecom not world leaders in communication but champions of very poor service .

    @NtantuNow @virginmedia Switch to @Plusnet . Havenโ€™t had a single outage in 2 years sine watching. With Virgin it happened twice in 6 months of joining lol

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Same, contract came to an end and they doubled the price. Got twice the speed for half the price with Plusnet. About to quit the TV package as well. Awful company.

    It's now been over a week without broadband and still no confirmed fix time. According to Plusnet, Openreach don't even work on problems over a weekend.Not good enough! @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach

    @Plusnet we were without internet for best part of 2 weeks at the end of June going into July, was fixed 6th Julyโ€ฆ was told we would be entitled to retrospective compensation off the bill (which was never properly explained) so I phoned up
