@Plusnet need to ask if your system is down. My phone and laptop are showing wifi but no internet connection. Have tried rebooting the router to no avail and am chewing up data on my mobile. Help!

@Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

@Plusnet Sent me a £75 reward card for signing up to another contract, which doesn't work. Endless calls to Cs to be told I have to contact the company 'Purecard' THEY use to send them! Disinterested CS passing the buck. Unacceptable! What happened to the brilliant Plusnet I had?

And @Plusnet is planning to charge me hundreds of pounds for breaking a TERRIBLE contract with awful service, NOW they take the cake by asking me to send back the router. Do you people have NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICIES AT ALL?? Wow. Just wow. Is @Ofcom listening?

@Plusnet Hi there, I've had an outage with my internet since 10am this morning. It still hasn't came back up as yet... I've reset router multiple times. Removed ethernet cable. Router is connected but just no internet access.

@GreyAreaUK All providers will be going this way to support the PSTN being retired and replaced with VoIP. Should be okay in general (not withstanding the ongoing issues my mother has had with KCOM). I'd trust PlusNet much more with this.

@hannahsquill @Plusnet I think the problem is that, like your London trip, you will be using more data than usual, and it is better to have systems that avoid using data at all (e.g. pre-recorded music).

@Plusnet Hello, can you find out from your end what has caused my router to disconnect at least 3 times this morning, eventually restarting itself and now is completely red? Yes I can restart it manually but I am concerned about the frequency of the issue today. Thanks
