I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Only found out that broadband has gone up - have really a bad rural service too - & they are charging Β£4/mo for a land line that I dont use. Got a better Β£20 deal from plusnet - called BT and told them to match it or Iβm leaving - they matched it (nearly) π
