    @Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled πŸ˜‘ trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

    @Plusnet need to ask if your system is down. My phone and laptop are showing wifi but no internet connection. Have tried rebooting the router to no avail and am chewing up data on my mobile. Help!

    Is anyone else here a @Plusnet customer? I'm having the mother of all internet hassles at the moment. The router is working and I have wifi but no internet. Are they down? Have re booted etc but to no avail. It's been almost an hour.

    @R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     Sadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.

    @Benleo @virginmedia I had a similar issue with plusnet and open reach, still waiting for the fibre to be fitted. I think it's the beginning of the end for this level of poor service, people have had enough.

    Slighty worried about @Plusnet cust service as a @bt_uk shareholder... he said it wasn't part of his job to know about the direct debit guarantee!

    @Plusnet hi I am considering switching to your service but I have a very large garden so need to speak to someone in regards signal to end of garden but the phone line has a huge wait.
