    @Plusnet need to ask if your system is down. My phone and laptop are showing wifi but no internet connection. Have tried rebooting the router to no avail and am chewing up data on my mobile. Help!

    @Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

    Is anyone else here a @Plusnet customer? I'm having the mother of all internet hassles at the moment. The router is working and I have wifi but no internet. Are they down? Have re booted etc but to no avail. It's been almost an hour.

    @Plusnet You folks said the new router would fix my speed issues and would go straight to fibre broadband, new router is still showing same DSL speeds.

    @bt_uk I would recommend you avoid signing up with BT, they are a bunch of crooks, If you signup for a plan and they keep putting the cost up, never happened with Plusnet or Talk Talk.

    @Plusnet you make a big thing about your customer service well its not great CS to take 20 days to refund me my initial payment that I've cancelled because of the MASSIVE delay in you providing service, your agent didnt even care about the delay, I might be really struggling.

    @TalkTalk @plusnet asked me to ask you to release it. I called and asked you to do this and I was told you are supposed to do it? Apparently you're blocking it. You had no trouble taking the number over in the past so I'm not sure what the problem is.

    @Plusnet why make promises you can’t keep? Especially when it’s to do with a business that needs your service you continuously promise. Awful service.

    @virginmedia I’ve been ringing evry cpl days for 3 wks and I’m still none the wiser. I have no WiFi and no landline. Ive cancelled my DD so if they want money they’ll have to ring ME for it. I’m going with @Plusnet now. Been with virgin since Ntl days. Terrible Cservice
