    @Plusnet need to ask if your system is down. My phone and laptop are showing wifi but no internet connection. Have tried rebooting the router to no avail and am chewing up data on my mobile. Help!

    @Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

    Is anyone else here a @Plusnet customer? I'm having the mother of all internet hassles at the moment. The router is working and I have wifi but no internet. Are they down? Have re booted etc but to no avail. It's been almost an hour.

    Can someone at @Plusnet tell me what is going on w/ my internet? Was supposed to be connected on 17th, it's now 21st, & still waiting. Apparently it's a BT Openreach issue, but nobody at @Plusnet can be bothered to tell me what's happening unless I ring them. So disappointed.

    Hi @Plusnet I was out of the UK for two and a half months, though I continued to pay my monthly sim payments. Having returned to the UK, my sim seems deactivated and cannot make calls or send texts. There’s nothing to indicate to deactivation on my account. Please help?

    @Plusnet @BTSopenreach @MailOnline pensioner with dementia without a phone since 27/2/23. No lifeline, no access to emergency services, Plusnet says they're sorry & Openreach keep moving the date to fix it every 24hrs. Let's hope she doesn't need an ambulance

    @Plusnet The internet connection has been fine all day. Let's hope the network issue has been resolved and I don't lose connection again. Service was good for the first two months I was with Plusnet.

    hi @Plusnet your customer service is usually great, but just found out that our 11 days of broken internet for which we get some compensation is actually only given for those days that are 'working days', huh? why aren't weekends included? We pay for internet 365 days a year!

    @Plusnet I’ve just switched my fibre to Plusnet and I’d like to order two sim only sims too, the portal doesn’t recognise me as a customer yet, how long do I have to wait to get the extra 2gb as an existing customer?
