@Plusnet need to ask if your system is down. My phone and laptop are showing wifi but no internet connection. Have tried rebooting the router to no avail and am chewing up data on my mobile. Help!

@Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

Is anyone else here a @Plusnet customer? I'm having the mother of all internet hassles at the moment. The router is working and I have wifi but no internet. Are they down? Have re booted etc but to no avail. It's been almost an hour.

Terrible service today from @Plusnet and one of the useless companies they outsource to. Offered a £75 reward which expired before we had a chance to activate it. Not advised of the cut-off at point of sale. Beware disingenuous #plusnet rewards! #thatlldo nicely for you I imagine

@Plusnet my broadband is so slow it won't even run a speed test. How did you win customer of the year?? There is no way to contact you so am going to write to ombudsman to try to leave, unless you contact me via this and sort it! Awful. Avoid. Used to be good.

@plusnethelp hi Plusnet help. Any explanation of poor broadband signal quality in Birmingham. It seems to get worse when it rains (which is frequently). It's fine for normal stuff but it's starting to affect my ability to work.

@PDPhotoUK @Onestream_UK @Plusnet We went with BT in the end. She needed a line upgrade too and they didn’t charge for that. Easy to organise and they offer a pensioner benefits related service once they assess usage. 👍🏼

@plusnethelp I have tweeted you twice now with no response. I changed my contract with you to get a better speed and since then the connection is awful! I just tested and I am getting dwnld spds from 5.6mbps through to 38.8mbps ( I am paying to get a minimum of 40+) @Plusnet 😡😡

Finally dropped virgin media. Having outages that we're never reported, constant problems the user gets blamed for and then raising the price was just too much. Hopefully plusnet will provide a better service, they always have in the past!
