    Is anyone else here a @Plusnet customer? I'm having the mother of all internet hassles at the moment. The router is working and I have wifi but no internet. Are they down? Have re booted etc but to no avail. It's been almost an hour.

    @Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

    @Plusnet That wasn't advised & there isn't anything the chat can do seeing as they couldn't help on the phone until 8am Saturday apparently

    @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

    @JackieMarsden6 I’m delighted with my Starlink after years of below standard service from Plusnet so I’m happy . Who knows these days Jackie but I will say of all the billionaires I’d be more likely to trust him than Soros say 🤷

    @CommsOmbudsman Elderly vulnerable customer (80s, health issues) left without reliable phone for weeks due to failed BB migration. Plusnet initiated transfer to EE, OR install failed, EE cancelled order despite OR advice to proceed when ready. Repeated faults even after "repair".

    @Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

    @MikeyCleave @Plusnet When I talked to plusnet about this they always said that there was no problem but I couldn’t talk to openreach directly even though they weren’t solving the problem. After weeks of waiting I ended up with a faster speed with Virgin at a cheaper price.
