@Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

Is anyone else here a @Plusnet customer? I'm having the mother of all internet hassles at the moment. The router is working and I have wifi but no internet. Are they down? Have re booted etc but to no avail. It's been almost an hour.

I had a mysterious package arrive this morning and I convinced myself someone had sent me the Lego bouquet set as a surprise but it’s my new plusnet router so ******* I guess
