@JohnTurner2021 @Plusnet True, but currently only BT and Virgin are immediately using digital lines. The others even though an arm of BT are not in the immediate future. This gives time to hope that a solution to charging phones when there is a powercut over more than an hour can be found. Can't see how.

  • Deirdre03224751 Deirdre Williams🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇬🇧 (@Deirdre03224751) reported from Bexhill-on-Sea, England

@Plusnet Don't do it. You will lose your main phone which will become digital and won't work if there is a power cut. Very dangerous if you live in an area where you don't have a mobile signal.

  • Bluhenry just strolling (@Bluhenry) reported from Bexhill-on-Sea, England

@Plusnet I would like to contact customer services to cancel the BT sports app from my account . I am just going around in circles with this . Can you send me an email address to write to you please .

  • SussexRivers UKalchemy (@SussexRivers) reported from Robertsbridge, England

Broadband down for 12 hrs again so far; 2nd time in as many weeks @Plusnet; not sure if it’s the same fault as wasn’t told what the problem was 1st time

@Plusnet @plusnethelp you pretend to be all down to earth but really you don't give a toss about your customers. I'm still waiting from last Friday for Internet. Don't appreciate being told to go buy an aerial to watch tv

  • Fatty_Gets_Fit BenC (@Fatty_Gets_Fit) reported from Robertsbridge, England

@Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

  • MrPeterLambert Peter Lambert (@MrPeterLambert) reported

@cylondog @Plusnet I don't have any service problems, but I've been told it's cheaper to cancel and use another provider than to move home with @Plusnet - I guess they want to thin out their customer base a bit.

  • beplatform alice (@beplatform) reported

@Plusnet But it’s not just the appalling speeds - the line is unstable and signal keeps dropping (so the option to connect to WiFi greys or disappears.

  • Emmalis79 Emma lister (@Emmalis79) reported

  • GregIngham1 Greg Ingham (@GregIngham1) reported

@Plusnet We have had a call from the previous property owners. It appears that their provider cannot terminate and begin the home move plan whilst you are trying to establish our connection. What do you advise in regards of moving forward and working with the other supplier?
