@Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

@Plusnet Don't do it. You will lose your main phone which will become digital and won't work if there is a power cut. Very dangerous if you live in an area where you don't have a mobile signal.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet moved home 2 weeks ago and ever since, my wifi is constantly dropping out. Tried the instructions to change the channels etc but same issue. Terrible service considering I had to pay +£100 to move and your next suggestion was paying for a new router.

Just set up my mother’s new #plusnet modem. Easy all working. It was easier to move her to a new supplier @plusnethelp then get a new modem out of @TalkTalk . #talktalk don’t waste money having customer service you see.

@Plusnet your service is shocking. My WiFi has been awful the last 2 weeks. Really slow. Can’t use my phone and have the tv on at the same time because the tv starts pausing and won’t load. If this does not improve I will have to look elsewhere.

My @Plusnet fault ticket that I've had open since the 12th got automaticlaly closed after no reply... Whats the point with this company? Got another 12 months of this high level of service to look forward to. If anyone has escaped a PN contract before please let me know.

Plusnet Broadband Im existing customer offered no deals have to leave. Broadband contract ends a April but line rental ends in June both taken out at same time. If I leave April they keep line rental money or I stay and pay broadband full charges for 2mnths or maybe they fine😔🤕

Our broadband was due to be setup on Wednesday with Plusnet. Every day since then we have been told it will be on by midnight. It still isn't. it is apparently a problem with Openreach's system but it is making WFH impossible. Please provide a solution @OpenreachHelp @plusnethelp

@MrsTWymer @virginmedia I confronted my provider with the fact I could go elsewhere and they dropped my bill accordingly. Plusnet via John Lewis/Waitrose. Excellent customer service and good speed in leafy Finstock
