@Plusnet Don't do it. You will lose your main phone which will become digital and won't work if there is a power cut. Very dangerous if you live in an area where you don't have a mobile signal.

  • messalinahooper grace hooper (@messalinahooper) reported from Hurst Green, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp you pretend to be all down to earth but really you don't give a toss about your customers. I'm still waiting from last Friday for Internet. Don't appreciate being told to go buy an aerial to watch tv

  • Bluhenry just strolling (@Bluhenry) reported from Bexhill-on-Sea, England

@Plusnet I would like to contact customer services to cancel the BT sports app from my account . I am just going around in circles with this . Can you send me an email address to write to you please .

  • Deirdre03224751 Deirdre Williams🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇬🇧 (@Deirdre03224751) reported from Bexhill-on-Sea, England

@JohnTurner2021 @Plusnet True, but currently only BT and Virgin are immediately using digital lines. The others even though an arm of BT are not in the immediate future. This gives time to hope that a solution to charging phones when there is a powercut over more than an hour can be found. Can't see how.

  • Fatty_Gets_Fit BenC (@Fatty_Gets_Fit) reported from Robertsbridge, England

@Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

  • SussexRivers UKalchemy (@SussexRivers) reported from Robertsbridge, England

Broadband down for 12 hrs again so far; 2nd time in as many weeks @Plusnet; not sure if it’s the same fault as wasn’t told what the problem was 1st time

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BW400CN Anthony Polson (@BW400CN) reported

@Markgsparrow I doubt it would solve your problem, but I changed ISP from BT to PlusNet and my upload/download speeds trebled. The change also halved my monthly cost. PlusNet charge only £25.99 a month including phone line rental. Ironically, PlusNet is owned by BT.

  • scooternan Sarah (@scooternan) reported

.@Plusnet .@EE No signal whatsoever on both our phones. Can't report on EE as our Plusnet mobile number not recognised. EE stating no problem in area. Please advise - this is urgent!

  • anniegalanti Annie Galanti (@anniegalanti) reported

@Plusnet massive thanks to Aaron in retention. And the rest if the staff. Setting the standard for exceptional customer service. Always so disappointed when I call anyone else because the level of service never compares.

@Steward_T @johnecohound I would simply use the deal you found to negotiate a better deal with your existing provider. Always works for me (Plusnet customer).

  • anItalianBird Elena Jackson (@anItalianBird) reported

@anitabone1 @Plusnet Yeah, has been going on for days now the slow connection, interrupting movies (with just the tv connected to the net) and today no connection at all … rubbish

  • iYogieC Yogie (@iYogieC) reported

@Plusnet has the worst internet hub for connectivity. Absolutely shocking #plusnet #internet

  • anItalianBird Elena Jackson (@anItalianBird) reported

@Plusnet any problem with the network? Rooter is fine but not connecting to main … no reply to messages since 6pm …

  • JenWilliamsMEN Jennifer Williams (@JenWilliamsMEN) reported

The definition of modern life: having to Google to find out how to find out what my plusnet landline number is, so I can text the bot to tell it it’s broken
