@Plusnet Hi, I can’t activate my reward card.I tried twice, and got 2 activation codes,still no good,so I sent an email on 24/11 to Card Holder Services,but no reply. Tried again this morning and got this message:- “Sorry service is temporarily unavailable”. Very frustrating!

@plusnethelp @plusnet You’ve moved me to fibre without ensuring my router had been received. Having called customer services I was told that my router “supposedly” hadn’t been received, and then got hung up on. Live chat offline, 1 week on, still no internet.Can anyone help?

@MarcAllera Have you actually investigated @plusnethelp and found out how poor they are at customer service? Is it right that I should cancel @Plusnet before the service has even started because no engineer turned up and no hub arrived till later?

@Plusnet I've messaged @plusnethelp but no reply as of yet. Only just taken a contract out with you, not even installed yet and I cannot get hold if customer service at all by phone either. Is this normal?

@plusnethelp U.K. a plusnet fibre customer with minimum speeds guaranteed speed of 22.7. Recently regualy I’v been getting speeds slower than 7mbs today 5mbs. Is there a service issue in my area.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet downloads speeds of 2Mbps this morning, wifi has been terrible for the last 2 weeks - low speeds at best, nothing at all the rest of the time. How you can justify charging £18.99 a month for this is beyond me. Choosing Plusnet was a mistake that I regret.
