Then apologise again. And when it comes time to compensate, lie to me to get me to stay with no intention of honouring anything. Disgusting.

You were charging me nearly £45 & you wanted me to pay it for October & you didn't raise the cancellation of the contract til after the bill was raised & refused to cancel my contract for past month. There's was no way I was paying it!
