Been with @Plusnet 5 years. New Android could not access home router, but can access other routers. Customer support said it was my device so I had to sort it out myself. I found answer on Plusnet customer forum: factory reset router. I just went to a new broadband provider.

@Plusnet is anyone answering the phones today? Spent 40 minutes trying to get through yesterday, still on hold for a similar time today. Have also sent a message through my account with no response. Hardly the great customer service you promised 😕
