The others even though an arm of BT are not in the immediate future. This gives time to hope that a solution to charging phones when there is a powercut over more than an hour can be found. Can't see how.

And to think I have 3 more family accounts with you aswel.. So much for loyalty.. Time to switch ๐

Steve 'beyond the bounds of respectability' (@Stever_wales) reported@Plusnet i am unable to reach you on your number 03301239123 from abroad. all other UK numbers I have called tonight have been fine, so I know its not network issue my side. every one of your social media channels I try to engage with, tells me to call the number. you need to improve your AI BOT responses, or at least get the customers complaint read.

Only found out that broadband has gone up - have really a bad rural service too - & they are charging ยฃ4/mo for a land line that I dont use. Got a better ยฃ20 deal from plusnet - called BT and told them to match it or Iโm leaving - they matched it (nearly) ๐

Widge80 (@wendy4robbie) reported@Plusnet have restricted my service as payment hasnโt been made(despite setting up a DD!). I have tried to pay online several times but payment page is not working. I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!

Whilst Tamsin and David who took my call were lovely - and v good at their jobs - sadly the whole call, incl hold time, took just under half an hour - that's bang out of order
