@Plusnet Don't do it. You will lose your main phone which will become digital and won't work if there is a power cut. Very dangerous if you live in an area where you don't have a mobile signal.

@Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

@NOW absolute worst service ever. Moved my broadband from now to Plusnet who handled the switch. All good apart from now owe me a credit/refund of £23. Have promised this 3 times and still not received.

URGENT MESSAGE to @Plusnet and @Plusnethelp. You send emails telling me to empty my deleted files from your server but despite many phone calls and attempts, I am unable to access Plusnet webmail in order to comply. Online Help is useless.
