    @Plusnet It's OK I finally got through to customer service and the number port did happen. Just took me a couple of hours of holding on the line! (every half hour it cut me off!!!)

    @Plusnet i am thinking of leaving as others provides are able to provide gfast. Does plusnet have any plans to support gfast?

    @angry_tired I 'm merciless on the phone with utility suppliers. The only ones I ever have a giggle with are Plusnet. Been with them for mobile for a while and have a brilliant deal. I'd never move. Wifi/broadband a whole other issue. A pain in the proverbial. Old Victorian houses, etc,etc.

    @Plusnet @Plusnet I can't believe it takes so much effort to close down my monthly contract. It took me 3 minutes to sign up. Now I'm being told I can only cancel by calling a telephone number which will likely have me on hold at a cost which exceeds my monthly bill!?!?

    @bt_uk As I’ve said previously, it’s not me that has problem,it’s my mom & neighbours but they can’t complain because their phones &/or internet are down! Some are with you,my mom is with @Plusnet. I live in same street but my (& others) phone & internet is fine (coz we’re fibre?) 😤
