@Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

@CrowdSurfin @Plusnet Its been out on ch2 since 10:30 dsl connected but no internet. Plusnet awol, if they could just confirm they acknowledge the issue it would be less stressful but they just shut down phone lines. once city fibre launch I'm done with bt and garbage speed and customer service.

Hey @Plusnet, instead of just issuing template "sorry to hear bla bla" replies to a handful of your many customers who are without service this morning, how about acknowledging more widely that there's a major outage??

@Plusnet So disappointed today. No working Internet, thrown off the phone line without being able to speak to anyone, and text support which was supposed to give me a call within 30 minutes doing absolutely nothing. I moved to PlusNet for the customer service, just disappointed.
