The others even though an arm of BT are not in the immediate future. This gives time to hope that a solution to charging phones when there is a powercut over more than an hour can be found. Can't see how.

Deirdre Williams🏴🇬🇧 (@Deirdre03224751) reported from Bexhill-on-Sea, England@Plusnet Don't do it. You will lose your main phone which will become digital and won't work if there is a power cut. Very dangerous if you live in an area where you don't have a mobile signal.

Only found out that broadband has gone up - have really a bad rural service too - & they are charging £4/mo for a land line that I dont use. Got a better £20 deal from plusnet - called BT and told them to match it or I’m leaving - they matched it (nearly) 👍

I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Bet still better than virgin

But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.
