    @cattyrrell Interesting that you say that. I’m considering a switch to new provider , having been let down by BT and need feedback. Maybe Plusnet isn’t the answer.

    @Plusnet Yeah this happened after in game a remote signal from plusnet forced my router to restart, when fully restarted trying to log back in resulted in problems at that point, and the logs of the router showing data from the EU datacentre being blocked. Lets not shift blame shall we.

    @Plusnet Morning all, my mum and dad are getting all sorts of phone calls this morning from very random numbers, every 3 or 4 minutes. Theyre not making calls at all but people are claiming theyve phoned them. Are you having landline problems at all??

  • ChrisFell12 Chris Fell (@ChrisFell12) reported from Haxby, England

    @Plusnet down........ again

  • Viffergb GB (@Viffergb) reported

    @Plusnet Hi, in view of the fact that I am still experiencing the notorious 5GHz WiFi 'dropout' issues, and that's after having upgraded to the latest firmware, would you please consider upgrading my router to the latest Hub Two to see if that fixes the problem?

  • graemefowler That bloke in orange. (@graemefowler) reported

    @WiteWulf @matt303 Hop 1 is your router, presumably; hop 2 is also localish judging by the RTT. Loss from 2 to 3 rather implies either a congested link (overcontention locally?) or a cabinet with water in it or something equally bad. Definitely one for Plusnet (or OpenReach).

  • ScreamingWire Screaming Wire (@ScreamingWire) reported

    @Plusnet hi, my SIM signal keeps dropping for long periods of time. It simply doesn't work. I checked in another phone and it worked okay - would like to know what could be wrong asap please?
