    @Plusnet Hey, I've had no calls, texts or mobile data for 3 days now? Coverage checker days there's no issues in my area. I've tried all the usual hacks, turning on/off phone and aeroplane more, reinserting sim etc.

    @finance55uk @Plusnet It’s not worth too much stress over. Just leave them some bad reviews on trust pilot etc and get on with life. And change at the end of your contract!

    @finance55uk @Plusnet Same with my ISP. I'm now paying £73.75 / month (after price increase) for 900 Mb/s FTTP. The service is good and the Internet connection is very reliable, but it's just painful knowing that the same package is available for new customers for £40.99 / month (~ 44% less)! 😒

    Shocking shocking service from both @JohnLewisRetail and @plusnet John Lewis have terminated their broadband but expecting customers to pay a termination fee to plus net. My elderly friends are so upset and disgusted with John Lewis at leaving them in this predicament.???
