Hi @Plusnet - we decided to change to you and placed an order on 9 October. You took first month's payment a couple of weeks ago. Still no router and still no Internet from you, so I am paying for a non existent service. No doubt you'll be taken a second month's payment soon :(

@DavyStreams @Plusnet I was previously with Plusnet and while the Ethernet connection was stable, WiFi was terrible. Back to BT for a more stable connection but given its the same company, it doesn’t make sense.
