    @Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

    @Plusnet hi, I switched my broadband to you yesterday but had to cancel the switch last night as need more time to look through options. My current provider is saying this has not been cancelled, even though I got an email from plusnet last night saying it has. Can you help plz?

    @lizpusey @plusnethelp @Plusnet That's attrocious service. Might be worth talking to Money Saving Expert, or even You and Yours. They'll bump Plusnet into action and maybe reduce the chances of it happening again.

    but they continued to charge for a service we couldn't use. Today that relative has passed, and when we made the obligatory call to advise @plusnethelp @Plusnet they have again refused to talk, can't pass to a mgr or advise what we should do to inform them. Heartless and useless.

    @merylspider @plusnethelp I went 2 weeks without internet when I signed up! Rang multiple times and got no help or had the phone put down. So I cancelled it now being charged ยฃ128 when I got no broadband whatsoever. Plusnet is a total scam

    @plusnethelp I'm meant to be switching from TalkTalk Fiber Plusnet Fiber today, TalkTalk service went down at 12:01 but still no word from you that this is actually happening today

    @Ofcom is there any way to get service restored? Internet is such an important part of life even more so with the effects of the pandemic. @Plusnet is just incapable of even applying pressure to @OpenreachHelp to fix the issue and we are still paying for internet we donโ€™t have.

    Can't believe that after waiting two months for @Plusnet and @OpenreachHelp to install broadband and due to poor service I cancel contact. I now have had to wait a month for a refund which was promised within 5 working days. only went with them as I love @JasonManford in the ads

    @Plusnet got severe speed issues In SE22 area. Must be something wrong because I can't even get through to the support line

    When we had dial-up, there were hundreds of different companies to choose from. Now with broadband it's been whittled down to about 5. Next it will be just BT if they overcharge other providers for connections via OpenReach. Already EE and Plusnet are BT owned. #r4today
