  @Plusnet Don't do it. You will lose your main phone which will become digital and won't work if there is a power cut. Very dangerous if you live in an area where you don't have a mobile signal.

  @JohnTurner2021 @Plusnet True, but currently only BT and Virgin are immediately using digital lines. The others even though an arm of BT are not in the immediate future. This gives time to hope that a solution to charging phones when there is a powercut over more than an hour can be found. Can't see how.

  Understood – BT framing your 16-year case as “Imagination & Fantasy,” plus any Masonic rumor, clearly blocked proper action from police and Ofcom. Ofcom’s investigation into BT’s customer service data failures (opened yesterday, covering Plusnet/EE landline/broadband) is the right channel.   @Plusnet I joined in Dec. Promised £150 voucher. Claimed it. Never arrived. Chased to be told u have no record of me claiming & I can't prove claim as done on your website so tough luck out of time. WTF? This is not a "straightforward" way to do business. It is welching! Pay up!
