    @plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

    @plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    Infuriating experience trying to get anything fixed with #VirginMedia over the phone. Why are all broadband customer services so awful? Had a month long debacle twice with #Plusnet few years ago trying to help relatives get set up (only finally resolved by emailing Plusnet CEO)

    @Plusnet Switched to BT Business Broadband as you are closing down your business services, yet I've received a cancellation bill when you advised this shouldn't be the case!

    @Plusnet I am getting very worried that I will have a gap in my broadband service! Sky have just told me they stop mine on 8/12 and I haven’t heard a snip from you since I requested the switch. HELP!

    I cannot stress how **** Plusnet WiFi is, literally don't play online MTTs anymore because of it it has already cost me so much. Also can't enjoy gaming with ******* dcing every 20 minutes man **** this

    @SandraToFriends I signed up with them when I came home fae Cyprus. Nightmare! The engineer never showed up and trying to get through was awful 😖 I've been with PlusNet for 7yrs and touch wood no issues x

    @Plusnet Plusnet messed up my installation and then failed to provide a substitute I could use until they fix their error. Now I've sourced a substitute, Plusnet refuse to pay any money towards it and only offer credit, which doesn't cover the cost of the short term fix. Award winning!

    @Plusnet intermittent broadband outage since 10 yesterday morning, what's going on??? DL5 area
