@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

Well plusnet is rated 1.8 on trustpilot, which surprises me coz I've used them before and had zero problems. I'm torn between them and One Stream, which TP rates 4.5 :P Everything is a roll of the dice, sod it, One Stream it is :P

I used to think @Plusnet were the best customer service provider ever…. On how thing change. Account details online are wrong, tec support don’t know the basics. You can’t raise a fault from your account or even access a exist fault. And nobody answers the phone .
