@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@Plusnet so much for your great customer service my parents phone&Broadband should have gone live on the 10th!! Phone line went on the other day but still no broadband and your so called engineer for today hasn't appeared!! Oh and you've changed there number..absolute shambles

@Smitchalot Switched from PlusNet as their service deteriorated, they didn’t want to find out what the problem was and discovered their equipment was poor quality and often repurposed. Instant improvement when switched to BT. Costs more but worth it for better quality all round.

For a company promoting great customer service @plusnet has failed to deliver so far! They have cancelled my broadband account twice within the last 3 weeks, promised to call me back with an update but hasn't and charged me a set up for a new account that I didn't want!

@Plusnet I called yesterday having NO internet connection for over a week now. Someone came to fix it today. Said the problem was at the main box. He went off to fix this. Didn’t come back and the problem still exists. So the problem hasn’t been fixed!!I’m fuming.Waste of time.

@Plusnet any idea where I can check the speed my in-laws are supposed to be getting? It’s absolutely woeful! Tv buffering to the point of not working, internet is the equivalent to dial up! 😩
