@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@skalovingeek @Plusnet Normally you still have a manual control box connected to the boiler which can be used in the event of the wireless / or wireless thermostat not working. The hive wireless thermostat talks to the control box connected to the boiler. So the box can be used on its own.

@Plusnet hi I've just switched over to your broadband service. My activation date is today. Had an email 1st thing this morning to say my phone line is up and running but nothing about broadband. Do I need to wait for an e mail or am I OK to plug my router in? Thanks

Reporting a death to Plusnet. Cut off on Broadband opt 1, 20 mins on opt 2, told transfer you to Broadband team. Got opt1 or opt2 again. Cut off again. Outstanding customer service I don't think!!! Disgraceful @Plusnet @plusnethelp
