@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@Plusnet My mobile has not been able to connect to the network and has been saying Emergency calls only all day. I need to receive verification texts to log into bank to do my job! Signal has been dire since moving from EE but this is that last straw. Help!!

@CarriePurdom @WilliamNB @giffgaff we moved from giffgaff to plusnet. It's based on EE network but it's a more limited service e.g. they dont support text shortcodes, the answering service is not as good etc. V cheap though
