@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

Terrible service today from @Plusnet and one of the useless companies they outsource to. Offered a £75 reward which expired before we had a chance to activate it. Not advised of the cut-off at point of sale. Still, probably just means more profit for you, right??

@plusnethelp This is shocking customer service! We have been trying to contact @plusnet for days, with no reply. Our broadband is dropping out frequently making work impossible! I accept covid is making things difficult but this is out of order!

@plusnethelp hi Plusnet help. Any explanation of poor broadband signal quality in Birmingham. It seems to get worse when it rains (which is frequently). It's fine for normal stuff but it's starting to affect my ability to work.

Finally dropped virgin media. Having outages that we're never reported, constant problems the user gets blamed for and then raising the price was just too much. Hopefully plusnet will provide a better service, they always have in the past!
