  @plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

  @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

  @plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

  @Plusnet @RainbowsEnd69 Internet down since last night. Router has blue light and thinks everything is connected, however no actual internet connection. The Wi-Fi connection is fine, so it’s the actual internet connection down .

  @_LiveF0rever_ @Plusnet It's still down now as well... It doesn't usually stay out this long. I've got work in 20 minutes, it better come back soon.
