@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@Plusnet broadband ordered 21 Apr, due to be connected 15 May - that’s 24 days!! Apparently all I can do to speed it up is a £235 fee!! Not as advertised, and we need it for work. Plusnet what can you do to help?

@Plusnet is there any known problems with connecting to the internet through Plusnet today? I can't get the router to connect I don't know if it's a problem with the router or a bigger problem
