@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@iBluestone Have @SkyUK contacted you regarding your broadband yet Ilan? Moved my broadband to them earlier in the year and it’s been far better than Plusnet. Hope they don’t let you down. Need to persevere if no joy! Love Impulse btw!💙💙💙

Trying to #homeschool due to covid case at school. @plusnet fail us yet again. No internet. How is this fair if we are tied to a contract but not getting what we are paying for. Once in a while fair enough but this is #ridiculous #plusnet

@OpenreachHelp @Plusnet are in contact with you, I was informed the issue would be corrected by close of play yesterday, surprise surprise once again this has not happened. I feel this is never going to be corrected and we will continue to go round in circles...

@Plusnet Brand new router keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Wired and WiFi. Restarting doesn't seem to help.

@Plusnet Your Internet does not work. Its crap. Keeps dropping after 5 mins. When you have kids self isolating that need Internet for school work and it does not work because stupidly dad moved broadband over to you. Never had this issue with the last provider🤬🤬🤬

@Plusnet my broadband has been down for over 24 hours, I've called the helpline twice and I'm still net-less. I'm having to cancel meetings and losing money as I'm freelance, why hasn't this been fixed yet? I really regret switching to Plusnet, been a disaster the whole time 👎
