@Plusnet I can't sign in to mine or my son's mobile account - I've even just reset the password and it still won't let me in and has now locked the account - again. In the few months I've been a customer, I have not yet been able to sign in. Please advise. Samantha.

Because @Plusnet have decided I need to pay a termination fee of £187.58, which I can't afford, which is why I am going to a cheaper service in the first place When I said I would need to pay that in instalments, I was told that is not paid, they would hand it to debt collection

@HippyRockChick6 @Plusnet Thank you but no. I would still owe it, which just at the moment is the issue. A bill of £187 just dropped on me, and asked about repaying over time and told no, if not immediately paid, debt collectors would be used. Nice disabled help @Plusnet

@Plusnet have decided that a disabled person struggling to pay for their service, should pay even more to stop paying for their service. And the transfer to BT, their Parent and owning company was not relevant to their bottom line. 4/5
