@ironfoxuk Afternoon Jonathan! I'm sorry for how long it's taken to reply. We’re making some changes to our mobile services. This means Plusnet SIM-only plans are no longer available to new customers. If you’re a Plusnet Mobile customer your service will continue as normal. -Matt, Sheffield

  • melmacnab Mel Macnab (@melmacnab) reported

@Plusnet in Spain do I need to put my data roaming on as I can’t make calls or get any signal unless I do?

  • froddd Fred (@froddd) reported

@Plusnet I take it no changes to existing SIM-only customer contracts mean there will be no changes to roaming charges, and that contracts will roll over at end of contract period with same terms?

  • WieserSoftware Anthony Wieser (@WieserSoftware) reported

What's going on with your email service, @Plusnet? It appears that all of the settings are now unavailable, with this message... Not sure I'd recommend them any more, @MoneySavingExp 1/n
