    @plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

    @plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    @Plusnet how do we get a fibre to the home contract with you? 3 lots of paper work for contracts, all with install dates and still no progress. Your customer services team can't help and complaints don't answer the phone. What do we do?

    71 days with no phone service Plusnet tell me Openreach don’t have a engineer because they are busy rolling out full fibre broadband why advertise for new customers when you know you can’t do the job is 71 days a new world record

    Could @Plusnet get their **** together and have consistent information across email, helpline and website? Oh and just tell me something instead of tell me to wait an hour in another ******* call. Award winning my ***.

    @EricBear18 I have now TV broadband £22 a month, never had any issues with it at all (had countless issues with PlusNet so wouldn’t touch them again). O2 for phone, £20 a month sim free.

    @DemonTomatoDave @Plusnet Windy down my end, must have snagged a branch and pull something loose, coming to sort tomorrow, and seems to have calmed down on the disconnections, slow speed now though Unifi network setup, built in to the controller

    Thank you @Plusnet for allowing my neighbour to take over my Internet line despite me calling you 4 times in the last 3 weeks to get this stopped. Thank you also for saying the only way to fix this is to setup a new account that takes up to 10 days to activate. Brilliant work.
