@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@Plusnet please can you help! I’m having nothing but issues with the WiFi and I’ve had no help with getting it sorted when phoning today. Unable to use the WiFi anywhere else in the house other than the sitting room. If I cannot get any help, then I will be leaving!!

Tablet. They're both connected via ethernet cable. It's absolutely ridiculous. I have tried to get this sorted via Twitter private messages but no one knows why it's not working. I've just had enough and desperately want to return to Plusnet. We only left as Shell had a deal.

@ShellEnergyHome I have now had enough of Shell Energy Broadband! I desperately want to return to @Plusnet. I wish I'd never left them. I never use wifi on my phone, neither does my wife. The only things that now use the wifi provided by Shell is the Amazon stick and the.. (1/2)
