I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.
