    @plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    @Plusnet I have had intermittent connectivity issues for months, so to be charged £65 for a engineer to do nothing is like rubbing salt in the wound

    @btsportfootball @Plusnet signed up for BT sport extra on plusnet wifi... linked to my BT account but no activation code and sport not working 25 hours later. Very frustrating... How can I resolve?

    I don't know why @plusnet broadband has been giving me issues for the past couple of months. It is just impossible and now it has stopped working all together and I can't get hold of anyone form their customer services to help out.

    @Innovate4Growth @Plusnet Me. My CS experience has been appalling. No WiFi for a week, been told repeatedly they won't be able to fix it BUT still want their money at the end of the month.
