    @plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    @Plusnet Plusnet support advise that between 50-100 locations are down in Colchester and the estimate repair is 18 hours. No redundancy. Totally unacceptable in 2022

    @Plusnet it's bad enough having to work during the best weather ever seen up north, but patchy internet signal dropping every 5 seconds is making it soooo much worse. Whats going on? are the lines made of chocolate?

    @Plusnet hi,my father in law is with yourselves and has no signal in his house , he's got a mobile signal booster which doesn't seem to be any use but he;s in his 70's so need him to have a working mobile,what do you suggest?
