@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

Now we have no internet our mobile signal is patchy (3 have just told us they are working in area so it’ll be bad until tomorrow) so are basically cut off. Tomorrow will be the 3rd working day @Plusnet so it’s not looking good, is it? Big legal meeting next week online too.😬😥

Living in a rural village it is really disheartening waiting for @Plusnet to get out & sort out internet issues. Pretty sure it’s the phone line causing the issue (first reported over 2 years ago & ignored after engineer came out & agreed it was hanging low) now a real issue. 😡

@Plusnet Not happy that there's no way to see publicly "the fault affecting my area" - as far as I know, the techie might have made it up to mask a Plusnet fault! Is there a resource provided by Openreach that shows acknowledged faults and ETA for fix?

@Plusnet Hi Emma, I'm afraid it's out of *both* of our hands, as the problem has been identified previously as "There's nowhere to lay the line until the local council gets off their asses." Thanks for messaging though. ☺
