@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@Plusnet My appointment been missed past 1pm and Plusnet are saying their system is down to actually get any info from Openreach. How am I supposed to remote access live IT Systems if my connection has dropped out 7 times this morning? Issue ongoing since the end of April.

@Ofcom, you keep telling us to send scam messages to 7726 BUT what if the provider does not support this option i.e. @Plusnet so perhaps you should make it a requirement that all providers do allow its customers to do so ?

@CockertonMark @JRainbowWarrior @bt_uk Pretty dire and expensive. Plusnet were great and the one time I needed customer service they were great too.
