@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@plusnethelp we are struggling with slow connection speeds. Tried calling customer services and got an automated message that they can’t take our call. Seriously @Plusnet you’re main selling point is #CustomerService and this is terrible!

@TheFatHippo57 @Plusnet Well, that was Plusnet. I have 200MB fibre to the property via another ISP for a fraction of the price Plusnet quoted for a service nearly 100 times slower. Plusnet basically didn’t have the information, or just flat-out lied. It’s one or the other. 1/

I cancelled contract with #Plusnet in July 2021. They made big cancellation charge. Still chasing me for more payments!! Do NOT take out a Plusnet Phone contract!! You can never stop them harassing & trying to get money from you! Very #distressing! #Fraud @Plusnet @Plusnethelp

Is anyone having trouble with their Plusnet internet connection in the Derby area? Have swapped out router/modems and still poor speed (down to 32KBs at times).
