@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet We are now into our 16th day of our phone and broadband outage issue. Plusnet have lied to me, called me a liar and done nothing to fix the problem, blaming @BT_Openreach for the problems and lack of progress.

@Plusnet 00:29am & my internet has gone down, router flashing red. Have turned it off/on, rebooted but after going blue for about 5 seconds it just goes red again?? … Any issues reported in the LE12 area??

@Plusnet Morning,we think there is a problem with my father in law's phone line,it's very crackly when we ring him, not helping with his very hard of hearing!! Is there anyway we can check without having to call out an engineer as one of us would have to be with him. Thank you .

@Plusnet Yes, still here. I can’t roam.🙁 I can manually select a local network. It seems to work for about a minute and then it reverts to ‘No Service’ Same problem for both my wife and son’s phones (also on Plusnet) 🤔

Cancelled my @Plusnet now, it stops the day BT put in their UC £9.99 Broadband. To be fair Plusnet service I've had no problem with, I was offered a cheaper new upgrade but still more than a tenner with BT. I'll go back to Plusnet if things change the future #CostOfLivingCrisis
