@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, I have a fault ID 70524, I can confirm I need an engineer visit please, tests to get WiFi working have not fixed issue. I can be available any time for engineer. Please call me to confirm. Thank you (I did try to call but cannot get through)

@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet Hi Adam, the open reach engineer couldn't fix the problem today after 2 hours of trying. It is apparently a problem of terminating the old line from previous residents and needs Plusnet to fix. He recommended a stop start order. Is that something you can help with?

@Plusnet Another idea to keep kids safe online? Order @Plusnet broadband, and they won’t have any internet to use at all. I ordered last month and still waiting after several calls into your customer services. Any chance of broadband this year? Should’ve gone with @SkyUK

@Plusnet @bradjhall Absolutely agree! Why aren’t you rewarding customer loyalty? happy to stay on the new customer rate even though a cheaper deal elsewhere, but loyalty counts for nothing. The best renewal deal is not available to view, I had to ring up, but I prefer to see details written.

@Plusnet Why oh why has my broadband gone up with no proper notice! Checked my billing and can see no reason for the increase, no calls or other charges to account for this increase. I’ve sent a complaint but I am sick of these surprise increases without warning. Not legal!
