โฌNessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England@nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

Carlitos del Grana (@carlospinto08) reported from Twyford, England@Plusnet Your customer service si rude justo lo let you know, i spoke with someone called Brandon about a cancellation and he was laughing at me because apparently I was going to have the same problem with every other company. Happy that I left you!
-
โฌNessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England@AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

Jay (@Jason87r) reportedDear idiots @Plusnet and also @EE as u both have done it this month, if my payment date is set to 6th of month trying to take payment on the 3rd and then restricting services for your **** up won't magically make my money come in 3 days early, both account show 6th so do it!
-
(((Tim from Radio Clash))) ๐ ๐ณ๏ธโ๐๐๐ค๐๐ค (@radioclashblog) reportedSadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.
-
๐ฐ๐ช (@MrLewisVuitton) reported@NtantuNow @virginmedia @Plusnet Virgin are so useless. Instead of fixing the issue they just offer to boost your speeds lol
-
Olliemorr2017๐พ๐ฑ๐ช๐บ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ (@Olliemorr20171) reported@ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about ยฃ90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!
-
Widge80 (@wendy4robbie) reported@Plusnet have restricted my service as payment hasnโt been made(despite setting up a DD!). I have tried to pay online several times but payment page is not working. I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!
-
Kevan Rollinson (@rollinson_kevan) reported@Plusnet Have you tried ringing your customer service team and being put on hold for over 30 minutes before eventually giving in
-
gazza (@ShaunGaz) reported@Plusnet u closed im still working dog shite - what a crap service and put the charges up...My evening shite cause of planet plusnet
-
Chasersgaming (@denchaser) reported@Plusnet hurry up and fix the bloody internet, mobile data is gonna cost me a fortune on a phone contract you made me get for disabling home phone lines. ๐ก
-
MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
