@nw_nicholas @Plusnet I was with them for 3 years... no price increase, no issues... connection was a bit slow sometimes tho

  • SuperScienceGrl ⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England

@nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

  • carlospinto08 Carlitos del Grana (@carlospinto08) reported from Twyford, England

@Plusnet Your customer service si rude justo lo let you know, i spoke with someone called Brandon about a cancellation and he was laughing at me because apparently I was going to have the same problem with every other company. Happy that I left you!

  • SuperScienceGrl ⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England

@AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

@Plusnet tonight your internet will not work at all! Cuts out, boots back up and as soon as it is blue again it cuts out! Terrible! what is going on!!!

  • france_lou Louise France (@france_lou) reported

Having such a terrible time with @Plusnet, first overcharging me on my final bill, adding over 50% additional cost to what it usually is and then not even bothering to contact me to explain it after god knows how many attempts to get said explanation. Fuming!

  • forkandcarrot Oliver Coningham (@forkandcarrot) reported

@Plusnet Morning! Is there an issue with mobile network in the BA6 postcode area? Both myself and my wife have Plusnet sims and there's an issue with making and receiving calls.

  • ejselley Ed Selley (@ejselley) reported

@Plusnet The external connection is always stable. The issue is that the 5.6GHz network fails repeatedly (yes, channels in clear space, and separate from 2.4Ghz). It takes multiple resets to restore it and even then only for a few days before it repeats.

  • Eddie_EFC Gareth (@Eddie_EFC) reported

@richhudson76 Plusnet and BT are the same company pretty much. I’m with BT pay £26 a month never failed me in over 4 years. Only time I ever have to contact them is to haggle at the end of my contract. Happy to pay a little bit more for reliability. Get 55mb which is max for our line.

  • ShelleyJAllen Shelley Allen (@ShelleyJAllen) reported

@JamesWH85 @burbagea @virginmedia We're now on PlusNet, I've noticed no difference in the service. Very good speeds. You're not a gamer so don't really need those speeds. I'd say move with confidence.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@PhilDay82 Hi, thank you for your patience. This charge is the first months service up front, with no additional setup fee. Your next bill would then generate a month after your activation date. Sorry for the confusion. Dylan Plusnet Sheffield.

  • sharnehawkins Sharne Hawkins (@sharnehawkins) reported

@Plusnet hi my internet seems to have been down since about 6am, tried restarting the router and all but still no connection. And I need it to work from home....

  • hannah_mounsey Hannah Mounsey (@hannah_mounsey) reported

@Plusnet left my mum without WiFi or a landline in a place without signal for nearly 2 weeks now & have STILL taken money out of her account. They have given assurances they’ll sort the issue & promised to call her back numerous times - this has not happened. AVOID them 🚫🚫

  • jamessemaj1181 James (@jamessemaj1181) reported

@Plusnet I’d like to cancel my contract. No issues with Plusnet..it’s just my area is too rural to cope with a steady Wi-Fi signal. So I have to look into alternate methods to get connected.
