@AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

@Plusnet Your customer service si rude justo lo let you know, i spoke with someone called Brandon about a cancellation and he was laughing at me because apparently I was going to have the same problem with every other company. Happy that I left you!

@nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

I called @Plusnet earlier about upgrading package, and the customer service representative had my deadname. That felt weird. "It's not often I get a customer with 16 static IP addresses named Gareth". I kinda cringed.

The customer helpline is literally a recorded message saying that they are not accepting calls and you should try again tomorrow!!!! It was the same message yesterday!!! I just want to speak to someone about my broadband. #plusnet

@Plusnet Just don't whatever you do sign Doris up to Plusnet. They'll rip her off, cut the service randomly, ignore her calls for help, drive her insane.... honestly, Plusnet cannot be trusted with any customer let alone a vulnerable one who needs help.

Another day, further internet disconnections and slow speeds from @plusnet and still no reply from @plusnethelp on twitter at all and so once again hanging on the phone for over 30 minutes just to try and speak with someone about the woeful service. Nearly a week of this now.
