    @nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

    @Plusnet Your customer service si rude justo lo let you know, i spoke with someone called Brandon about a cancellation and he was laughing at me because apparently I was going to have the same problem with every other company. Happy that I left you!

    @AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

    Upside to this @Plusnet @plusnethelp even though no Twitter support either... Customer Support & then the Technician resolved the issue in 90 minutes. #result But PLEASE don’t torture us with 90 mins of Xmas music whilst we wait. My dogs are traumatised!

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp what a joke! Activation date is today & I don't even have my router, my old provider has now switched off our service & I can't get through to you on the phone or online! Starting to worry I've made a very big mistake leaving #skybroadband

    @Plusnet Oh how you've let me down, I have never seen my nearly 90 year old dad as down as this, seeing him with his head in his hands looking like hes about to cry is heartbreaking. Stopping their services 3 weeks prior to the agreed date, mid housemove is horrible, zero help offered

    Cant wait for my contract with @Plusnet to end! Over 3 weeks of trying to get Internet speeds sorted out and still nothing! Yet if my payment is 1 day late the email gets send and service cut off! What a joke!
