  • SuperScienceGrl ⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England

@AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

  • SuperScienceGrl ⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England

@nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

  • carlospinto08 Carlitos del Grana (@carlospinto08) reported from Twyford, England

@Plusnet Your customer service si rude justo lo let you know, i spoke with someone called Brandon about a cancellation and he was laughing at me because apparently I was going to have the same problem with every other company. Happy that I left you!

  • GalacticalW0lf Galactic (@GalacticalW0lf) reported

@Plusnet go **** yourselves, I can’t even use 1 DEVICE while on your network.

  • JosephGrasso1 Joseph Grasso (@JosephGrasso1) reported

Absolutely shocking again from @Plusnet 3 x no shows from engineers to fix my slow speeds and they have the cheek to ask me to wait in for a 4th time! Can't wait to leave this shocking company

  • lost_alkhemist Ålkhęmíšt 💙 MaçĞråmpýAlkhëmýfåcę (@lost_alkhemist) reported

Talking to Plusnet customer services is like talking with a big hug.

  • itsTheShley Ash (@itsTheShley) reported

@PtrSsb Really solidifying the fact that there is no objectively 'good' ISP out there, I've had no issues with plusnet, from a mere broadband standpoint, but I know that hasnt been the same for you/others. I'm gonna switch ISP once my contract is over (as everyone should).

  • stephenknight33 stephen knight (@stephenknight33) reported

@Plusnet shocking company - why are you forcing me to phone you up to cancel my contract! Why can't I do this on line from my account. Oh and you're not open till 10 in the evening either.

  • C8Bof Carol Bain (@C8Bof) reported

@Plusnet why will you not give support to an elderly and vulnerable customer who has been trying to get support from you? You are closing her email a/c against her wishes. Very poor service.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@whosthemummy2 Hi there, thanks a lot for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear this. Please can you clarify which password you're having trouble with? Is it the password to connect devices to your router? Or is it the password which you're using to log into your router? -Adam - Plusnet Leeds
