@nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

@Plusnet Your customer service si rude justo lo let you know, i spoke with someone called Brandon about a cancellation and he was laughing at me because apparently I was going to have the same problem with every other company. Happy that I left you!

@almuckersie I was with BT. I was tempted by Virgin Media’s high speed but eventually chose PlusNet because of the competitive price. The service is as good (or bad) as BT because PlusNet are owned by BT. But it’s a lot slower than Virgin. .

@Plusnet I’m with you at the moment but I’ve been without any broadband for nearly 2 weeks ,had 2 engineers out to fix it but it can’t until OPENREACH put a spare port in the cabinet,I’m 73 and need it to keep in touch with my grandchildren but Openreach don’t seem to care about the old.

@Plusnet despite a brief engineer changing my line my broadband still sucks and is delivering half the minimum speed- as well as not reaching my spare room 10m from the router. Not good enough. Please contact me asap
