    @AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

    @nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

    @Plusnet Your customer service si rude justo lo let you know, i spoke with someone called Brandon about a cancellation and he was laughing at me because apparently I was going to have the same problem with every other company. Happy that I left you!

    @joe__ratcliffe @Plusnet Have you checked your router logs? You can log into the router via the IP address 192.168.1.254 the login details is on your hub. When you log in go to the last tab, troubleshooting and then event log. I have a feeling it is nothing to do with your wifi. Check for problems. 1/2

    @Deliveroo Feels like performative customer service to me. I recently had @Plusnet do the same on Twitter and the complaint still isn’t resolved. I’ll DM you but I’m skeptical.

    Ahh @Plusnet, I cannot understand why you continually fail to deliver a consistent and reliable broadband service. The past year as your customer has been well, just rubbish. I’m lucky if I get 13mbps down on my “80mbps” line. Well under the 55mbps you say I should be seeing.

    @TastyPCTV @toobbroadband It’s something that Plusnet does, I signed up for Plusnet’s business service and got the option not to get there router.

    @Plusnet Hi. I received a chq through the post from you guys today for £49.95. It has a reference No on the letter. The letter states that I'm due a refund as some of the discounts applied when I was a customer not being right. Is this a legitimate cheque?
