@nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

@Plusnet I had loss of service at the end of Aug start of Sept. This was rectified by Openreach. I was informed via chat of the loss of service compensation I was due. On my current bill, I have received an amount that is different to what I was told. Can you help?

@Plusnet absolute shambles customer service - broadband activation date delayed by a week, then another week, with no explanation. This after being told we didn't need an engineer. Now other half is stuck on hold waiting for an explanation.
