@nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

@cuprohastes @cstross My experience was that their line (both speed and reliability) was great, but they keep raising prices, until I had to move to Plusnet, who's have been great for everything except for the line reliability (goes down many times a week according to the logs on my Synology drive).

Been having financial issues with @Plusnet for weeks and weeks. I have been promised a resolution after resolution. I have been promised a call back from a manager, it never happened. The complaint ticket just keeps being put on hold. Has anyone a tel no of their head office

@Plusnet PLUSNET ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES. Tried to scam me for £50 for a line when 2 active lines already existed. Failed to send me a modem, we requested to cancel the contract, bullied into having a second modem sent. Never used the service Now taken us to a credit agency for £111.98
