    @nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

    Hi @Plusnet, I mistook my contract day expiry as 14th April and logged in today to renew. Unfortunately it expired on 10th April. Could you please renew my previous contract or Cancel if it is not possible. I am currently out of UK and hence could not reach out to you over phone

    @WeAreOpenreach any chance your engineer can call so I can finally book in to fix my internet? We've been waiting for it to be fixed since last week and @Plusnet are just as useless.
