    @nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

    @plusnethelp been having issues with internet connectivity in NR14 all day today. Packets keep dropping at the 3rd hop in within the Plusnet network. When will this be resolved?

    @Plusnet I applied for broadband on 27/12/2020, received router 12/01 and no broadband to date. engineer promised but none came. Please send me email address for official complaint.

    Calling Plusnet business support because weirdly when I submitted an online ticket they said "We’re sorry, but you can no longer raise a query via this method and as such this message will not be responded to." Thought they'd prefer that method to making a phone call. It's 2021!

    @juliemac1000 @TalkTalk A friend of mine also found them to be awful. He warned me against them. He's with Plusnet and is very satisfied.

    I'm sure I made a great first impression at my interview, this morning, as I failed entirely to join the video chat... because my @Plusnet broadband is incredibly slow and regularly dropping out altogether. @plusnethelp isn't even responding. How is this acceptable? 😤
