@nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

@Plusnet “il do you proud” no, not really, an absolute let down. No landline for 2 weeks, can’t even dial 999/911. As a carer, I can’t co-ordinate the care needed as I can’t liase with the teams and specialists appropriately.😡😡 what a I paying for?

Oh well - something is seriously broken at ‘friendly northern chappie’ phone and broadband “supplier” @Plusnet today (and the last 5 days). I mean - totally broken. Not working. Not answering phones. Restricting accounts, and no chat bots even. Definitely not answering tweets.

@O2..... I still can't get through to anyone. I'm paying for a service I can't use. I'm going to exercise my right to terminate the Contract early. I never had bad service like this from @Plusnet. I think I'll go back to them!

@Plusnet just had my text to say my service is up and running, went to set it up and I don’t have an ONT. I wasn’t asked about this and I already had a delay from your side before connection. Now I cannot get through to customer services! I work from home and need connection!

@Plusnet it's switchover day today. Ex-provider has switched off but I have no email/text from Plusnet as to when I can connect new router. I WFH. Have been on customer service phone on/off since 9am. Xmas music driving me over the edge
