    @nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

    @Plusnet Plus, I have neurodiverse kids, who have sensory issues. An intermittent, unstoppable static noise isn't great for them. And turning off the 5GHz capability isn't a solution. I'm not paying for a service without full capability.

    @pwh1skey @Plusnet Ah, that's infuriating 😔 I got put through to Sales, and they set me up as a new customer, and moved some of my details over from my old account to speed up the enablement. Have they tried that route with you?

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp it’s taken 6 days to sort out loss of service, rang and got nowhere everyday, eventually engineer call, back on this morning, off again tonight 😡

    @plusnethelp why have you restricted my services it's not been 14 days from date you sent me email notice. It's after 8pm so now I can't get my issue fixed until tomorrow. This is disgraceful you cut me off at 7.50pm and your lines close at 8pm. Very convenient Plusnet, cheers!!!
