    @nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

    @Plusnet Question 249155549 I’m not returning it.  Please charge me for it if you want. You never told me to return it when you sent me it. It is too old to refurbish and not a very expensive item. I feel insulted by this requirement you are burdening me with. Just charge me for it if you want.     Call me old-fashioned (I’m certainly old) but when your email and broadband service provider doesn’t respond for days of email outage, one might be inclined to think it somewhat rude, particularly having been a customer for THIRTY-TWO years. So, @Plusnet get your act together
