@nmassey79 @Alanlsg Plusnet...very fair..Mobile cheap linked to broadband. Bests I've had. Tell you when they are going to take your payment well beforehand. No issues whatsoever. Been with them 2 yrs.

@Plusnet So sent you a private message as you asked. Waiting for new service since 15 Sept only to be told next update Monday. This is all that happens. Then next update few more days in future again. Useless and Rubbish.

@Plusnet Been having speed issues for weeks now. Haven't been able to speak to anyone on the webchat or phone. Supposed to get 34Mb but only getting 13Mb at the best of times with everything else disconnected.

@Plusnet pay monthly for internet that goes out in even the lightest rain. most unreliable provider ive ever went with and when i can contact support they just tell me to switch socket plate and do nothing more to help thoroughly disappointed to say the least terrible service

@Plusnet my plusnet is due to change to fibre on Monday 1st November but I haven’t received the modem. If the changeover goes ahead I’ll lose my Internet connection. Can you help?
