Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Ferryhill and nearby locations:

  • SeanHadland Sean Hadland (@SeanHadland) reported from Darlington, England

@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

  • glaswegian78 ALLAN HARPER (@glaswegian78) reported from Ingleby Barwick, England

And EE HAS closed my account which means got no data! Joke! Every time ring @Plusnet get told different reasons for delay absolute joke! Can’t even access an online account as not working yet

  • ToxicSmoggie Chris (@ToxicSmoggie) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp And at 9pm on a Friday night your customer service is shocking been on hold for 20 minutes yet to speak to someone

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

  • LeDreamboat Scott ⚫️⚪️ (@LeDreamboat) reported from Sacriston, England

Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

  • HannahRose1401 Hannah Jeffrey 🇪🇺 (@HannahRose1401) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Has your Internet gone down @plusnethelp @Plusnet? NHS worker struggling to work from home here.

  • remenos Joanne Emerson (@remenos) reported from Sherburn Hill, England

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • _ieb_ Ian Boston (@_ieb_) reported

@Plusnet I have been a loyal customer since 2011, and am leaving because you forced me to take out an 18 month contract and then at the end of the contract doubled, yes doubled the price of my broadband, denying me access to a perfectly ok contract reserved for "new customers" ..

  • summitsleap Anita Whittaker (@summitsleap) reported

@Plusnet hi. I am expecting a replacement router after storm damage. Will you be able to tell me when it has been dispatched. I need to be working from home. My account number is PNET4571620-1

  • georgepickburn snowman (@georgepickburn) reported

@Plusnet My bill has gone into wild oscillation after I elected to renew: Mar £42.43, Apr £20.49, May £30.49. I looked at the Apr and May bills but I can't understand the credits, debits and discounts shown. Looked on web/help - no joy. Please explain what's going on?

  • NinjaRedWing Ninjaredwing (@NinjaRedWing) reported

@Plusnet are you having any issues in Hampshire? Net speed has been awful lately. Keeps falling off a cliff whilst I'm on meetings

  • LufcLuca_ Luca (@LufcLuca_) reported

Plusnet is the worst WiFi ever

  • nicscho nicola schofield 💙 (@nicscho) reported

@Plusnet router keeps turning orange and internet goes down. Restored after a few minutes. Any ideas please? (all cables etc checked, it’s new router so assuming service issues?) Few days now.

  • NorthRoadCycles NorthRoadCycles 💙 (@NorthRoadCycles) reported

@Plusnet Done all that, it's rubbish. You basically attached modern tech to decades old wires. I'll be ringing to cancel tomorrow

  • BinkyPro Andrew Cook (@BinkyPro) reported

@Plusnet A google search shows this has been an issue before that you have not resolved, users reported this back in 2019 and 2020. For the 5 GHZ band to refuse connections across a variety of devices then the problem must be on your side of things, or with your Router/Router firmware

  • cyclist13 Paul the Cyclist (@cyclist13) reported

@NorthRoadCycles @Plusnet Plus net are owned by BT, and i was thinking of moving to them, thanks for the update theyve lost another prospective customer

  • seanvassen Sean Vassen (@seanvassen) reported

@Plusnet are a disgrace. They messed up an order to transfer over to them as providers. Left us mid week with no internet service for over a day and have offered £5 in compensation. Would you say this is acceptable? when we are all trying to work from home!!
