@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

Stressful conversation with Plusnet today. I’m trying to cancel my contract, not having had broadband for 12 days. They keep saying I will have to pay early termination fee of £70. They owe me £140 in compensation

@Plusnet Question 249155549 I’m not returning it. Please charge me for it if you want. You never told me to return it when you sent me it. It is too old to refurbish and not a very expensive item.
