    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

    @plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

    @Plusnet @rabprentice This bs scripted reply just shows the lack of customer care and apathetic approach to resolving an issue. I thought plusnet were going to be a good provider, but seem to be just as false as the others.

    @Plusnet Todays outage has shown me that plusnet does not care about customers. The web page is broken, the txt service is scripted crap and no one is calling back or seemingly fixing anything. A poor service I will be changing at next opportunity. Currently waiting on phone fir 40 mins.

    @jennie_divina @Plusnet Their fix hasnt worked for many. None of my online apps work, cant connect to pages despite router saying its working. I will be looking for another provider once I can get online. This is an absolute joke of a service

    @Plusnet Thanks, but why bother to respond to me individually (albeit generically) more than 2 hours after the service had been restored? It would have been more helpful to use Twitter to keep us updated during the outage, so those who were affected could manage their time effectively.

    @Plusnet I appreciate things go down occasionally, I just wanted to know whether it was at your end or mine. Most users had to search around to find out where the problem was. I wasted time fault finding my setup
