@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

  • glaswegian78 ALLAN HARPER (@glaswegian78) reported from Ingleby Barwick, England

And EE HAS closed my account which means got no data! Joke! Every time ring @Plusnet get told different reasons for delay absolute joke! Can’t even access an online account as not working yet

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

  • ToxicSmoggie Chris (@ToxicSmoggie) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp And at 9pm on a Friday night your customer service is shocking been on hold for 20 minutes yet to speak to someone

@LouiseScott1377 Hi Louise, I'm really sorry to hear you were having issues with your broadband. I can see you were able to get in touch with us over the phone and you're now showing back online, I hope you didn't miss your doctor's call due to this. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

  • nathand141179 Nathan Day (@nathand141179) reported

@Plusnet Good evening, I recently opted to change my provider, but I did not expect to get cut off on my TV package/BT Sport app before the date agreed as I have already paid Plusnet for this service, Please advise?

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@caz90210 Hi there, we're not aware of any issues in your area. That sounds like either a problem with the SIM card or the phone not being able to detect it. I suggest turning the phone off, removing and re-entering the SIM. Please let me know how you get on. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

  • IainHam42753216 Paisley Buddie (@IainHam42753216) reported

@cal_ann @Plusnet Use uSwitch via Topcashback. We got £85 back. Were we live the signal is poor whoever we use but our Plusnet was far better than our current Vodafone. We have 3 different providers with 3 different tariffs and speeds. I go for cheapest as it is still double the speed I use now.

  • ReallyIainMac Iain Macpherson (@ReallyIainMac) reported

@cal_ann @Plusnet Been with them for years and very happy, but always haggle before renewal. All providers use the same cable to get the phone line into the house so I'm not sure any of them can actually offer a big difference on anything except the router, available add-ons, customer support.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@Oojoodeboo Hi there we don't provide roaming services in the US so it could be costly to use our network. If you did want to though it would be best to update your smart cap to at least £20. Alternatively you might want to get a temporary SIM from a local provider - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

  • yanpotatoqueen_ potato queen🥔 (@yanpotatoqueen_) reported

@Plusnet hi my router keeps disconnecting. you said you'd send a new one 1st which hasn't arrived + an engineer "fixed" the line issue yesterday. it's just gone off again please can this be looked into

  • happyborg happyborg: decentralising & democratising (@happyborg) reported

@PaulbernalUK @Plusnet Yes, I neglected to mention one phone not arriving and another arriving broken 😬. Micro capitalist 'efficiency'.

  • CaravanNut David Bell (@CaravanNut) reported

Any of my fellow tweeps on PlusNet for their mobile? I’m currently on EE & my 2 year contract ends next month, so looking for cheap sim only deal on a network that piggybacks on EE’s network. A 30 day sim only contract with 30GB data, unlimited mins/texts is £10 p/m. Any reviews?
