From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

Plusnet copper broadband stops on 29 Apr & apparently Vodacrap, who said they could supply from 17 Mar, now say they will start our new service on (go on, have a guess...)... 1st June. What a load of sh*t!

@tigger_tim @Plusnet SIM page says clearly “from March 2024” but chat help told me from the end of this month. I had exactly the same question. “The plan price will be increased on or after 31st March every year from March 2024 by the Consumer Price Index rate of inflation + 3.9%” Misleading or…?
