  • glaswegian78 ALLAN HARPER (@glaswegian78) reported from Ingleby Barwick, England

And EE HAS closed my account which means got no data! Joke! Every time ring @Plusnet get told different reasons for delay absolute joke! Can’t even access an online account as not working yet

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

  • ToxicSmoggie Chris (@ToxicSmoggie) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp And at 9pm on a Friday night your customer service is shocking been on hold for 20 minutes yet to speak to someone

  • remenos Joanne Emerson (@remenos) reported from Sherburn Hill, England

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • SeanHadland Sean Hadland (@SeanHadland) reported from Darlington, England

@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

  • LeDreamboat Scott ⚫️⚪️ (@LeDreamboat) reported from Sacriston, England

Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

  • HannahRose1401 Hannah Jeffrey 🇪🇺 (@HannahRose1401) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Has your Internet gone down @plusnethelp @Plusnet? NHS worker struggling to work from home here.

  • theKnotter Roger Henry 🇪🇺🪢🇺🇦 (@theKnotter) reported

@plusnet have been waiting well over an hour for a response from someone to my DM re problems with our landline. Not good enough!

  • RyanMorrisonJer Ryan Morrison (@RyanMorrisonJer) reported

@DEANHDAVID @virginmedia @Plusnet I'm at 41 minutes now and it almost feels like failure at this point if I hang up! There is a new provider near me called Hey! Broadband that do gigabit symmetrical fibre and a home worker plan with 24 hour SLA for less than 500Mb down/50Mb up from Virgin Media.

  • MarcAlderman Marc Alderman (@MarcAlderman) reported

@Plusnet We have had Openreach vans crawling all over the local area recently and I can see that my property is now covered by BT FTTP. As a long term Plusnet customer (10 yrs or so I think) I am not keen to switch, so wanted to know if you will be offering FTTP service soon?

  • DougieLawson Dougie Lawson (@DougieLawson) reported

@LJB41 My Plusnet internet has been rock solid (since Mar2020) with no outages during the day except when the mains failed. Only problem I've got is 27Mbps down / 5Mbps up. I've been logged on to systems all over the world. I have to say an AWS desktop sucks (due to my low bandwidth).

  • SMGuitars Stu Moir (@SMGuitars) reported

@Plusnet The worst broadband I’ve ever had. Constantly cuts out and is slow. Contacted customer service, they told me there was nothing wrong with it. The only good thing is my contact ends soon.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@MSTKN51868544 Hi there. We don't support eSIM, I'm afraid. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

  • Chris00201 Chris (@Chris00201) reported

@Plusnet Your FAQ's for subscribing to the BT Sport App saysthe minimum one month term starts "from your next billing date following sign-up". But the t&c's say the minimum term starts on the day following sign-up to the service. Can you confirm which is correct please.

  • ProbablyNowt ProbablyNowt (@ProbablyNowt) reported

@Plusnet DM sent, thanks. Neither of your advisor's promises yesterday of 'I guarantee it will be on by tomorrow' and 'I will call you back later today to check' came true. Honestly, this has been an abysmal customer experience. Especially when needing to WFH.

  • DavyTolmie David Tolmie (@DavyTolmie) reported

@Plusnet Can you help me activate my new sim, have sent DM

  • DEANHDAVID Dean H David (@DEANHDAVID) reported

@RyanMorrisonJer @virginmedia @Plusnet Would be interesting to see the 'network architecture' of Hey! Are they local only?
