@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@Plusnet Sorry but I am nearly 7 months pregnant and trying to shield as much as possible. An engineer has been out fitted a new socket (which is huge and takes up loads of room) and the issue is still there.

@Plusnet My router will not switch on. No light. Nothing. It went off about 90 mins ago. Has it simply broken? It was new in Feb.
