@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@nigelstreet @HA11NNH @SpaceX My house had satellite installed by previous owner. V expensive & terrible latency. Now have 4G mobile broadband from EE as discovered signal here pretty good (other networks not good). Unlimited data, less than £40/mo & faster than plusnet fibre in old house.

Today I should have been connected to the net but @Plusnet has disconnected my neighbour and directed my new number to them. Customer service didn't listen to me so now I'm sitting with no internet. No Netflix tonight 😢

Internet Outage: Both my mum (Plusnet/SW London) and I (Zen/RTW) had internet outages last night and failover protection kicked in. I suspect it was Google DNS Issue - as I've configured it on both.. Might switch back to local
