    @JennyBratty @Plusnet Yeah, thatโ€™s not on. Iโ€™ve never had an issue so far other than being slow to repair a damaged line but I think this is an open reach issue.

    ..without Wi-Fi (probably) all weekend. Wonderful when I have a stack of deadlines and need a stable connection for liaising with clients. Your customer support was a bit underwhelming too! Seriously annoyed already... @Plusnet @plusnethelp. Thanks a blummin' lot!!! #URGH!!!

    So ever since I told @Plusnet I was moving to @virginmedia due to terrible speeds provided in my area against Virgins 1Gig my internet speed has been throttled that itโ€™s barely useable. Only a week to go of the worst service. #broadband #dontsettle

    @plusnethelp I have been a Plusnet customer for quite a few years now but since moving address in Nov 2018 I have had nothing but issue with the billing system...and it continues...bill meant to be issued 7th Oct...was issued today...system will not let me pay it!!

    @Plusnet so I called plusnet explained enjineer came out still dropping signal and all I get is yes we can see it's dropped several times paying for a service that I can't use

    @Plusnet have left us stranded to try to work and socialise from home with no internet for 10 days, at LEAST 4 more days untill it might be fixed, poor communication and NO INFO on compensation. What do we do @plusnethelp ?

    @Plusnethelp @Plusnet Absolutely hopeless. Trying to transfer to you for phone & BB. Transfer date was yesterday and I called today and now itโ€™s another 3 weeks or so! No apology or anything. What a great way to treat new customers. Maybe I should cancel.

    @JamesStant @bt_uk PlusNet has been very good for me over the last 15 years. Can't really tell you about customer service, though, as I've basically never had to use it. Upgrades have always been very smooth.

    @Plusnet so far no luck ! call agin to ask for an updateโ€ฆ an engineer booked to bless the line tomorrow. almost 4 days wasted on this entertainment.. if this line not upon running by tomorrow 13:00. I would love to know how to cancel such substandard service.

    @TeeDixie @DjelliBelli Yes, I has plusnet once, they were good. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend never, under any circumstances, taking TalkTalk.
