From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

@Plusnet is it just a thing now that we'll never get better than Edge when in Europe? I am definitely not 'Roaming like at home' at these speeds!

@Plusnet My broadband speed has been extremely low. The minimum guaranteed speed is 30.9 mbps. But I'm getting only 4 to 7 mbps.... what kind of service is this ? Disappointed

@Plusnet It was down for 30-40 mins last night. Router lost connection but reconnected straight away but obviously something further down the line was wrong as web access and netflix just were not working. Obvs affected more than us but your service status did not show problem.

@Plusnet Not so awesome... we kept having connection issues all afternoon/evening and had to use mobile internet. That is not good service and of course you will blame it on others as usual to avoid compensating your clients...

Just want to say a massive sorry if anyone tuned in tonight. Once again let down by Plusnet. And this time in the middle of a race. I'll stream again on Monday evening and restart the race. But thank you if you did stop by tonight.

@ValerieABossman @TalkTalk Things improved once I moved to PlusNet, though I’m still stuck on slow broadband as fibre hasn’t made it to my street yet! Companies seem to charge more for non fibre connections even though we have no choice!
