From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@Plusnet – When BT proceed to closing the PSTN and our landlines use VoIP over Broadband, how will the mandatory facility to be able to use our landline to contact emergency services during a power cut be supported?

@Plusnet I just placed a SIM-only order but noticed the delivery address auto-filled incorrectly. Customer services says they're unable to amend the address or cancel the order... what's up with that? #WheresMySIM

@Plusnet Will you stop phoning and emailing me regarding customer service, future billing and price increases. I want only 1 phone call Tell me when the engineer is coming to connect me to a service you have the cheek to charge me for. Also stop telling me I’m taking ownership.

@Plusnet Just placed a SIM-only order but noticed delivery address had auto-completed incorrectly. Customer service said they're unable to edit it despite order being placed minutes earlier. What's up with that...? #WheresMySIM
