    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

    From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @marigoldfinds A friend has just gone over to Zen & is happy with them. They are also Which? recommended & rated high on customer satisfaction, speed, reliability. No mid term contract price rises. Plusnet also recommended.

    @tina0402x The trouble is all other providers BT Plusnet etc apart from Virgin use the same cabling, be it copper or fibre it all comes from the exchange. I worked at BT and this was explained by an engineer in the training. Copper is being phased out.

    Broadband by @VodafoneUK is down again. 2nd time in just under 2 weeks *27th june before* Was a couple hours last time hopefully not the same today. Cant be fun for the engineers sorting this out if its an outside job! Should have stayed with @Plusnet.
