@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@ellehardy I’ve used them all at one point or another. Vodafone (and Virgin) are bad. Tesco is good and cheap, and uses O2 signal which is good (O2 tend to be expensive) GiffGaff is great if you have a phone already. EE (& plusnet & BT) are ok but unreliable with poor Customer service.

@plusnet Broadband down ‘problem logged’ with @openreach - they will get back to me by Wednesday! It’s infuriating! I LEFT BT BECAUSE THEY ARE TERRIBLE, they’re a monopoly. Useless 👎

@Plusnet Hi again. How do I report a coverage issue? ST14 5HF used to be ok if a bit weak but now Alton Towers is back up and running it’s dreadful. Can rarely make a call without it being dropped. It definitely needs a boost.

@OpenreachHelp Plusnet were going to be our new provider but they let us down so we signed up with TalkTalk but they have now cancelled our order as they couldn't transfer landline number. So currently no provider. Compounds the issue with your engineers failing to do the job they were meant to

@Plusnet Why did you give me an option to choose date for my Broadband transfer to Plusnet yesterday & today send email ignoring my choice & are now transferring the service a fortnight earlier? You can imagine how I scored your satisfaction survey. Great start!
