@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@Plusnet Thanks. Managed to get it sorted remotely! Needed a factory reset of the router and re-entering login details.

@plusnethelp I'm a Plusnet customer still using the original Plusnet Technicolor router. Can I get a free upgrade to a more recent router model?

@plusnethelp not happy about the service I’ve received. Been a customer 10 years and switch to move home has been a shambles. 2 weeks without internet due to Plusnet’s mistake, then after being assured I’d have internet by midnight last night, there’s still no connection

@Plusnet Why is it that I am only getting an EDGE internet connection while roaming in Germany, irrespective of the network I choose? With "roam like at home", I would expect a 4G connection. Is there any way to remove the cap on the roaming speed?

@grayomtb @chrislusty @Plusnet Just checked mine & was 110 down & 5up... should be a lot more so re-set router... 250 down & 300 up (pay for 400 so may have a whinge if I can be arsed...) that's with gigaclear as BT are too feckless to sort the road out..
