Plusnet Issues Reports Near Crook, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Crook and nearby locations:

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

  • remenos Joanne Emerson (@remenos) reported from Sherburn Hill, England

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • HannahRose1401 Hannah Jeffrey 🇪🇺 (@HannahRose1401) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Has your Internet gone down @plusnethelp @Plusnet? NHS worker struggling to work from home here.

  • LeDreamboat Scott ⚫️⚪️ (@LeDreamboat) reported from Sacriston, England

Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

  • SeanHadland Sean Hadland (@SeanHadland) reported from Darlington, England

@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AmberValleyInfo Amber Valley (@AmberValleyInfo) reported

@Plusnet Thanks Tony, the divert is in place, the phone is completely dead although getting very limited broadband. Keeping my fingers crossed @OpenreachHelp manage to sort the problem soon. Hope its not been caused by the fibre vans working throughout the village :(

  • BenMyatt74 Darksider  (@BenMyatt74) reported

@Plusnet Openreach had an error in their system which indicated could not get FTTP. This error has now been corrected and I want to get faster full fibre broadband as I need it for work. Problem is that I recently extended my contract with you as I thought speed was fastest (1/2)

  • Terence10469556 Tigereaver (@Terence10469556) reported

@Plusnet Fibre broadband order placed on 19 March and still NO CONNECTION! We call daily & are told the same thing, we will cancel the order and rebook it, there is no manager available, no accountability, we were just told it would take 5 days for a manager to come back to us!?

  • craig13mcc Magic Cram Crock (@craig13mcc) reported

@Plusnet There were issues again about lunchtime today, though nothing since. I'll be in touch again if it persists later on. Cheers C

  • LiamMoore2 Liam Moore (@LiamMoore2) reported

@Plusnet currently moved out of old house, but not found a new one house yet (in with the parents). Want to stop Broadband at old house. Do we need to pay to cancel? Thank you.

  • JentheHomeBird Jen • 💛🤍💜🖤 • 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🇺🇦 {BLM} (@JentheHomeBird) reported

@Plusnet hi there, I have no mobile phone signal, I’m in ribble valley area. I’ve tried turning my phone off and on several times but no luck. Can anyone help?

  • ronin786 Ronin Exodus (@ronin786) reported

@Plusnet a mobile number on your network is being used for identity fraud, how do I report this to you please?

  • m4rtinjones Martin Jones (@m4rtinjones) reported

@Plusnet Forgot to add, this exact issue happened to me 2-3 months ago as well. I called up and the person I spoke to just said they would send me a new SIM card. The issue resolved itself with a day so I didn't ever use the new SIM. Could this be an issue between yourself & EE?

  • nikize0 NiKiZe😷 (@nikize0) reported

@Plusnet No the site is working perfectly fine. It is your network that is broken (lacking IPv6) As such you do not provide internet access, claiming that you do and not providing IPv6, is simply fraud. Untill you fix your network (fix IPv6) you should stop claiming to give internet.

  • simoncrossley Simon Crossley (@simoncrossley) reported

Why have broadband that crashes after 8pm when they are not available? That will not do @Plusnet #broadband #fail
