We have rebooted, cleaned the SIM etc. We both have full signal, can use data & send/receive sms so it's deffo a network issue. HELP!

We call daily & are told the same thing, we will cancel the order and rebook it, there is no manager available, no accountability, we were just told it would take 5 days for a manager to come back to us!?
