@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@Faycebuk @AndyP_MCR @Plusnet Open laptop wifi settings and look for "apple Iphone" as a network (after turning hotspot on of course) Change the name of network to something snazzy like "irish network, just off the main square" Or "which network?"
