Plusnet Issues Reports Near Crook, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Crook and nearby locations:

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • SeanHadland Sean Hadland (@SeanHadland) reported from Darlington, England

@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@Plusnet Your service status says no service issues but our router has been dropping out sporadically since last night. NG9 area.

  • Kingston3468 Kingston (@Kingston3468) reported

@Plusnet why can you not accept we moved three months ago and advised you of that. We do not wish to pay for a service at a house we no longer live at. We advised you way in advance of our move.

  • EpsomMental Allen_lovemymind (@EpsomMental) reported

@bt_uk I sign a new contract your part of the deal is to provide services and you have failed for 208 days. Well maybe Sky, Virgin, talktalk, plusnet want a customer who pays who stays with his provider and is loyal. This is making feel.horrible and @BT_UK it feels you just don't care

  • LegumeEnjoyer The Loathsome Dung Tweeter (@LegumeEnjoyer) reported

@thestuffofmemes Currently with Vodafone and they’re decent. Also TalkTalk weren’t too bad. Avoid Plusnet at all costs though

  • EasilyAnnoyed1 easilyannoyedone (@EasilyAnnoyed1) reported

@Plusnet hey Plusnet, I'm trying to use my own router but the device claims the wan cable is unplugged although it's not? I've got fibre and done the required settings properly, do your network specialist have an idea what might be wrong? The router is Asus rt ac85p

  • IainSim55659177 Iain Simpson (@IainSim55659177) reported

Bought a new laptop & can't install Norton anti-virus, which comes free with Plusnet, unless I remove s mode first. Microsoft tech support expect me to pay £99 to be shown how to do this!

  • linzosmalingos lindsey robson (@linzosmalingos) reported

@Plusnet Hi Mike, I don't have an issue with the Internet? I need to arrange to cancel or transfer my service please
