@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

Total outage this morning thanks @Plusnet. They claim "the line from our network to your home is working" but we've reset our router, and over 2,500 on downdetector also report a total loss of internet via Plusnet. That's a lot of houses to have problems internally at once! 🙄

@AndrewGalvin14 @Plusnet Same in Havant, north of Portsmouth. Only thing I can see that @Plusnet have done is switch off the customer service line so they can't be called. Rubbish!
