  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  @DuncanLindsay 10 years ago at Plusnet someone screamed at me & used derogatory terms because her account was under Mrs (she’d given the info for the creation) when she was apparently a Lady. I literally just laughed, took the headset off & walked off the floor. Didn’t even hang up.

  @Plusnet This is the 21st century! I don't want to go through a bunch of phone menus that don't even have the option I need, to then be told the wait time is over 20 minutes, just to open a support ticket. Why can't I just login and create a support request ?

  As a customer, I really wouldn't recommend @Plusnet Been with them for years, no idea why. Internet speeds fall when contract is up for renewal, and not usually the speeds advertised anyway. I've been paying £35.99 a month for the slowest internet on the planet...
