    @Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

    Not too impressed with @Plusnet sending me a bill for January at a higher rate with zero reminders about contract coming to an end in last bill. First time I’ve been really disappointed in their service.

    @Plusnet can someone get back to me please???! I am a deeply dissatisfied customer. No internet for 6 months. Open Reach finally said they were coming today 1-6pm! Took an unpaid day off. No show! Router sent to wrong address!!!

    @Plusnet we moved in to our new home on the 1st September and still no internet!! Groundsmen came and laid a new fibre line but didn’t use any protection around the cable so the cable was broken. 4 months have gone by and nothing!! Very disappointing 👎🏻

    Hi @Plusnet, we have been waiting in all afternoon (our scheduled appointment date) for an engineer to install our new phone service. They haven't turned up and we haven't had any communication from plusnet. Can you help please?

    @Plusnet @MsAndyPT Extremely disappointed the way customer service handles call. Put me on hold and then disconnected when I asked to connect me to a manager regarding the date of installation.

    Hi @Plusnet My mum is a plusnet broadband/phone customer. She is on pension credit guarentee an I am wondering if she is entitled to your social tarriff. She 6 months into an 18 month contract. Is it worth her calling you to discuss and if so what information will she need?
