@Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

  • SussexRivers UKalchemy (@SussexRivers) reported from Robertsbridge, England

Broadband down for 12 hrs again so far; 2nd time in as many weeks @Plusnet; not sure if it’s the same fault as wasn’t told what the problem was 1st time

  • messalinahooper grace hooper (@messalinahooper) reported from Hurst Green, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp you pretend to be all down to earth but really you don't give a toss about your customers. I'm still waiting from last Friday for Internet. Don't appreciate being told to go buy an aerial to watch tv

  • jimjam_arch James Galpin (@jimjam_arch) reported from Ticehurst, England

@wavyhall @plusnethelp @Plusnet I came from BT. Terrible service. Plusnet seemed better. They are now on the case, so i will report publicly if they deliver.

Do you support IPV6 on your FTTC packages @Plusnet....?

  • _timbo1001 Timbo1001 (@_timbo1001) reported

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow (Mobile phones too!) Find the cheapest rate on the market and negotiate. Plusnet broadband £34 down to £19 Inc line rental. Keep your contract short too. I just saved 35ish/month on my car loan this week. Don't forget they need your business!

  • Boyer316New EVERTON BOARD RESIGN - TORIES & KENWRIGHT OUT (@Boyer316New) reported

@YesCompSols @Plusnet Yeah that's weird, our BT contract ends on 28/01 & I'm looking around because at £41 per month it's just too damn expensive. The new Vodafone Pro 2 looks very tempting but I've read they don't offer IPV6 either.

  • AcuharmonyUK Acuharmony-UK (@AcuharmonyUK) reported

@virginmedia They did everything they could, that's why they changed the Sim card to see if it made a difference. It looks as if it's just the change in Network to O2 as my other Sim (Plusnet on EE) is working perfectly, I can make and receive calls again with that Sim.

  • taijipaul taijipaul (@taijipaul) reported

71 days with no phone service Plusnet tell me Openreach don’t have a engineer because they are busy rolling out full fibre broadband why advertise for new customers when you know you can’t do the job is 71 days a new world record

  • itisially 𝕒𝕝𝕝𝕪 (@itisially) reported

@Plusnet can’t close account online/by email, have to call - calls but can’t pass security as no emails since I updated my contact details - no way to close my account?? Had enough problems as it is and now I can’t even leave #customerservice #internetprovider

  • andrew_buttery Andrew Buttery (@andrew_buttery) reported

@Plusnet disappointed I had to call you as I hadn’t had any confirmation of router dispatch and we’re going live on Monday. Told an order hadn’t gone through and it’s a common issue. For a company that says it takes pride in customer support…. Maybe fix the issue?

  • PScotfree Peter Shankley (@PScotfree) reported

@Plusnet Your "CPI guide" online gives example with CPI for Jan 2023 at 2.0%. Which idiot wrote that example. CPI in January is likely to be around 12%+. Get a grip PlusNet. Come March you will be unable to cope with influx of complaints re possible increase of 16% or thereby.

  • RobbieMay30 Robbie (@RobbieMay30) reported

Day 41 and still no service from #plusnet or #openreach . 10 missed deadlines to restore service and no explanation as to why this is taking so long. Plusnet say there’s nothing they can do and Openreach tell us to speak to plusnet. Disgraceful customer service.

  • DemonTomatoDave Dave Bulmer DemonTomatoDave#5138 (@DemonTomatoDave) reported

@I11tud @Plusnet Seconded, what's going on? It went down three times during a single episode of something we were trying to watch with our tv, and it was only a 23-minute episode! (Also what's that you're using to track it, I should be doing that)
