@Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

If you’re a student, please never go with Plusnet. My housemates and I have been waiting since 20th September for a router to be delivered. All we are being told is that they’ll send a new one out. No accountability whatsoever to find out what’s happening. Absolute joke @Plusnet

1/3 - I struggled with @Plusnet for 12 months. Tried literally everything to improve the woeful WiFi signal. They said “nothing wrong with the connection or router, it must be your devices”. Basically told “This is your problem, not ours”…

@Plusnet Internet went down late last night. This morning all claimed to be fine: lights blue, supposedly connected, but couldn't get online, except, intermittently, YouTube. No fix I tried worked.

@Plusnet Yeah, but I can't register for notifications. Anyway, the problem's back this morning after having got better yesterday evening. No signal. The EE site doesn't think there are any problems locally, so where do we go from here?
