    @Plusnet morning, the Internet service we receive is up and down like a new brides nighty. Router spends more time flashing orange than blue. Area is TN38. What's the issues. Seriously considering ditching you for three mobile broadband

    @Plusnet What is the issue please ? “MSO” covers a lot of things. Is it hardware, cable or what ? It shouldn’t take over a week to fix. How do I get online meanswhilst ? I’m going to bust my mobile data limit very soon.

    @Plusnet Keep complaining about coverage in Kinross .we know BT outreach is part of problem as you rent line from them but maybe if you sent us an up to date WiFi hub it may help ?

    Argh.. annual accounts: fixed-line broadband went down in middle of some transfers. Re-routed through a 4G provider to let my provider know. @Plusnet fixed the problem in about 10 minutes: well done!

    Does anyone notice with #postoffice broadband that it does this short cut out like everyday. It's been doing that everyday since we first joined them and we don't know why it does that its so weird as we we're with Plusnet previously and did not do that. (1/3)

    @Plusnet Hi, I’ve been out the house all day but my wife and kids have been at home and it’s been off most of the day and still down now I’ve just got home. Never had any issues with reliability until I’ve switched to Plusnet, now struggle for a stable connection and internet that works

    @SkyHelpTeam do u like purposely slow down broadband speed. is that somet u guys do over there? like why is my broadband the worst thing ive ever seen, worse than plusnet

    @Plusnet Come on - you can do better than cut and paste responses. I was on the phone for hours with your staff three times on friday. I was told that these speeds were allowable. Allowable but p*** poor!!
