Trying to get hold of @Plusnet @plusnethelp for over a week to sort my parents’ broadband issues out.Really poor that calls are not being answered, online chat is offline & they are not responding to DMs. It took me a long time to convince my parents to switch, so not great

  • harrietcartledg Harriet Cartledge (@harrietcartledg) reported

@Plusnet Just got off the phone with someone called Lee from your customer support and I actually...enjoyed the call? With a utilities provider? And he was really helpful? And now I'm the kind of person who tweets their broadband provider to say thank you?? I'm in shock. Thanks!

@plusnethelp @plusnet I’ve not had a single reply to my DM or tweets, what gives? Bad service :(

  • dazzafrost Darren Frost (@dazzafrost) reported from Driffield, England

@Plusnet once again let down with a home broadband move, to top it off the communication is nonexistent and have to chase for updates but never get any. Another day wasted, gone downhill since being part of @BTGroup #poorservice #joke #broadband

  • redskineagle Martin (@redskineagle) reported

@MissDemeanor07 Been the best so far & we've had talktalk(OK once it was set up properly), sky(OK at first but got progressively worse), plusnet(rubbish from the start so much so they had to give us a refund) now back with bt £ only had one issue that they have sorted(was the area not us)

  • SheffySheffield Simon Sheffield (@SheffySheffield) reported

@Plusnet you are crap! My speed keeps dropping to nothing and then I can't reconnect. This happens every day. When you can get through to somebody on the phone you get the same old bollox. I have searched this problem and I can't believe how many people have the same issue

  • thedugggs54 Martin Duggan (@thedugggs54) reported

@Plusnet Award winning customer service, probably not an award worth winning the rest must be even worse. Still awaiting the callback promised last Wednesday. Please stop associating yourselves with Yorkshire you aren’t even good enough for Lancashire to want you

  • MintonTaylor Robert Minton-Taylor (@MintonTaylor) reported

@plusnethelp Sky is offering me unlimited broadband and unlimited mobile phone & landline calls for £25.00 per month inc VAT for an 18 month contract. This is substantially cheaper than our £46+ Plusnet cost. You have great customer service, but £21 difference is v. attractive.

@MissDemeanor07 Avoid BT and Plusnet. Both have crappy customer service - Plusnet cant even change your billing date, they are useless, and their equipment is sub par. BT packet shape your internet traffic so slow down things like Netflix, youtube etc. They denied this for years.
