    From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    @RobertsonDawn3 @Plusnet Plusnet don't own the infrastructure. Their contract with BT (or whoever does own the network) will say that the supplier has a certain time (sounds like three weeks) in which to establish the connection.

    @VodafoneUK how can I report that the internet is down? Everyone in my estate on different providers (Sky/PlusNet etc) reporting the same thing. It needs to be raised with OpenReach
