@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@intothe05625953 @Plusnet Apparently their customer service is 24 hours. 🙄 would never know mind considering I've phoned all the numbers on their website and been told for every single one that the number isn't recognised.

@Plusnet Been on phone for 45 mins. Also on text message but not heard for 45 mins despite saying it's usually within 15. Solid blue light on router. Sounds like you have issues in the wider area. Do you know how long I will be waiting for?
