    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

    @plusnethelp changed to plusnet, and supposed to switch over today. BT stopped service, but plusnet not working. No indication how long this will take. Not the best of starts...

    @Plusnet BAD services. Switched provider as promised better services by you. You promised come in, the minute my provider stops. Chasing you 4 two days after my provider stoped. When you finally answered you said your engineer informed you, i can only get wifi in 4 weeks time

    @plusnethelp Just writing to say what a shambolic service Plusnet offer. Cancelled our broadband despite telling them our house move date has changed days ago, leaving us with no Internet for 12 days and no real solutions how to solve this! Awful!

    @icklenellierose Hey I actually have Plusnet - there’s a known issue where the 5ghz network just doesn’t work on the hub. A quick fix is to split your networks and just use the 2ghz, but we just bought a Nest WiFi router and switched off the WiFi on the Plusnet hub.

    @plusnethelp Hi - my broadband is due to be connected at midnight tonight and had an email saying my question closed and order cancelled as I no longer want to be with Plusnet! No idea what's going on. I need my WiFi set up as planned. Can someone please help?

    @Plusnet Friend dying of cancer, has only a few months left and has no phone. have tried to sort this three times over the last year but the people on the other end of the phone don't listen. This is disgusting service
