@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@Plusnet Yes that's correct, Robert said there were several fibre ports in the cabinet that were in need of repair and that it would take a couple of days to arrange which I said was fine. And even if it doesn't resolve my problem, it's been helpful for all concerned.

Seriously thought about swapping from @Plusnet this year but decided to give it a final go. Disappointed to see the March price increases even if it is in the small print. An extra @£3.50 a month doesn’t make the service competitive. Stung for a phoneline I can’t even use!

@hello_im_kris @virginmedia Kicked them into touch 2 yrs ago, fed up of extortionate price increases without improvements to service. Constant drop outs and poor tech support. Went with Plusnet for half the price and no hassles...

@Plusnet I've tried DM but it's not working. Why do you keep setting up my cancelled order over and over again? Received confirmation but have had 2 more welcome messages and my current provider keeps giving me a leaving date even though they stop it. What's happening?

@Plusnet it's not working, just says message can't be sent. Is there an email address I can send to? I'm not waiting on the phone for 15+ mins like yesterday for something that isn't my issue.

@Plusnet Please can you tell me the cost of your full fibre with phone calls. As we are not connected yet ( though shortly will be) I cannot find this information as, when I put in my address etc. it states not available. I am a customer of your broadband

@Plusnet - Please tell me that things are going to get better? I just upgraded and all I get is errors connecting like my connection wasn't and is not even an upgrade. Rollercoaster.. very you and down.
