From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

@Plusnet can you help? I am a business customer and can’t connect to broadband. All systems in my shop need Wi-Fi to work. Have been on hold for over an hour but can’t speak to anyone to help. Very frustrating as it is impacting my business, can’t take payments etc!

@CrowdSurfin @Plusnet Its been out on ch2 since 10:30 dsl connected but no internet. Plusnet awol, if they could just confirm they acknowledge the issue it would be less stressful but they just shut down phone lines. once city fibre launch I'm done with bt and garbage speed and customer service.

@Plusnet cutting off your customers instead of announcing you had a major issue is NOT business smart. The entire country is affected. Make a goddamn statement already. How long are we going to be off??? Are repairs underway???? Is anything being done?
