    From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    @Plusnet @LondonGirlSays There are hundreds of people can't get through on the phone,are you going to sort it for every one? I have spent 3 hours over the last two days trying to get through about a bill that is a joke. My next step is just to cancel my Direct Debit, see you in court.

    @Ofcom Please will you investigate @plusnet. After 8 days of no mobile service, @plusnet #CustomerService told me they had been briefed to tell customers anything to get us off the phone. This is nothing short of #lying.

    @MsEmmaChaplin @Plusnet Zen Internet. No price-hikes ever - unless you change to a more expensive plan. First class customer service. Only had two short interruptions in five years.

    @Plusnet It's my step mums phone and broadband account. They had to change the direct debit whe they shut dads bank account down as he died. When they set up a new one it was in the period where it would have been taken and so its bounced and she needs to pay it.

    @plusnet You have a major problem with your website. If the cookie consent dialog doesn't pop up (meaning the end user cannot consent) then the user cannot login. They just see a blank screen. As they never saw the consent dialog they don't realise that's the cause. 1/3

    seems my constant internet drops have stopped after unplugging the router and vacuuming out the dust... worth a try if you have similar problems... d/l speed could be closer to what I am actually paying for though #plusnet...!
