    From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    @Plusnet That's great. My connection is indeed back. But that's not the point. The point is, you should have published a post so that everyone knew what was going on and didn't call customer services en mass. Instead you had your reps respond to each complaint individually.

    @DaddyGardener80 @Plusnet Same here. Why they are using past tense when the problem is ongoing is nothing short of infuriating. I am going to have to pay for BT Hotspot if Plusnet don't give a reasonable update soon.
