  • barney_parker That Barney guy 💖💜💙 (@barney_parker) reported from Charfield, England

Hey nice one @Plusnet my contract ended but you didnt tell me and just moved me on to a more expensive tariff. Quality move there for a company who “do you proud” Really impressed with you lack of giving a crap about customers...

  • joannas94 Joanna (@joannas94) reported from Bristol, England

My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • pipmadeley Pip (@pipmadeley) reported

@sea_of_crises @Daemar1 @Plusnet Plenty of times we've been online late and it's gone down regardless. Only the other night we were watching Happy Valley on iPlayer (TV connected to router by ethernet cable) when connection dropped at the usual time. Had to watch last 10 mins on iPlayer app via mobile data...

  • SimonJGarner Simon Garner Photography (@SimonJGarner) reported

@pipmadeley @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach do neighbours have any issues?

  • CultofMorbius Grant (@CultofMorbius) reported

@pipmadeley @Plusnet Sounds like a similar issue I had. Started periodically and then got worse. Plusnet eventually came out and had to swap my line over. I was told it was something to do with the old underground lines. Fingers crossed 🤞

  • TomABacon Tom Bacon (@TomABacon) reported

@pipmadeley @Plusnet This is going to sound weird, but I had a similar problem, and it turned out to be related to my Sky Q box going to sleep! Had to change those settings. (I'm still working at 1am so it was most inconvenient...)

  • Alex21121412 Al (@Alex21121412) reported

@Plusnet 2nd day still no internet and no help

  • eleanormharris Eleanor M Harris (@eleanormharris) reported

@Plusnet hi, my wifi has suddenly gone off (30 min ago) and router has gone to solid green light. What's the most likely cause/ solution? Thanks!

  • writer_paula Paula Hammond (@writer_paula) reported

@Plusnet Have sent you a message, but have to say, that a business that gives people no way to complain about bad service other than twitter is pretty appalling!

  • SteveArtyPerson Steve Lillie (@SteveArtyPerson) reported

@writer_paula @Plusnet I’ve got the same problem with my Plusnet mobile coverage, no signal for days. No way to contact @Plusnet

  • nptweetings Dan Ludlow (@nptweetings) reported

@pipmadeley It smells like a line synchronisation issue or a loose connection somewhere (lower overnight temperatures). Did Openreach get called out, or did Plusnet just run a line test during the day?

  • SeanHadland Sean Hadland (@SeanHadland) reported

@Plusnet None what so ever - Some feedback for you - do what you always do and you will get what you always get, never underestimate or belittle a customer with jargon - poor tactics, us customers have legs and can move companies - loyalty and retention is the key 🔑
