    @BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

    Will never have @Plusnet again, absolutely useless, bit difficult to work from home with no internet every other day🤬 literally problems from the start and now this

    @tabamatu @DrunkRes Erm - BT Group own Plusnet, and Openreach will still be responsible for the line. If connection issues are due to line noise, unless the router is better, may not make a huge difference...

    @Plusnet Will we be getting some kind of recompense for this as my data is dwindling rather quickly as am sure are many others..also trying to contact you over the phone and been hung up on because your "too busy" is disgusting customer service

    @rktecture @Plusnet @Plusnet The service to get help is terrible. No agents to talk to, so have to text, but text says no account, so text advisor, no one responds. No statement or info. Awful service.
