    with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

    @plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

    @Plusnet Hiya. I haven’t tried yet. The issue is intermittent so I will have to do it at some point. I did follow those steps when I first switched to Plusnet and it helped. Is it correct that I have to repeat this? Thanks.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp **** you and your **** service. You are by far the worst internet service provider I’v ever experienced and your customer service is just as mad. I will make it my life’s mission to smear your name, give you a bad reputation and make you loose customers.
