with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

@Plusnet Just don't whatever you do sign Doris up to Plusnet. They'll rip her off, cut the service randomly, ignore her calls for help, drive her insane.... honestly, Plusnet cannot be trusted with any customer let alone a vulnerable one who needs help.

Speaking to @Plusnet on the phone now. There customers support reps are argumentative. Quite rude. The network has been rubbish they won’t listen. For the sake of your lives.DON’T GO WITH @Plusnet

@Plusnet 1.renewed contract for basic broadband but contract shows “unlimited fibre”. 2.Would the transfer cause any disruption on service pls?
