@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

@plusnet why does it take so long for me to be able to ask you a simple question? Why is that information not clear in the first place? Why do I have to spend hours trying to find out, and then get hold of you? Why does your website seem to have permanent problems?

I am @plusnethelp customer. I would like to discuss taking another contract from them at another address. I have been trying to phone them for days. They never answer! I guess I will buy from a competitor. Covid is no excuse for poor customer service. @Plusnet

@Diannejojo10 Yup. Also, depending on what service providers are available, if you switch to TalkTalk/PlusNet etc... they'll still be using mostly the same kit to your house.
