Doddy (@doddytyke) reported from Penistone, England@maburgess8 Plusnet that runs off EE. I'd understand if I wasn't receiving any service but I'm able to use it without any issues except from receiving calls and text messages. WhatsApp, Facebook messenger etc. no problems at all. Strange

β (@daisylen) reported@EE Still nothing. @Plusnet customer who tell me they can't do anything as it's @EE network. EE tell me they can't do anything as I'm a plusnet customer. Can't go anywhere with a baby and no ability to phone someone if needed.

Iain Boatman (@MesolithicMe) reported@Plusnet No the issue hasn't been resolved. Norton says that the order is 'on hold', so haven't even been able to download the software. Apparently it's becoming a common problem, what info do you need?
