    @plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

    with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

    @Plusnet Hi. Turns out I figured out what the problem is - Your website doesn't login under Firefox. It works fine on Microsoft Edge. Not really sure what you can do about that...

    Switch fromJohn Lewis broadband (provided by Plusnet) to Plusnet was set for 21 Sept. On 20th I had no internet so contacted Plusnet Support. They restored Internet on the new router & said they had completed the switch over. 2/

    @Plusnet ..so someone can just make a claim on my BT landline and cancel my broadband.. and it will take 10 to 14 days to reinstate..

    @Plusnet You tried to take my payment on the 1st of this month when I usually get an email a week in advance telling me it will go out on the 9th. Why have you done this and why are you threatening to cut my service off?
