Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

Karl Whitehouse #StayHomeSaveLives 💙 (@karlwhitehouse) reported@rob3047 A lot of people I know been having trouble with Plusnet with speeds especially someone I know who has the bt cab outside his house paying for a 76mb connection only getting 512mb and told him to mention a name then suddenly speed was back up.

Colin Knight (@colin1951uk) reported@BanahanJayne @MoneySavingExp @virginmedia It sounds to me like you’ve got tv in that package, broadband on its own wouldn’t be so expensive. Whatever get out of it penalty free & maybe try Plusnet or TalkTalk (who I use,) there’s no difference in the service speeds, it’s just customer support that’s lacking. Good luck.

If they piggyback service on to BTs equipment you can end up with speed problems as BT will prioritise their own customers.Try Plusnet, BT without the shite.

No online chat, call centre closed and when we do contract someone we get nothing but lies. 9 months this has been going on. Will be cancelling! #plusnet
