@Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

@Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

@nikkiwba It is a standard product now called SoGea, Broadband needs a phone line (unless full fibre) but this product doesnt actually activate the number part. All providers should do this product. Plusnet do the best deals and have decent customer service even though they are BT!!!

@plusnet we're moving house, you agreed a transfer date of 12/04/22. You then changed that, as you couldn't get an engineer, to 20/04/22. But you've still cut off the internet at our old house. Your customer service agent just told me this was our fault and hung up. C***s.

@Plusnet Thank you. No worries we’ve spoken with one of your advisors who was actually pretty rude. Our router needs replacing but we have to pay for it unless we get a new contract with you! We’ve been your customers for 3 years!
