what a f'ing joke @plusnet mobile is at times, @EE confirms they have an issue in my area and Plusnet use their network, they state they have no known issues in the area. Think it's time to move my contract to another provider... been a month now with basically no signal.

@chicaceel Thanks Cathy. From looking into this matter further, the block you're seeing isn't something we can remove; as these blocks are to prevent piracy and are outside of our remit to support. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused by this. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet How about less virtue signalling bollocks, and more people answering phones and messages. Dont blame covid, just dont be ****. Bring back the plusnet boss'es you sacked when BT bought you out. You've clearly gone to **** since.

@Plusnet Tell you what Sammy, I got a bit of a shock today. Got an email from Plusnet telling me my price plan was going up.... 9.35%!!! So Plusnet could increase by just CPI which is 3.9%, but choose to kneecap its customers with a further 5.45%. Not the best customer experience Sammy 🤮
