@Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

@Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

@northernsky67 @virginmedia Same crap that Susans put up with for 25yrs. There is no advantage in staying. The landline used to be an issue for people migrating back to BT networks but that’s hardly an issue these days. I’m with plusnet. Been with them several times in the last decade

@cabey001 We currently have a ongoing issue with plusnet users, this is on plusnets side and we are awaiting for them to fix the issue. My advice would be to use mobile data to access our website at this time. Thanks, Adam
