@Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

@Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

@plusnethelp I haven't had a single phone call on our landline number since moving in 3 years ago. I've never used nor given the number out; I have a cheap handset plugged in purely for emergencies. As soon as I switched to Plusnet I started getting ~5 spam calls/day. What gives?

@Plusnet so switching to your broadband. Told no service loss. I get up this morning the old provider switched off and not heard a thing from your side. I have an hour before I’ve to login for work from home and by all accounts this can take up to midnight. Bad start really bad!!

@plusnethelp @plusnet really poor internet service the last 48 hours in the SW London area. When will this be resolved? Im out of contract and therefore may need to look at other providers. Please advise when this will improve.
