    @Danny_f1_fan @Plusnet Indeed, we are only about fifteen years behind third world countries on internet access speeds, total embarrassment really, and you notice, they ignore me, second time now = lost customer.

    @Plusnet Thanks, Alice. Tried the coverage - it won't let me put my actual postcode in (says it's not valid). I'm doing it correctly. Tried with similar postcode and it said coverage was okay. Wifi is fine. Still no phone signal. Please investigate and fix.

    @Plusnet Still waiting on that update.. this is not great. I work from home and will seriously consider changing suppliers after this experience. No net, bad comms and an inflated bill this month without explanation. This is an essential service for people in 2021.

    @Plusnet hi. I’ve yet to receive my new SIM card, yet I’ve had emails to say my number has been ported and my sim is now active. Any help would be appreciated.

    @Plusnet @ChristopherCWilcock @Plusnet Bad reception last night with lots of buffering. Why is this happening after we subscribed to your fibre? And why worse than BT using the same lines. Sort this out please.

    So @Plusnet where is my splitter you sent a week and a half ago, oh and why am I paying for fibre when we don’t have fibre, the connection is crap yet we were told that we would have the same as before, sort this out

    @Plusnet Thanks your reply. Have tried Webmail & that is working. Have now also sent test email from phone & that has worked. I can now see the problem is the OctopusEnergy email address, as although I hit reply it is missing the .com ! Apologies for inconvenience caused.
