    @Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

    @Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

    @OwsWills @Plusnet I wouldn’t have Sky but do have a NOW TV subscription for the footie - I cancel out of season & then they give you lots of discounted offers to rejoin :-)

    @OwsWills @Plusnet NowTV is def most cost effective. I do this and cancel when not in use and restart again I.E. in line with football season. No contract and easy replaceable stick if goes wrong.

    This is appalling support from #PlusNet Just had phone call from PlusNet support who asked me to send screenshots of speed tests. As stated previously the wizard link sent does not work. Pathetic

    Hey @Plusnet. I've got a brilliant idea for you that could help you improve customer experience. Send out the router BEFORE services are due to go live. Not 1-2 days after. Just a thought.

    @Sub_zero_TheEnd @FUT_AST @EAFIFADirect My account was setup int he uk years ago. At first , when on p2p and with the plusnet game package , it was really good. Plusnet got bought out by BT , the game package was discontinued. Noticed a change st8 away. Moved to Spain and its been bad even on fibre.

    Question for TV experts: My in-laws want to change their broadband/TV/phone provider. My FIL wants Sky Sports. Is signing-up to Sky or NOW the only way to get Sky Sports? In other words, I can't put them on @Plusnet and add a Sky Sports service? What's cost-effective? TYVM!

    @Plusnet wondering if you can help. Having real problems with connection dropping constantly on broadband. Have installed a bt hub 6 yesterday which improved speed, as that was previously also an issue, but we are still having connection dropping several times.

    @Plusnet genuinely the worst internet connection I’ve ever experienced. Appalling that you charge money for this. You should be paying me to use it.
