@Plusnet can you please answer why calls on your network cut off at 11 minutes on all calls? I have raised this several with your customer services. It’s not just me as my partner just joined you and her calls do the same, it’s not the transmitter as it happens in all locations?

@Plusnet Hi, I just upgraded my service with your colleague - my email confirmation has got a much higher price than we agreed on the phone. He said it’s something to do with discounts but I’m not comfortable that my only written confirmation is wrong. Can you fix?

The good thing about today's 7-hour-and-counting @SkyHelpTeam outage is that it's the final nail in a wearying road, giving me the push to swap contract to @Plusnet, who appear to be offering better speeds at almost half the price...

@Plusnet Too late. I'm leaving for a supplier that supports wi-fi calling, since I doubt I'll ever persuade you that my signal is rubbish. And it wasn't broadband -- it was mobile! I wouldn't say 'signal' for broadband.
