@Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

@Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

@argentdraws Apparently even for just Fibre I require a special BT plug (so plusnet says), but BT didn’t say that, SO WHO DO I BELIEVE WTF

@Plusnet In the last 2 days my Internet speed has gone from bad to painful. Netflix is buffering every 2 minute. Over £30 a month for it to take me 2 hours to watch a half hour program.

@Plusnet This isnt the first time. Massively inconvenient, have you tried to tell a one year old and sick five year old why they can’t watch their tv? About time for decent compensation please and that you recognise the continued problems we have experienced

@Plusnet I’ve had all the emails confirming my cancellation and was specifically told I didn’t need to do anything to cancel. What an absolute joke that you are continuing to take money and now I have to do all of the things to cancel that you said I wouldn’t.
