@Plusnet Hi just changed to plusnet and got the hub up and running without issues. Previously, with BT, the biggest problem was we kept losing internet connection. Unfortunately this is still happening - usually fixed with a restart. I was convinced it was the BT hub - help!

@Plusnet Hi, I've been having problems with my Plusnet router for the last week. I've rebooted it quite a few times now and the internet is still intermittent. I'm currently working from home so I'm quite keen to get it fixed. Do you have any suggestions?

@M0KPH I've just ditched EE for my mobile, same basic reason. Told them I wanted a 30 day rolling contract, and they didn't offer that. Turns out that they keep that for when people try to leave. But it's still more expensive than Plusnet. Who are also part of BT, and use EE's network.
