WARNING: Folks, just a friendly bit of advice you may want to consider. Been having problems with my @Plusnet connection for about a year now and it's getting progressively worse. Spent best part of 2 hours this morning trying to reconnect. Pathetic for the 21st Century.🤨

@plusnethelp We have to reboot our rooter every 3-4 weeks as speed keeps falling. Can't wait till September when we can leave. Nobody at Plusnet wants to take responsibility of this problem.

Oh also @Plusnet just remembered I’m still waiting for the engineer call within 72 hours I was promised when I reported a fault in November. Gave up calling back about this as was spending so long on hold. How bad are other providers to be offering worse customer service?

@Plusnet with the known issue with the Hub One, why are you still offering the router without informing customers that 5 GHz is an issue, and has been for 12+ months?
