    @Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

    @Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

    Hi 52 days no phone line no broadband now Plusnet tell me I will be updated on the 5th jan 23 and now Plusnet put the phone down on me and refused to talk to me what a shambles this is I am now going to speak with ombudsman

    @JTayy_ Think sky is pretty bad in my area :/ plusnet seems to be the fastest but it also doesn’t tell me what the upload speed is so that could ******* kver because I need Atleast like 15-20

    @Plusnet Hi Mike. Spoke to my housing people and they said unfortunately I won’t be able to carry over a service of internet provider as it’s not supported here and I can only choose from the list they’ve given me :(

    Waiting for @Plusnet to complete internet switch. Was told 16/12 at 13.55 on 19/12 told me phone was done and broadband by midnight. Nothing has happened, account says being processed and phones never answered. Committed to poor service.

    @bt_uk is there an issue today. I know I’m with @plusnethelp @Plusnet but their not answering. Seems that my connection was up for a short period of time and then dropped. Any chance you can advise network status?
