    @Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

    DAY FIFTEEN of no @Plusnet broadband. The promised router hasn't arrived. Manager who promised to update me hasn't. I work remotely. This is impacting on my ability to earn a living. For god's sake Plusnet either fix it or let me take complaint to @Ofcom. This is beyond a joke.

    @Plusnet Shocking customer service. Was told around 25th Sept I couldn’t get a cheaper deal to renew my broadband and went on their website today and found a cheaper deal for the same speed! Can’t speak to anyone as the lines are always busy. @PlusnetOfficial #disgraceful

    Switch fromJohn Lewis broadband (provided by Plusnet) to Plusnet was set for 21 Sept. On 20th I had no internet so contacted Plusnet Support. They restored Internet on the new router & said they had completed the switch over. 2/
