@Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

Today I should have been connected to the net but @Plusnet has disconnected my neighbour and directed my new number to them. Customer service didn't listen to me so now I'm sitting with no internet. No Netflix tonight 😢

@Plusnet The speed is better this morning, so the problem is clearly an intermittant one. you can see from my 1st tweet that I was getting very slow speeds last night. I'm not sure what to do now, as I don't feel my problem has been resolved. Best wishes
