@Plusnet phoned up this morning regarding moving my dad from BT to you for broadband and tv. Spoke to advisor could not give me prices in tv package because he is not a customer. How am I supposed to compare and move to you if I have no info ? I use you for my business #nohelp

@Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

@MushroomWonders I've not suggested it was anyone's fault. I've advised how you can get a speedy resolution if your parents are vulnerable. The provider has a welfare process to help vulnerable customers. If the services are with PlusNet, you would contact them. 1/2

@plusnet How long should it take for my access to come online after the Openreach engineers have completed their installation? How does over four weeks and still counting sound? Repeated calls to the 'help desk' to get told 24-48hrs but it never gets fixed.

@Plusnet TBH it’s hard to give a positive review when for no obvious reason service failed late evening. Albeit some Openreach gaffe or rectification but nothing of merit emerges.
