    @Plusnet Actually I lost a full 2.5 hours of working time, at a critical stage on a high-profile project. I would call that more than inconvenient, and not exactly a quick fix either. As I said, I did get a phone update, but the problem was never appropriately acknowledged on your account

    @Plusnet I’ve been waiting for a call back since 11.03 today as my wifi is down. How do I get past automated messages to someone who can help? Hate using Twitter for this but don’t see an alternative
