@Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

@Plusnet Hi. I phoned on Wednesday morning as my broadband was down. I was told this was something affecting the local area (da16) and would be back running Thursday am. I still have no Internet. When is this expected to be working again?

@Plusnet Hi, is there a problem with the service? I can't get more than 3MB/s upload (i used to easily reach 18MB/s up). I can provide account details via dm, if necessary...
