It is too old to refurbish and not a very expensive item. I feel insulted by this requirement you are burdening me with. Just charge me for it if you want. I had a phone conversation yesterday & my service was connected - after being wrongly disconnected after a shambles of service provision. A long wait for a 5th time to get through to speak to a human to sort this is unacceptable
