    @Plusnet Internet and landline still down in SKELMERSDALE west Lancs..costing me a fortune in Mobile data..not happy at at all with Plusnet !! They should reimburse me..not good at all !!!

    Can’t believe I’m on 6 days of having no broadband with plusnet and they still can’t tell me what’s causing the outage in the area. 6 days.. You’d think openreach would tell them why but nah... it “should” be on by Friday 9pm.. should take some bets it won’t be on tonight.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp FYI before you send a stupid reply, my laptop is in the same room as the office and I'm connected over ethernet not wifi! Also computer support is my profession so I actually qualified to know what I am doing 🙄

    @todd28289 @plusnethelp Check your contract. I know when I used to work for Sky if you contact them and they can't fix it within 14 days they can exempt you from the contract so you can move elsewhere. Might be different for Plusnet but worth a shot.

    @OpenreachHelp I've had no broadband since this morning as there has been an outage in my area, plusnet has said its a problem with yourselves can you tell me when it will be sorted. I'm in the cv2 area of Coventry

    @jonnyfrodsham @Plusnet @plusnethelp Cheers Jon, there’s hope then! Honestly, I wished it was even half better than it is. Zooms buffer, web browser snail pace and lose mobile calls via WiFi calling. A full deck of problems and 3 months of inaction

    Top marks for Plusnet yet again. I couldn't get mobile data on a sim card I'd got for an old iPad to get my Mum online, and they've just sorted it out in a flash. Brilliant customer service. @Plusnet @plusnethelp

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp You are right, it is important to stay connected except my broadband has cut out twice today and on both occasions when I was presenting on a video call! I changed to Plusnet for a more reliable service, but it isn't.
