Mahala (@ThisIsMahala) reported from Mansfield Woodhouse, EnglandAbsolutely shocking customer service from @Plusnet Been trying to cancel mobile for a month but apparently insecurity to get through is my fault for not staying online in queue for hours or trying all day every day.
-
Trevor Middleton (@trevormiddleton) reported from Heanor and Loscoe, England@TheEddChina @Parky1919 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I have to say I've been with them for 18 years, and any problems I've had with the service have usually been down to Openreach, or the crumbling local infrastructure. As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

Michael Lenehan (@MichaelLeneha12) reported from Mansfield Woodhouse, England@plusnethelp Plusnet I've just lost another 3 hours of work as your connection is down again...things happen no problem with this but I'm beginning to lose the faith in my Plusnet.

-
Jason (@btc8500) reported@Plusnet Iβve spoken to the team and they told me to change the channels on the router but the problem is you donβt actually supply hardware with the capability to do the speed over Wi-Fi. So unless I buy an adapter to my phones and tablets the speed is POINTLESS π±π±
-
Chasersgaming (@denchaser) reported@Plusnet hurry up and fix the bloody internet, mobile data is gonna cost me a fortune on a phone contract you made me get for disabling home phone lines. π‘
-
Sakana San (@san_san141627) reported@Plusnet is there any way I can just text or email you as I am too distressed to phone you. Things have happened and I need to cancel my contract
-
Rob Baillie (@BobaliciousBob) reported@Plusnet Thanks. I'll do that. Now, please ponder on the absurdity of the fact that in order to ask a simple question one needs to go to the "Make a Complaint" section - and that someone who works as a software engineer building end-user systems couldn't find it on their own...

Flower Pot (@FlowerP79667758) reported@Plusnet Day 6 now of no internet. Open-reach dug up the pavement last Wednesday no internet since. We have contacted Open-reach and Plusnet. Told Tuesday is the earliest an engineer can come out. We do everything on line ,banking, health, paying bills etc etc. Communication with family and friends. We have no landline. Through no fault of our own no help from either Open Reach or Plusnet. Our neighbours have not been affected . I am using mobile data but I assume for security reasons I am unable to pay bills via my bank. To be without the internet for so long in this day and age is a serious customer failure and one that should be taken seriously by service providers.

Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood β Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway β it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims. Need help drafting the submission? Just say.
