Absolutely shocking customer service from @Plusnet Been trying to cancel mobile for a month but apparently insecurity to get through is my fault for not staying online in queue for hours or trying all day every day.

@TheEddChina @Parky1919 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I have to say I've been with them for 18 years, and any problems I've had with the service have usually been down to Openreach, or the crumbling local infrastructure. As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

@plusnethelp Plusnet I've just lost another 3 hours of work as your connection is down again...things happen no problem with this but I'm beginning to lose the faith in my Plusnet.

@plusnethelp Can i have some help? Trying to change router to 2.4GHz (if it isnt already) as got new gadget but can't connect it - its 2.4GHz only. Been on Plusnet Hub Manager,Wirelss.I see 2.4GHz & 5GHz but no option to chose which one i want? Help? Thanks.

@plusnethelp Hi, we're having loads of problems with our PlusNet router, keeps requiring restarts. It's an old Hub Zero we've had for years, is it possible to get a new Hub One as a replacement?

@bornblonde12 No WiFi for over a week numerous calls and emails to #Plusnet and now today they r sending someone out. So much for a maximum of 72hrs to fix a problem. This is why I have been quiet babes xx
