    Absolutely shocking customer service from @Plusnet Been trying to cancel mobile for a month but apparently insecurity to get through is my fault for not staying online in queue for hours or trying all day every day.

    @TheEddChina @Parky1919 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I have to say I've been with them for 18 years, and any problems I've had with the service have usually been down to Openreach, or the crumbling local infrastructure. As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

    @plusnethelp Plusnet I've just lost another 3 hours of work as your connection is down again...things happen no problem with this but I'm beginning to lose the faith in my Plusnet.

    @whisperwoIf @virginmedia I mean they didnโ€™t let customers cancel and yet they got fined yesterday by our regulator here in the UK for ยฃ28m. I canโ€™t relate because I use Plusnet which practically never goes out or ***** up a lot

    @Plusnet The new service is at least 10x faster and cheaper than what you can offer. Itโ€™s due to start after my contract with you expires, so I donโ€™t appreciate the continued pressure to stay with an inferior more expensive service

    @LeeJarvis10 If you only need broadband then I'd say Plusnet. Cheap as chips and have acclaimed service. I changed from BT to Plusnet in March, cost for identical service dropped from ยฃ78 to 29!

    @DuncanLindsay 10 years ago at Plusnet someone screamed at me & used derogatory terms because her account was under Mrs (sheโ€™d given the info for the creation) when she was apparently a Lady. I literally just laughed, took the headset off & walked off the floor. Didnโ€™t even hang up.

    @Plusnet "We're here to help from 8am-8pm every day" Called at 18:50 this evening and privilage to speak to a rude customer service operator who when asked to for the call to be escalated am told nobody was available as the call centre closed at 7pm and that his shift was ending

    @Plusnet Ok. I will wait for them to contact me then as I'm not chasing again, given I get ofcom-mandated compensation for missed appointments and delays of starting a service after an agreed date.
