As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same Β£ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive... After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???

(@Matt_Q_OnX) reported@MikeWhi29270353 I never said they did, I said they can. - If you're on such a supplier you simply go to the likes of Vonage and get your telephone service from them; it then runs on the Plusnet (or whatever) internet connection. Plusnet CHOSE not to provide the service - their loss.
