As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. They’re so bad I’m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.

Plusnet have taken a payment after my father's death and refuse to talk to me and even refuse to take a complaint without his username which I don't know. Internet speeds fall when contract is up for renewal, and not usually the speeds advertised anyway. I've been paying £35.99 a month for the slowest internet on the planet...
