@PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

If you are thinking of going with @Plusnet for your internet DON’T. They have the worst service I have ever experienced. Stay away honestly it is not worth the torment. Hours on the phone speaking to several people and issues still not sorted. AVOID!

@tropicalskindeb I've been with Plusnet for the past 5 years now. Never had a problem. Very competitive pricing, with willingness to talk if you're not happy. Call centers are in UK not India.

@Plusnet hoping you can help - my service is due to switch to you later this week - but I've had no notification that the router is on its way. All I've had is the 'Welcome to Plus net' letter and if I look in on the 'Member Centre' there is a message that 'An error has occured'

why does @Plusnet website show no problems with service? I have had no mobile phone service since Midday Sunday & possibly longer. Mobile & home internet is working. I have reported through website.

I'm pretty sure at this point Plusnet have a policy of winding down your line speed until you complain. I'm paying for 80, it's currently syncing at 30 with a 21db SNR margin. It hasn't synced above 60 (minimum guaranteed is 59.6 or something) for 2 years.

@Plusnet I want to cancel my phone. Dont need to talk to anyone just need to cancel. I logged into my account but there's no straightforward option just to cancel. Should i just cancel the direct debit and leave it to expire?

@Plusnet should I be worried that i am paying a £40+ bill for WiFi that is constantly low signal.don't have a big house and the speed is shocking. When playing/watching the ps4 it needs to be connect to an ethernet cable for it to Work then it rarely connects to my phone either.
