    If you are thinking of going with @Plusnet for your internet DON’T. They have the worst service I have ever experienced. Stay away honestly it is not worth the torment. Hours on the phone speaking to several people and issues still not sorted. AVOID!

    @PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

    @Benleo @virginmedia I had a similar issue with plusnet and open reach, still waiting for the fibre to be fitted. I think it's the beginning of the end for this level of poor service, people have had enough.

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    @Plusnet I have new email, says I'm switching to ee in 30 days. I phoned already. I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.
