@PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

If you are thinking of going with @Plusnet for your internet DON’T. They have the worst service I have ever experienced. Stay away honestly it is not worth the torment. Hours on the phone speaking to several people and issues still not sorted. AVOID!

@MoneySavingExp Couldn't have been easier. Rang BT, answered all the questions, passed eligibility. The speeds will be slightly higher than those I was getting with Plusnet on faster fibre. You DO NOT get lower speeds or poorer service on the Essential plan. £15pm for 38mb or £20pm for 68-72mb.

Hi @Plusnet, unhappy new customer here. Took the day off work yesterday to await broadband install and @OpenreachHelp weren’t able to complete the job, old broadband now disconnected and no contact from Open Reach to say when they’ll complete. Not happy.

@MartinSLewis Just moved to full fibre staying with plusnet and ditched the landline. Ported our home number to a voip service. So kept our home number. Cost was £28.99 now £26.99 + £1.50 voip same cost 2x speed.
