  @PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

  @Plusnet, maybe t's time to actually invest in the e-mail servic - that you barely provide to your customers. It's shockingly bad for almost 2 years. Since 8pm last night it has been non-existant!
