@PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

@RichardnotatKF @Plusnet It’s awful, even their webmail is down. Fortunately my gmail and iCloud accounts are still functioning, but they’re not the ones I use for work! 🙄

@DAW4 @Plusnet Mine is personal too so it could be worse for me also. But an announcement / update on the general page on Twitter would help, I have seen nothing through the day. It might head off some of those calls.

@Plusnet Hi, I am a new mobile customer. I am trying to get into my account but it won't accept any of my details (account number, mobile number or email address) as valid. Help?!

@Plusnet Add insult to injury why don’t you - I’m only worthy of a cut and paste answer that you are sending to almost every one of your customers. Woefully substandard customer service. With major outage’s like this, your customers deserve to know more than you are saying.

@Plusnet Given todays email outage, does that mean when back on line (hopefully by tomorrow?) any mail previously sent to me will still be received, or will they be lost somewhere in cyber space?

@GrahamDewhurst @Plusnet Wouldn't bother trying till tomorrow, the email service is down and has been all day. Maybe try logging in again tomorrow?

@Plusnet the lack of any meaningful updates or any real explanation or expected return of service is pretty poor for a company of your size. I know I wouldn’t have got away with this level of (no) customer liaison during my working life as a MSP. Not good enough. #plusnetdown
