Steve (@Stevo_oxo) reported from Upton with Fishley, EnglandIf you are thinking of going with @Plusnet for your internet DONβT. They have the worst service I have ever experienced. Stay away honestly it is not worth the torment. Hours on the phone speaking to several people and issues still not sorted. AVOID!

Shareen Mugford (@ShareenMugford) reported from Sprowston, England@PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately thatβs only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and itβs a lot better than Three

Rockposer Dot Com (@rockposer) reported@Plusnet I rang (for the 3rd time) I am still none the wiser to what the actuall problem is. @WeAreOpenreach are not to be seen, local people are all being told different things by their ISP's. No broadband for over a week is unacceptable @southkesteven

Tanya Ho (@tho78450) reported@gary_mutimer @EE Total con. What's the use of being hassled by Plusnet to move to fibre broadband and getting a copper speed. Rank customer service. After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???
-
Big Dave (@bigdavesnokia) reported@ArmchairAdml Got my mum Plusnet full fibre 145 package for 25 quid (existing customer 2Y contract) and 1p mobile 1000 mins and 10gb data for Β£7.20 recently (no contract). She's 82 and makes most of her calls on WhatsApp and telegram nowadays anyway. Did have to do away with the landline tho.
-
AuntieMich55 π (@AMich55) reported@Plusnet just wanted to say how lovely the customer service staff are especially the lady I spoke to at 8.18 this morning over a moving to EE mix up (this is why I canβt leave you!!).

Ian Billings Dereham, Norfolk π·π¦π§³ππΊπ¬π§ (@Ian_norvic) reported@ClareQ12 @Plusnet Never had a problem with Plusnet in 20 years except when we moved house and had to wait for a landline. Customer service has been great, and speed is as promised - otherwise you can get recompense.

REBECCA (@BECCABEAN) reportedConfused, you will no longer be providing a service to me and offered me to terminate fee free and move to BT . Attempted to move to BT , who couldn't provide the service I needed so found elsewhere. You're now trying to charge me early termination fee?? Why? @Plusnet
-
GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reported@Plusnet @Plusnet poor again making me lose connection another call needed for comp @Ofcom
-
MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.

Nicky Robson (@Nicky_Robson) reported@Plusnet @plusnet you team have still not responded despite your assurance that you will help - when should I expect the promised call back?

@Gaylesian (@gaylesian) reported@JoshCF_ Try plusnet they are owned by BT but you would get new customer offer.
