We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

Stay away honestly it is not worth the torment. Hours on the phone speaking to several people and issues still not sorted. AVOID!

Phil Howard (@Gadgetoid) reported@shane_dillon @edent Plusnet stating they’ll continue accruing charges on an account I told them to cancel - and canceled the direct debit for - would probably go down like a lead balloon had I bothered to legally challenge them. That’s some shady ****. Specially when their T&Cs indicate otherwise.
