@PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

If you are thinking of going with @Plusnet for your internet DON’T. They have the worst service I have ever experienced. Stay away honestly it is not worth the torment. Hours on the phone speaking to several people and issues still not sorted. AVOID!

@Plusnet Qs: for you: (I'm guessing you use OpenReach). If OpenReach were doing planned works in a customer area, (a) would you be notified and (b) would you pre-warn those affected customers?

All too often I'm on here complaining about poor customer service. Not with @Plusnet though, I've never had any issues with them and amongst the moans it's only right to give a shout out to those that do things right 👏👏 #Broadband #CustomerService
