    @PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately thatโ€™s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and itโ€™s a lot better than Three

    If you are thinking of going with @Plusnet for your internet DONโ€™T. They have the worst service I have ever experienced. Stay away honestly it is not worth the torment. Hours on the phone speaking to several people and issues still not sorted. AVOID!

    @CommsOmbudsman 3 BT Group companies (Plusnet, EE, Openreach) pass the buckโ€”no one takes responsibility. Simple Google Maps check could have prevented the whole mess. Customer paying ยฃ63/mo out-of-contract for unreliable service, distress & risk to health (needs line for health).

    @JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).

    @Plusnet We've been told that we must renew by 8 March but as you are dropping phone service on broadband we will cancel instead. Will the account and bills lapse if we do nothing? Thanks
