@PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

@rbowen @nearyd I noticed that back in 1995 when I was working for an ISP called Plusnet. The network was so slow with a Microsoft product running on it that we found it hard to do anything. Looks as if it's still the same in the present day.

@Plusnet @MoneyTelegraph After 10days Plusnet still cannot retrieve a phone call proving they told me I didn't have to pay cancellation charges. I have a letter from the Head of Customer Services stating same. Plusnet uses threat of debt collection agencies to cover own mistakes.

@Plusnet I cannot wait for contract to finish so I can get better broadband I've rang your company so much since I got it about poor speeds and it keeps happening I would rather be with someone who actually delivers the download and upload speed that I pay for #absoluterubbish

@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!
