  @PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

  If you are thinking of going with @Plusnet for your internet DON’T. They have the worst service I have ever experienced. Stay away honestly it is not worth the torment. Hours on the phone speaking to several people and issues still not sorted. AVOID!

  @heid_the_baw_ @virginmedia I chose plusnet because their customer service is good, never had much trouble been with them for years now after switching every couple of years

  Very sorry to hear the seamless plusnet transfer problems mirrored also in their use of company who are hosting emails, again peeps had no say - hope all goes well on Monday - Its a nightmare

  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

  @Plusnet in your handover to EE has been delayed bt By BT yet again still dithering. about getting router set up in house and EE states set up broadband early next week shambles ! Can I stay with plusnet and. Cancel EE as no confidence
