Having to repeatedly chase a solution with your CS team, get nowhere, and be warned of a potential £65 charge is unacceptable. #SortIt 🤬

However a 'goodwill' gesture isn't really what we should get, our internet has been transferred to Plusnet for 5 days and we still don't have a router. We have someone who works from home here. We r paying for a service we don't have.
