    @Plusnet I submitted a fault call 214859734 on 3rd June, BT fixed the fault by the 7th, I replied to a support question on the 8th, but the line speed is still well below MGS. What next?

    @Plusnet broadband nightmare continues. I thought it was fixed yesterday. Came home and the dreaded red light flashing on the router. Tried resetting. No joy. Tried calling. Just been cut-off. Fed up with awful service and poor support. 😖

    @Plusnet saxbymaurice I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF PLUSNET NOT PROVIDING ME WITH THE SERVICE IAM PAYING FOR I HAVE NOT HAD ANY CONSITANT BROADBAND FOR THE LAST 4 DAYS AND BEFORE THAT, PROMISED TO SEND OUT NEW ROUTER AT NO COST TO ME LAST MONTH BUT STILL WAITING TECHNICAL TO MONITOR LINE

    @Plusnet Thanks for replying. I now have someone from BT Openreach coming this morning. Someone on the phone at Plusnet confirms that it is an issue with the line.
