@Plusnet you took over my broadband when I was away. Travelling back in the uk to a text to say my router has only just been posted today… and I can see my old connection is offline. Two kids and Easter weekend ahead. Can you see the problem? Can you check when it was posted

@CitizensAdvice, @Plusnet tell me I cant leave them because my service works fine connected to an ethernet cable but when i’m not connected via cable my service is less than abysmal and it’s affecting my work and personal life. What steps can you suggest I take to fix this issue?

@OpenreachHelp Yes it's effecting bt, sky,plusnet and talktalk. There was damage to a green internet cabinet but 3 months to fix it? Really?
