    @Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

    @patrober Hi Robbo. I'm afraid that we can't provide a phone line without a broadband service and by cancelling your account you'll lose access to your Plusnet emails as you'll need to have a broadband account with us to retain your email service -Anoush

    @plusnethelp I am really regretting my recent switch to #plusnet my broadband speed is nowhere near the speed that has been promised and I wish to cancel the contract as I believe that you are in breach. I have been unable to speak to anyone via the customer service line. Pls hlp

    @plusnethelp #plusnet Have been trying for a month to get a reply regarding a billing issue where the agreed price reduction failed to be applied since July Previously told to send a DM which I did but still have not received a reply after 1 month despite chasing

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet written a stupid amount of tweets about this in the almost two years I’ve been with you but for the love of god improve your customer service. Put in yet another complaint and the advice is there is ‘no lead time for a response’ explains the last 6 months.

    Is it my imagination or does @Plusnet REALLY hate apple devices? Constant problems with home wifi on my mcbook and iphone but windows/samsung devices have no issues

    @Plusnet I am a new customer and broadband is active etc but not connecting any of my devices to the internet. Tried two days in a row to speak to customer services and just got passed from person to person. It is now becoming more hassle than what it’s worth. How can I cancel?

    @plusnethelp why is there no email address to send formal complaints? moving to #plusnet is the biggest mistake i have made this year. Absolutely dreadful service. drops connection daily and wifi not strong enough for streaming. Sort it out or release me from this contract.

    Haha jeez yesterday I switched to @Plusnet and today @TalkTalk have ended my service 2 weeks before the change over date. This company is just awwwwwwwful.
