    @Plusnet you took over my broadband when I was away. Travelling back in the uk to a text to say my router has only just been posted today… and I can see my old connection is offline. Two kids and Easter weekend ahead. Can you see the problem? Can you check when it was posted

    @Plusnet I've had an email about a ticket I can't access and a text telling me to return my router as I've cancelled my service. Confusing thing is, I haven't cancelled and I haven't even contacted Plusnet. Are you randomly cutting me off...?

    @Plusnet called customer services about broadband and was told I'd get a call back in 5 mins. That was 15-20 mins ago and not the first time your customer service team have ghosted me like this.

    @Plusnet you've taken my direct debit payment 10 times over rather than once this month. 10x £10.46 payments on 10/9 rather than 1. Kinda need that for rent lol wtf My name is Craig Anderton, no. 07528282265. Payed with nationwide. Please help sort this out! Not acceptable!
