@TalkTalk @Plusnet Jessie, I DM'd you. You've switched the broadband off and refunded the difference with the bill so I don't get what your problem with the phone number is. The request to switch was in my name which you did anyway.

  • jeffpovey 🇺🇦Jeff Povey 💉💉💉💉🇺🇦 (@jeffpovey) reported

@Plusnet Bit late guys, my broadband suddenly came back to life at 22.20 last night, 7 hours after it went down.

  • paul67davis ItinerantsRus (@paul67davis) reported

The customer support @Plusnet may be friendly, but is technically inept. You sold me a package knowing there were going to be issues with the PAC transfer. I'm left in limbo with a sim that won't function and if I leave you can't give me a PAC code so I will lose my number,

  • JoviMullen Jovi Mullen (@JoviMullen) reported

@Plusnet hi, our broadband price has increased without any notification. We would like to discuss this or cancel as we can get a better deal elsewhere. Can you advise what I can do?

  • Crazy_RobbieUK Robert Waller (@Crazy_RobbieUK) reported

@Plusnet Tip 5 - Read peoples reviews about Plusnet first. Before you do decide to be tortured by them! Guaranteed you will have Internet problems and none stop customer service problems.

  • Michael67963044 Michael Atkinson (@Michael67963044) reported

@Plusnet hey is there a service problem in Newcastle I have lost connection and am needing my data today

  • bex1884 Becky Palmer (@bex1884) reported

Been left no phone since Friday AM, after trying to move to @Plusnet When contacting the customer service team, I’m being told there is no available timescale to have it resolved?!

  • pureshtuyots Shtuyot (@pureshtuyots) reported

@Plusnet I'm trying to cancel my contract within 14 days, does this option exist online?

  • cunbobs Cunbobs (@cunbobs) reported

@Plusnet please stop increasing my 30 day rolling contract. It's getting annoying that I have to keep changing my plan - I mean, I keep getting more data for the original cost...but still...stop doing it. The cost of living is going up, stop adding to the problem!

  • philofthemoore Phil (@philofthemoore) reported

@ItsAndyRyan I have had a fairly good experience of John Lewis Broadband (they use the plusnet network)
