@Plusnet you took over my broadband when I was away. Travelling back in the uk to a text to say my router has only just been posted today… and I can see my old connection is offline. Two kids and Easter weekend ahead. Can you see the problem? Can you check when it was posted

Just joined @Plusnet and starting to regret it already, considering cancelling before this poor service snowballs. Not gone live on the date it was suppose to, sending an engineer on a day when I am at work, which will fine me £65 if I am not there. Now on hold for over 30mins

@Champs707007 @virginmedia Under OFCOM rules you're entitled to compensation. I had no Internet service from plusnet for 16 days, I was entitled to ~£8.69 per day, which is just under £140. I got my service restored and it's back at an average of 57Mbps so not bad at all.

@Plusnet feel like I am always chasing for things that you say you will do but don't! Awaiting email confirmation after phonecall yesterday to cancel, was assured no cancellation fee, asked for this in writing, not happened.

@Plusnet your company disabled my email address which runs a business and a registered charity, plus other email 48 hours ago and still it’s not been re-enabled - i didn’t ask for this to happen, what is it that plusnet fails to understand about even basic service provision..

@Plusnet If an engineer did come out yesterday they haven't fixed the problem. Tomorrow will be one month since I first made you aware of this problem. It is unacceptable that it hasn't been fixed.
