@Plusnet Thanks. I’m still getting system administrator messages for all my outgoing emails: “undeliverable…your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients”. So I am only receiving at present. Thanks for your help.

@Plusnet @lizcooperclark Plusnet emails can be accessed using an email client as normal.' No they can't. Email clients using IMAP & POP3 are still getting authentication errors. DM me for an example.

@Plusnet @drc1947 No. Plusnet (John Lewis) email can NOT be accesed via an email client. Both Windows 10 PC & Samsung phone now asking for password update. Broadband temporarily dropped a couple of times last night too. What is your estimated time to fix this?

@Plusnet I use an email client. I'm receiving and can send emails. However I have yet to receive emails that were sent on Wednesday. I want a statement from a senior manager that explains what has happened. The platitudes that you guys at the sharp end have to issue are now an irritant

@Plusnet @lizcooperclark Totally untrue. It is totally down again and not even accessible through clients as you always tend to think (wrongly)

@micheloola @StalkerMaw @wgsaraband There could be a number of reasons as to why you never got service. Openreach do not cancel orders. Whatever the problem was I can assure you Plusnet would have been informed. May I suggest you contact Ofcom regarding. All the best, Ian

@Plusnet Emails totally and completely down again. Not even accessible through clients that you are so fond if telling people to sign up to. Why can you not just get it fixed properly instead of half on/half off/totally off cycles?
