@Plusnet Another idea to keep kids safe online? Order @Plusnet broadband, and they won’t have any internet to use at all. I ordered last month and still waiting after several calls into your customer services. Any chance of broadband this year? Should’ve gone with @SkyUK

as if @Plusnet has been taking money from my account for A YEAR after i asked them to close the account for lying about how their service would be good enough for work from home (it isn’t) and they have the nerve to say i owe closing fees when i was way out of contract

@Plusnet 5 weeks and still no internet - unresolved despite 20+hours on the phone and we can’t even leave this incompetent organisation. So much for “committed to excellent customer services”. Avoid this company if you can.

@Plusnet Your header says help from 8 to 8 every day. Not on your cust serv line, 500 it ain't!! Rang twice at 8.10 and cut off both times when trying to spk to some1. Asked for a pac code by txt last night. Still nothing!! Might move my b/band too at this rate!

@AFitzgerald1992 @Plusnet Used to have it before the fibre got to the box a mile away but cost a fortune and could be unstable at times… tbh we cope with what we’ve got but would prefer to pay for what get… iyswim
