Now sitting on hold with no indication of where I am in the queue, or how long it'll be..... I miss the old days when @plusnet were good at customer support. Now they give an impression of not wanting to talk to you. If only I could get @toobbroadband where I am!

@Plusnet We have a terribly unstable connection and despite informing you, it remains unresolved. I have 2teenagers who are being disadvantaged further by your inept service. They cannot participate in their home learning successfully due to your poor service

Pro Tip: Don’t use @Plusnet. Their fibre optic broadband won’t even load a 3-minute video without it buffering and you can’t get through to their support team. Pass it on.
