Chris A Tye Art (@chrisatyeart) reported@RLDToo @plusnethelp Tried that - doesn’t seem to work. Also tried on MacOS/iOS/Linux/Win 10 - dead on all of them… until I switch to mobile data. Seems like a Plusnet issue.

Brian Harris (@harrisimo) reportedI like @plusnet but their email provision and webmail service is truly, truly dire. Not improved AT ALL in over 10 years. Went a few MB over the storage limit and they wiped my *entire inbox* overnight. Only way to restore it? Post a request on their community forum. Madness.

Hannah Fox (@hannahfox83) reportedCan someone at @Plusnet tell me what is going on w/ my internet? Was supposed to be connected on 17th, it's now 21st, & still waiting. Apparently it's a BT Openreach issue, but nobody at @Plusnet can be bothered to tell me what's happening unless I ring them. So disappointed.

Tim Hackett (@Tim_Hackett) reported@Plusnet Luckily 999 still worked as an emergency number with no signal for her.
