If you want a new broadband supplier don’t go to @Plusnet We @MarkOneMusic & I did. We had a broadband problem in Nov 2020 & reported it. It’s now almost Feb we still have broadband issues & no landline. 3 @OpenreachHelp engineers in house, way more outside. #useless

My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

The funniest part of the @bt_uk installation was when one of the people installing plusnet to get away from **** @virginmedia said to the younger one... did he offer you a drink?? I've worked on behalf of bt before and done interviews with them... no free drink for me no free drink for them! They get a solid 7.5 for the install though! Even gave some free financial coaching...

@Plusnet Hi. Broadband down and help Bot has reported we should be back up by 27 June. It's only 11th. (Not living in back of beyond either). Really 16 days?

@MarinaPurkiss @EE EE stole my mums PAYG number & credit. They lied & said she didn’t use her phone for outgoing calls despite me having documentary proof to the contrary. Another bit of BT, Plusnet also charged her an outrageous sum for a premium rate call she quite clearly never made.

@Plusnet no mobile signal today, is your service down in IV30?

  • ross_baglin
    Ross Baglin (@ross_baglin) reported

@mattfrei @virginmedia Yes, I moved to Plusnet after Virgin Media then years ago. Rarely been without service, when there is a problem you ring and get a live service operator in Yorkshire. Virgin were terrible.
