  • 50shadesofcoch derw (@50shadesofcoch) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@purpperil @Plusnet @plusnethelp Now having to reboot my phone every hour, phone is saying "no service" and I can only access 2G. 5 days and counting. #plusnetmobile

  • 50shadesofcoch derw (@50shadesofcoch) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@purpperil @Plusnet @plusnethelp I had 4 msgs delivered today, all sent by sender yesterday. Not downloading emails, can't connect to Twitter - all they said was "nobody else has rung in with the same complaint". Offered 20p for "loss of service".

  • joannas94 Joanna (@joannas94) reported from Bristol, England

My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

  • TheEnbyperor ⧖🔶🏳️‍🌈✨impl Cat for Q (it/its)✨🏳️‍🌈🔶⧖ (@TheEnbyperor) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@robertmain_ @plusnethelp Plusnet does support dialup yes. It might work better than VDSL the way things are currently going

  • leighcanham Leigh Canham (@leighcanham) reported from Cardiff, Wales

Mobile network in Cardiff has been down for hours. I've had to get a taxi to my 90 year old mother's house to check on her, who is also a #plusnet customer. We depend on telephone communication! No update or explanation from @plusnethelp @Plusnet #PlusnetProblems

  • lestack Photo Of Elon Musk With Gislane Maxwell (@lestack) reported

@Plusnet hello, someone was supposed to activate my internet today but they didn’t come out. I got a text that my phone service is active, but that’s about as useful as toenails on an earthworm. When can I expect internet service?

@Plusnet hi my internets down your agent suggested getting an unlimited data plan from my mobile service while I wait for engineer and that plusnet would refund me the cost. Is that correct?

  • MorrisJonathan Jonathan Morris (@MorrisJonathan) reported

@Plusnet Why does your router broadcast a hidden SSID? I haven't set it up to do this and don't appear to be able to turn this "hidden network" off (unless I switch the router off obviously)
