@robertmain_ @plusnethelp Honestly who knows, plusnet seem to suffer from general incompetence from my one (1) days experience trying to use their service

  • 50shadesofcoch derw (@50shadesofcoch) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@purpperil @Plusnet @plusnethelp I had 4 msgs delivered today, all sent by sender yesterday. Not downloading emails, can't connect to Twitter - all they said was "nobody else has rung in with the same complaint". Offered 20p for "loss of service".

  • leighcanham Leigh Canham (@leighcanham) reported from Cardiff, Wales

Mobile network in Cardiff has been down for hours. I've had to get a taxi to my 90 year old mother's house to check on her, who is also a #plusnet customer. We depend on telephone communication! No update or explanation from @plusnethelp @Plusnet #PlusnetProblems

  • 50shadesofcoch derw (@50shadesofcoch) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@purpperil @Plusnet @plusnethelp Now having to reboot my phone every hour, phone is saying "no service" and I can only access 2G. 5 days and counting. #plusnetmobile

  • joannas94 Joanna (@joannas94) reported from Bristol, England

My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

  • TheEnbyperor ⧖🔶🏳️‍🌈✨impl Cat for Q (it/its)✨🏳️‍🌈🔶⧖ (@TheEnbyperor) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@robertmain_ @plusnethelp Plusnet does support dialup yes. It might work better than VDSL the way things are currently going

@Plusnet What is going on with Plusnet mobile? For over a week now not receiving calls can't get OTP codes to make payments or access bank accounts. Just told there is an issue and don't know when will be resolved. Don't see any choice other than to switch network.

  • 14will14 Breeze (@14will14) reported

@PaulDAFC @Plusnet Had a lot of issues with the Plusnet router. Phoned them multiple times and they refused to do anything about it. Ended up buying a dedicated router instead and so far haven't had any problems - that was over a year ago now.

  • SagarJan Sagar Desai (@SagarJan) reported

@Plusnet I am facing jitter since morning with plusnet broadband. It is hampering my work from home very heavily and I am so irritated by your service. What the hell you guys are doing. #plusnetsucks #worstinternet #plusnet

  • HarbourAdam A742321 (@HarbourAdam) reported

@virginmedia management …..thank you to your uk staff! There are some real good people who work for you but they are severely let down by your telephone system and “overseas” staff. Take a leaf from @Plusnet and use uk staff to provide all your customer service.

  • sgw5678 Stephen W💙 (@sgw5678) reported

@radiohead319 @Mandoline_Blue I was going to suggest Plusnet. I think money saving expert has a list of which virtual providers use which network.

  • LRackstraw Luke Rackstraw (@LRackstraw) reported

@EE @darren_cullen Also, were customers of BT Mobile, Plusnet Mobile and Utility Warehouse also able to use this mast (given that they share network infrastructure with EE customers)?
