    My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

    If you want a new broadband supplier don’t go to @Plusnet We @MarkOneMusic & I did. We had a broadband problem in Nov 2020 & reported it. It’s now almost Feb we still have broadband issues & no landline. 3 @OpenreachHelp engineers in house, way more outside. #useless

    @welshboymick @plusnethelp Same here, @plusnet has been up and down regularly in the last week (LS27 area). Each time is only for a minute and then it comes back again. Been great for 2 years before this week, now down more in 2 days than it has in 2 years.

    @Plusnet - The Absolute Worst Broadband Provider I have ever had the displeasure of using. My mother has been paying £25 per month for over 3 months and getting downspeeds of less than 10mbps consistently. Your customer service people are useless. I will be taking this to OFCOM

    @Plusnet @CodeFoodPixels If I switch whilst in contract, will they switch whilst I'm still in contract with you? By far the worst provider I've ever had in 12 years. This is the final straw now. England in buffer is pissing me off. 😡

    @Plusnet I asked four days in a row if @Plusnet will be reintroducing data roaming charges and you ignored my question every day. I say I need to pay you money and I get a response within the hour. There's that legendary customer service at work again 🙄
