@purpperil @Plusnet @plusnethelp I had 4 msgs delivered today, all sent by sender yesterday. Not downloading emails, can't connect to Twitter - all they said was "nobody else has rung in with the same complaint". Offered 20p for "loss of service".

If you want a new broadband supplier don’t go to @Plusnet We @MarkOneMusic & I did. We had a broadband problem in Nov 2020 & reported it. It’s now almost Feb we still have broadband issues & no landline. 3 @OpenreachHelp engineers in house, way more outside. #useless

Mobile network in Cardiff has been down for hours. I've had to get a taxi to my 90 year old mother's house to check on her, who is also a #plusnet customer. We depend on telephone communication! No update or explanation from @plusnethelp @Plusnet #PlusnetProblems

I'm not to worry about my old account now, it won't go to collections, even though now every time I call @Plusnet I get routed straight to collections & they have to put me through to customer services. The person I speak to in sales is wonderful, she gets everything sorted...

Just don’t get how our @Plusnet wifi connection can be so so bad! Only my laptop connected to it, and it’s taking too long to attach 2 documents to an email. Forever using my mobile hotspot instead! Definitely changing wifi provider ASAP! @plusnethelp

So I called @Plusnet & said I think there's been a mistake. Their customer services people are always easy to talk with, & they said yes, so sorry, that's an error, we'll get that removed & it won't come out on the directdebit. Sorted. Cut to the day before the directdebit's due

IPv6 is really ubiquitous now. The two biggest UK ISPs BT and Sky both support it. To be honest it's somewhat embarrassing for @plusnet as they had a successful trial some years ago then, seemingly, did nothing. They're also owned by BT so that's even more baffling.

The @Plusnet customer services people help as best they can, trying to find alternatives, but BT WiFi hotspots aren't strong enough in my flat. I've already racked up quite the mobile bill using extra data. I resign myself to having to wait until 23rd March.
