@purpperil @Plusnet @plusnethelp I had 4 msgs delivered today, all sent by sender yesterday. Not downloading emails, can't connect to Twitter - all they said was "nobody else has rung in with the same complaint". Offered 20p for "loss of service".

Mobile network in Cardiff has been down for hours. I've had to get a taxi to my 90 year old mother's house to check on her, who is also a #plusnet customer. We depend on telephone communication! No update or explanation from @plusnethelp @Plusnet #PlusnetProblems

@plusnethelp @plusnet I switched from John Lewis (Plusnet) Broadband to Plusnet (direct) 3 days ago and my speed has dropped instead of increased (from 10mb to 6mb) on a guaranteed 8mb. How do I cancel without penalty since you are not meeting guaranteed promised min 8mb speed?

@plusnethelp I’ve now been waiting circa 3 weeks for a return phone call about the wholly substandard WIFI output I have through Plusnet . 12mths I’ve had issues with your supposedly top fibre package. That’s not award winning customer service by any stretch of the imagination
