    @robertmain_ @plusnethelp Plusnet does support dialup yes. It might work better than VDSL the way things are currently going

    @purpperil @Plusnet @plusnethelp I had 4 msgs delivered today, all sent by sender yesterday. Not downloading emails, can't connect to Twitter - all they said was "nobody else has rung in with the same complaint". Offered 20p for "loss of service".

    Mobile network in Cardiff has been down for hours. I've had to get a taxi to my 90 year old mother's house to check on her, who is also a #plusnet customer. We depend on telephone communication! No update or explanation from @plusnethelp @Plusnet #PlusnetProblems

    @purpperil @Plusnet @plusnethelp Now having to reboot my phone every hour, phone is saying "no service" and I can only access 2G. 5 days and counting. #plusnetmobile

    @theguruofthree @Plusnet Same here. DSL link light on. no PPP tunnel and won't re-establish so gonna assume issues elsewhere too. Swapped in spare modem to be safe. No joy.

    Some might ask, what was the worst part of moving? The numerous delays? The builder who took 2 weeks not the 3 days he promised to fix our kitchen. No. It was @Plusnet, who promised we'd have Internet on the 13 Nov and now say it'll be 1 Dec. Bloody brilliant service.

    @Plusnet Had problems with fibre for a longtime and advised this is what I needed. Only yesterday an agent said you hadn’t got these routers yet.

    @Plusnet So only new customers will get one I have been with you for years and in the last two year it been one problem after another with my internet and still having problems now maybe time to look for someone new if you are not going to look after your loyal customers

    @Plusnet our router has an orange light, with the broadband sign flashing red. I've tried following your troubleshooting guide but it wants a landline to plug in, which we don't have. how do I go about fixing the issue, or is there an outage?

    @Plusnet Hi. Every evening our speed drops from around 40 mbps to 7 or lower, quite often dropping off completely. Can someone please contact me to discuss this issue and get it rectified.
