If you want a new broadband supplier don’t go to @Plusnet We @MarkOneMusic & I did. We had a broadband problem in Nov 2020 & reported it. It’s now almost Feb we still have broadband issues & no landline. 3 @OpenreachHelp engineers in house, way more outside. #useless

My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

@Plusnet Hi, I wish to move my domain and email service away from Force9/Plusnet due to a number of circumstances. Please would you let me know the procedure from your end to help this happen? Thanks.

  • ComTekMan
    Carl Fandidango (@ComTekMan) reported

@CommsOmbudsman 3 BT Group companies (Plusnet, EE, Openreach) pass the buck—no one takes responsibility. Simple Google Maps check could have prevented the whole mess. Customer paying £63/mo out-of-contract for unreliable service, distress & risk to health (needs line for health).

@SamiC0hen @Plusnet Oh no Sami, that sounds terrible, was there any minimum term on your rental property? And has your work company given you any indication how long you’ll keep your jobs for? My heart goes out to you, what a big worry 😞

  • aoakes51
    anthony Oakes (@aoakes51) reported

@Plusnet So i switched to Plusnet and what a mistake. Should've stayed with current provider. So paind for 900Mbps and get max 100Mbps. Its a very clear line provisioning error probably from Openreach. Plusnet seem to not want to fix it, nothing wrong here! just contact openreach

@Plusnet I am leaving you on 28/01. You've just billed me for 29/01 onwards and will take via direct debit. I can't get through and you have no online chat. Can someone please help me to confirm you acknowledge my cancellation and will not take funds. Thank you.
