Mobile network in Cardiff has been down for hours. I've had to get a taxi to my 90 year old mother's house to check on her, who is also a #plusnet customer. We depend on telephone communication! No update or explanation from @plusnethelp @Plusnet #PlusnetProblems

@purpperil @Plusnet @plusnethelp I had 4 msgs delivered today, all sent by sender yesterday. Not downloading emails, can't connect to Twitter - all they said was "nobody else has rung in with the same complaint". Offered 20p for "loss of service".

If you want a new broadband supplier don’t go to @Plusnet We @MarkOneMusic & I did. We had a broadband problem in Nov 2020 & reported it. It’s now almost Feb we still have broadband issues & no landline. 3 @OpenreachHelp engineers in house, way more outside. #useless

@Plusnet Been a customer for nearly 6 years but just left due to the abhorrent customer service!! Broadband connection is terrible, drops out constantly, doesn't work upstairs and despite numerous attempts to sort it out nothing is done! Definitely do not recommend!!!! 😡

@mazymixer that's not too bad at all. I have phone and broadband with Plusnet and that is around £50 a month but all calls are free.
