@purpperil @Plusnet @plusnethelp I had 4 msgs delivered today, all sent by sender yesterday. Not downloading emails, can't connect to Twitter - all they said was "nobody else has rung in with the same complaint". Offered 20p for "loss of service".

Mobile network in Cardiff has been down for hours. I've had to get a taxi to my 90 year old mother's house to check on her, who is also a #plusnet customer. We depend on telephone communication! No update or explanation from @plusnethelp @Plusnet #PlusnetProblems

My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

@Plusnet Thanks your reply. Have tried Webmail & that is working. Have now also sent test email from phone & that has worked. I can now see the problem is the OctopusEnergy email address, as although I hit reply it is missing the .com ! Apologies for inconvenience caused.

Just looking to change my broadband from Plusnet as they offered to match any deal but actually can't. I see on MSE Broadband deals they state for cust service 4.1/10 is ok and 6.2 is good ! 😐

@Plusnet Someone from Plus net best just call me back now! I’ve been on the phone for an hour passed from person to person and you cut me off! The terrible customer service is beyond me how @Plusnet @plusnethelp managed to stay in business this long! I’ve been calling all yesterday too

@Plusnet The problem occurred yesterday - prior to that the speeds were fine. Wired connection is fine. Changing channels doesn't help. Seems to be an issue with the wifi signal itself. New router??
