Mobile network in Cardiff has been down for hours. I've had to get a taxi to my 90 year old mother's house to check on her, who is also a #plusnet customer. We depend on telephone communication! No update or explanation from @plusnethelp @Plusnet #PlusnetProblems

@robertmain_ @plusnethelp Plusnet does support dialup yes. It might work better than VDSL the way things are currently going

@purpperil @Plusnet @plusnethelp I had 4 msgs delivered today, all sent by sender yesterday. Not downloading emails, can't connect to Twitter - all they said was "nobody else has rung in with the same complaint". Offered 20p for "loss of service".

@Plusnet Hi, @unltdwebhosting have responded to my ticket saying they are blocking the access to my own sites!!! I have another issue with email blocking as well so it's best to stop using this bunch #unlimitedwebhosting !!!

@MECFSisCFSnotME @virginmedia No, my parents were with Plusnet, had to threaten legal action to get up and running in the end, they left Sky because they were awful too, I can't understand why they are all allowed to get away with being so shite? 🤓

So @Plusnet why can I no longer see websites on @unltdwebhosting. From Saturday any of my sites gives unable to reach time outs. OK on mobile and via VPN but not when using Plusnet service ?? Same with no firewall ! You must be blocking this server. FTP works though !!

@EE Thank you but I’m not a customer, I’m with Plusnet who use your mast. The issue has been affecting the village for over a year, something relating to the mast, so i wondered if there was an update yet
