Transfer date was yesterday and I called today and now it’s another 3 weeks or so! No apology or anything. What a great way to treat new customers. Maybe I should cancel.

Cliffy (@radagastcb) reported@ThreeUK I have been with Three for 20 years, currently have a unlimited Data plan. I was going to change from crap Plusnet to a 4g Internet as we have very fast 4g. I started to apply and the bloody questions you ask. I am retired. Stuff you I will stay where I am.

NMP (@NDP2022) reported@Plusnet Do not use this company. They take your money, don’t set up an account and fail to refund you when you provide your details. Customer service is non existent. EE have been amazing compared to this shower of a company.
