    @Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

    @Plusnethelp @Plusnet Absolutely hopeless. Trying to transfer to you for phone & BB. Transfer date was yesterday and I called today and now it’s another 3 weeks or so! No apology or anything. What a great way to treat new customers. Maybe I should cancel.

    @Plusnet My internet has been down since last night (tethered at the moment). I have tried resetting my pwd on the site & router. The phone still works. No service outage listed on any status pages I can find. Please help

    @MikeGradysez Gave up on them years ago, I changed to Plusnet, owned funnily enough by BT now but great service and you actually speak to people based in Yorkshire. That'll do for me.
