Transfer date was yesterday and I called today and now itโs another 3 weeks or so! No apology or anything. What a great way to treat new customers. Maybe I should cancel.

Options seem limited!!

Internet speeds fall when contract is up for renewal, and not usually the speeds advertised anyway. I've been paying ยฃ35.99 a month for the slowest internet on the planet...

Tee (@TGunson) reported@johnsick74 You can find 12 month contracts and even monthly ones, I moved to plusnet on a 12 month contract so much cheaper and no problems. Iโll then look around for a cheaper deal when this one ends

Now an issue where it won't work at all and I have too wait 5 days for an engineer!! With a disabled child who relies on Internet as a sensory calm! Not good enough.
