    @Plusnethelp @Plusnet Absolutely hopeless. Trying to transfer to you for phone & BB. Transfer date was yesterday and I called today and now it’s another 3 weeks or so! No apology or anything. What a great way to treat new customers. Maybe I should cancel.

    @Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

    @Plusnet Still have not been connected for a new broadband phone line contact ! Plusnet keeps telling me there is additional services on my line ? I do not have a phone line connected and have never had a phone line or broadband or anything so....how can I have this problem??

    @Parag3791 Earlier today, some customers experienced problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We worked quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. -James Sheffield

    @Plusnet No internet Fri. Experienced your customer service.Your bot saidwill get back in 20 minutes-was 6 hours. Called-impossible. Asked for advisor-3 hours later get call-hangup in 1 ring. The only thing you advertise is cust. service-very exp. Why should I stay?
