@Plusnethelp @Plusnet Absolutely hopeless. Trying to transfer to you for phone & BB. Transfer date was yesterday and I called today and now it’s another 3 weeks or so! No apology or anything. What a great way to treat new customers. Maybe I should cancel.

@Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

@AndrewGalvin14 @Plusnet Same in Havant, north of Portsmouth. Only thing I can see that @Plusnet have done is switch off the customer service line so they can't be called. Rubbish!

@Plusnet my home, my daughter's 6 miles away, friends & colleagues of hers all wfh, all plusnet, all the same issue. Router restarted, all blue, hub says all ok, but no WiFi. Tweets say this is national. What's happening?
