    @Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

    @Plusnethelp @Plusnet Absolutely hopeless. Trying to transfer to you for phone & BB. Transfer date was yesterday and I called today and now it’s another 3 weeks or so! No apology or anything. What a great way to treat new customers. Maybe I should cancel.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Internet has been really bad since Friday, can't get through by phone, no reply via DM. Supposed to be at least 60 Mbps but only 6mbps! Not acceptable! Do not sign up to Plusnet!

    @audra_painter @Plusnet Don't go with them, broadband appaling, no customer service and no refund for lost service. Pull out while you can, they are crap.

    @Plusnet What your doing for this customer is cancelling her home move a day before it's due having confirmed its going ahead fine just 3 days ago. I work from home and you are messing with my livelihood. Had really poor service, genuinely cried.

    @Plusnet Since being with you - In Merseyside - We have had service LESS than 50 per cent of the time. And this is for simple email. Which we need to work. Great to have swift CS but pointless if the internet fails to work after.

    @plusnethelp my broadband is .38mbps and 3mbps download on two tests. supposed to be guaranteed 30mbps. plusnet help?

    Hey @Plusnet - I’ve had to spend about £60 on extra data this week because of internet problems with you. I also couldn’t work from home properly. Any chance of getting this money reimbursed? @plusnethelp
