    @jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

    @Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

    @nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

    @AmyTurner1316 @outagedetect I can barely access the net on pc. Nothing connects. Even the plusnet webpage is broken. No online apps work, completely broken service

    @Plusnet The lack of information and this cut and paste response is not something I feel is consistent with a company with “award winning customer service”.

    @Plusnet @rabprentice This bs scripted reply just shows the lack of customer care and apathetic approach to resolving an issue. I thought plusnet were going to be a good provider, but seem to be just as false as the others.

    @Plusnet @thisannoyedme Cobblers. My router says I have internet but now none of my online apps work anymore. Your fix is an absolute joke. I cant even sign in on them. This is terrible customer service
