    @jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

    @nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

    @Plusnet can't get in touch with support over the phone or online. Been trying for 3 weeks, on hold for over an hour each time without any answer. Can someone DM me asap. Need to rebook an engineer.

    @Plusnet I have tweeted twice now having failed to get through on the phone. I am still waiting for broadband connection or an explanation! Terrible service.

    @TheSulks @Plusnet Had our account with them for a while and I am very happy with the service. We are paying less now for a higher connection speed than when we first started.

    For crying out loud, @Plusnet, it's impossible to get through to customer support and I need to reschedule an engineer visit. It's no use telling me what the "best time to call" is, when I'm at work.

    @Plusnet i have tried day after day to speak to someone about several issues. You have booked an engineer to visit me next week and I can't make the appointment. Also my bill is wrong. Any chance of someone,anyone, answering tbe phone....?!

    @Plusnet always jokes when a company screws themselves out of money so popping this on the twitter rather than call. You've thrown hissy and cut our internet, 4 days before next direct debit due. Now no set up a new direct debit, you go **** self 🖕 3 4G quicker and £20p/m less
