  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

  • PatrickMBelfast Patrick (@PatrickMBelfast) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • goodall_charlie Charlie Goodall (@goodall_charlie) reported

@Plusnet our electric was turned off due to grid work. Since it’s been back on our internet doesn’t work properly - have tried to contact plusnet - at least if you don’t respond to queries, you can’t be criticised for poor service.

  • cornish_poet Jo Hoskin (@cornish_poet) reported

@Plusnet don't go with plusnet. We have had nothing but issue's with mast down for 6 week's they have no resolution date! And tbh can't be bothered! Really shocking 🤔

  • mw_hufc Martin Watson (@mw_hufc) reported

@MarkSJordan @Plusnet Most modern phones support voice over wifi so signal boosters are getting a bit old hat as the phone will switch to using the wifi it's attached to instead.

  • TredegarAnn Ann Fleming (@TredegarAnn) reported

@plusnet you say you provide excellent customer service yet none of your phone lines are open, there is no online chat and you have not responded to the tweet I sent. I’d call that poor.

  • iamgoldunicorn Claire (@iamgoldunicorn) reported

@Plusnet no mobile network available since Friday. Can you help please? I've sent you a PM but had no answer.

  • sh1van1 Shiv (@sh1van1) reported

@Plusnet hi I have been waiting for over a week for a SIM card I was suppose to receive a week ago. I’m unable to make calls bc you switched my phone over. Can you reverse the switch of network?

  • ManyFacedTMan Plastik Edukator (@ManyFacedTMan) reported

@Plusnet my bill has gone up 50% this month! 3 months into a new 18 month contract and the customer service phone number on your website is not recognised. I need to speak to someone please

  • MarkSJordan Mark (@MarkSJordan) reported

Disappointed with @Plusnet . In the absence of online chat, they tell you to direct message them on twitter. 2 messages about lack of mobile signal at our new home sent over 2 days.... Nothing 😡

  • TheRealBorisJo3 404 page not found (@TheRealBorisJo3) reported

@Plusnet 2/3 so if we spent 6 hours on the phone in total, you value our time at £2.50 an hour. Interesting. The wifi signal is your guaranteed minimum which is about the speed of a second class stamp. Nice people at the end of your phone lines BUT

  • ianmatchett Ian Matchett (@ianmatchett) reported

@Plusnet hi, I've had sudden intermittent issues today on my internet, nothing has changed on our end. Any solutions for me??
