@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

@Plusnet @YorkshireTea Youve taken over our broadband but we have no equipment which leaves us with no hot water or heating and I think 5 days to respond is really unacceptable, I have tried ringing but don’t have relevant account details as I’m on holiday so can’t pass security. Will tea help!!!!

@Plusnet regular as clockwork as it approaches my billing date my internet starts to be intermittent. Or goes down completely as it has done now. Don't tell me wiring your engineer last person to touch it. I am in credit do not need to make payment.
