    @nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

    @jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

    @clairezxclaire ****, at one point I had to put a relay in my house, on my Plusnet static IP, in order to get messages from our system reliably into BT and EE. Shall we compare notes on BT's ****** SMTP? 🙄

    @Plusnet raised issue 214411690 yesterday. You say it’s a “BT MSO”. Can I have update on progress please. Unable to get it from website, get a 404 when trying to access page.

    @Plusnet What is the issue please ? “MSO” covers a lot of things. Is it hardware, cable or what ? It shouldn’t take over a week to fix. How do I get online meanswhilst ? I’m going to bust my mobile data limit very soon.

    @Plusnet wish I had never left Vodafone. Plusnet phone service uses the EE network and its coverage is rubbish in my area.

    @Plusnet my mobile has no signal in my area porth rhondda since approx 12 pm yesterday postcode area CF37 please dont make me go back to 3.

    @Plusnet my signal has deteriorated since we moved to our house nearly two years ago. Twice this week I’ve had people call me but I’m none the wiser, I don’t even get a belated missed call notification. I can’t be out of contact like this, what can you do before I look around?
