@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

Hey @Plusnet when we say in Yorkshire “that’ll do”, we don’t mean that any old ******’ ****’ll do. My mobile hasn’t worked for calls in or out for two days, neither mine or my wife. Please sort it, quick!!!! #mobile #Phone_connection
