    @jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

    @nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

    @plusnethelp STOP SENDING STUPID EMAILS. QUITE OBVIOUSLY IT ISNT CLEAR THAT IT NEEDS TO BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 3 MONTHS OTHERWISE I WOULD OF DONE IT WOULDN'T I YOU HALFWIT! THERES NO GOOD REASON WHY IT SHOULD BE RESTRICTED TO 3 MONTHS OTHER THAN TO CATCH PPL OUT PURPOSEFULLY SO BYE PLUSNET

    @Danfinite_ My speed doubled when I switched from plusnet. I never rated them.

    So ever since I told @Plusnet I was moving to @virginmedia due to terrible speeds provided in my area against Virgins 1Gig my internet speed has been throttled that it’s barely useable. Only a week to go of the worst service. #broadband #dontsettle

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp @Ofcom Plusnet's fabled customer service.... Absolute rubbish can't even be bothered to call simply send an email covered in gobblygook... Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy...

    @plusnethelp Hello. I’m confused that plusnet aren’t willing to look in to my poor WiFi or to assist? The instructions are not adequate, they just say “change the channels until you find the best one for your house.”. I should not have to pay for third party equipment to get adequate WiFi.

    @plusnethelp Hi. I moved to plusnet broadband a month ago and find my WiFi connection unreliable. I can’t do things like watch YouTube or have WhatsApp video calls without buffering or getting “reconnecting” messages. It’s quite unusable and disappointing. Can you help please?
