    @Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

    @jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

    @Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?

    @nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

    @Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

    Hi @Plusnet I can see there's something awry. I've had no mobile signal since about 10am (possibly earlier) and could only log in with extreme difficulty. Can you give me an update please?

    @Plusnet Hello. Why does your online service status tell me there are no nationwide issues with broadband but your text help service tell me there is an issue in my area? I would like an update when this is going to be fixed I have been without internet since around 3 am.

    @Plusnet We tried 12 moths back to get Plusnet. After a month still no service. Ended up going back to Sky, took them 3 days

    @Plusnet my 80+ mother and 90+ father have had no internet or landline for four days, despite your assurances! My father is susceptible to falls and with poor mobile signal have no way of raising alarm. Second time in a month!!

    Anything wrong with Plusnet Mobile? Lost all mobile signal and data connection around 2pm walking around Manchester city centre. Still isn't working despite being out of the city and multiple phone restarts 2.5 hours later.
