  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

  • gemmacaddell86 Gem (@gemmacaddell86) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

Saturday night to enjoy tv with willow not here and plusnet not working, awesome

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • PatrickMBelfast Patrick (@PatrickMBelfast) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

@krakenind @JolyonMaugham @virginmedia Most of the companies supply poor hardware that is inferior to yrs ago it seems. I am with Plusnet and use my own router, signal far stronger. Cheap boxes that signal is so poor they try to jumping frequencies and fail so keep switching. Also split the signals for 2.4 and 5 ghz

How is it such a big company like @Plusnet @plusnethelp can’t provide me with an email address that I can contact them on to send them some pdfs? I’m deciding whether to remain a customer or not and if they can’t even give me an email address I can contact I think it will be 👋!

  • RooRach razmataz (@RooRach) reported

@Plusnet How do you define total loss of service. Cos I’d define days where it sometimes comes on for 15 seconds at a time, to be total loss of service.

  • LeahMarie1988 Leah Smith (She/Her) (@LeahMarie1988) reported

@Plusnet Why has my monthly bill gone up by over 7%? Your service isn’t good enough to warrant what I was paying before, let alone putting it up?

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@flookoco Hi Ian, I'm sorry to hear about this, you can speak to our Customer Option Team to discuss the monthly price further and see if there is anything that can be done. They are reachable on 0800 013 2632, my colleague will be able to further assist. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

  • Anthonyr993 Anthony (@Anthonyr993) reported

@Plusnet Thanks for the response. I'm now only getting 1.4 mbps. Making it pretty much useless. Hopefully you can get the issue fixed soon.

  • PowerGuy2017 Kauders (@PowerGuy2017) reported

@Plusnet sort your ******* WiFi out peace of ******* **** why am I paying money for this crap

  • craftfun1 Mrs H (@craftfun1) reported

Seriously @Plusnet your customer service is shocking 18 days and still no internet! I phoned up, again, today only to be told that 'it was cancelled' - again - by who and why - you don't know. When will I have the service I paid for over a month ago - you don't know. 1/2

  • 2DForever Tom Waterhouse (@2DForever) reported

@kingmonkey25 I’ll say it for the rest of my life, but sadly there is no such thing as a good internet service provider… I had exactly the same thing with plusnet, where I moved home and they couldn’t provide their service. for their “amazing customer service” they left me with a huge bill

  • RrmetroldRose Rose Gold (@RrmetroldRose) reported from Ashford, England

@Plusnet epic fail - just had an email confirming removal of features that I had't got - I'm so confused now.
