  • PatrickMBelfast Patrick (@PatrickMBelfast) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • happyjack1981 Shauny—Bodhisattva (@happyjack1981) reported

I’m out of contract in two days with O2. Worst coverage I’ve ever had. Going back to EE. Do I have to end my O2 contract or just switch? I can never remember. Also any suggestions on who to go with? I like Plusnet and I think EE provide their cover.

  • deborahsisk Deborah Sisk (@deborahsisk) reported

@Plusnet I am the account holder for an 89 year old partially sighted customer of yours. You promised broadband since 26th July. You haven’t provided this. Still no news on when she will be connected. Your duty of care is non existent! On hold on the phone for over an hour.

  • Ferguson64Kc karen cottam (@Ferguson64Kc) reported

@Plusnet I wonder if someone could help me assist my parents who are in their 80’s finally get connected. There have been issues for over a fortnight now and it is becoming distressing for them. #Plusnet

  • ThrustBastard (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ (@ThrustBastard) reported

@Plusnet Hello, new customer here. Will I get a router as standard? I'm not 100% sure I've ordered one

  • Barberinaboxuk Barber In A Box (@Barberinaboxuk) reported

@Plusnet the mobile accounts I have with you have been unable to make or receive calls or texts for 3 days so far. Is there a problem in London? If so then any updates on it?

  • RayRashid RayRay (@RayRashid) reported

@Plusnet I'd advise other people to stay away from Plusnet, their customer service is pathetic. Amongst the worst I've encountered. I've made a complaint and been promised multiple call backs from a manager which haven't materialised.

  • PascalR57 Tournicoton compte de la Faourette. (@PascalR57) reported

@happyjack1981 Yes, Plusnet use EE. Also if you are a Plusnet broadband customer you get half price mobile.

  • OperandVT Operand PNGTUBER (DEBUT!) (@OperandVT) reported

I really hope I can get them stable fiber internets on October rather than November or December. I also really hope that my call tomorrow to the right department of Plusnet will mean I don't pay bills for service I ain't gettin'... 😡
