We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

There was no #openreach on our street, so it looks like someone just disconnected or switched us off! The earliest @openreach appointment is in THREE DAYS on Wed! I work from home you i'm loosing HUNDREDS of £ a day! So That's 3 DAYS WITH NO INTERNET OR WORK! You don't tell us how bad the repair service is in your ADs.

We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best
