@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • gemmacaddell86 Gem (@gemmacaddell86) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

Saturday night to enjoy tv with willow not here and plusnet not working, awesome

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

  • inkedcaribbean inkedup_britishjamaican (@inkedcaribbean) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet please improve your customer service

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • PatrickMBelfast Patrick (@PatrickMBelfast) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?

@plusnet mobile the worst customer service of all companies

  • DonkeyDelph Delph Donkey (@DonkeyDelph) reported

Warning to all @Plusnet customers. Check your monthly bill when it arrives. Just checked mine and they had overcharged me by £10.10. If I had not raised it with them they would have taken the money. Could not explain why this had happened. That’s poor.

  • Jav_1882 Javad (@Jav_1882) reported

@Hotspur67 In recent times no. The only issue I had was in August they gave me a new *** which is an old BT hub under the hood. They are always behind the curve with BT. There were performance (speed) issues so I had to buy a third party hub from Amazon and plusnet reimbursed me cost of it.

  • SusanRead15 Susan Read (@SusanRead15) reported

@lottyburns @ThreeUK PlusNet works extremely well. Still free roaming. I’m paying just over £8 now for 15Gb data & unlimited minutes & texts. Left GiffGaff as had issues making calls when abroad.

  • DougieDCam Douglas Cameron💙 (@DougieDCam) reported

@plusnet help! I have no phone signal so can't call you. No reports of a fault on the ee service. Can you help me resolve this issue please?

  • pat1doughty Pat1doughty (@pat1doughty) reported

@Plusnet is anyone else having problems receiving and making calls on Plusnet Mobile, our number has stopped, but still recent texts. Plusnet seem to think it’s ok for you to have phone number that doesn’t work!?

  • LukeCarpenter1 Luke Carpenter (@LukeCarpenter1) reported

@Plusnet my internet has been awful the last couple of weeks but has now stopped working completely. Down detector has said their are issues on your side, when will this be fixed? I have important work meetings this morning that can’t be missed. I’m in KT6

  • _DirectingMind DirectingMind (@_DirectingMind) reported

@LukeHarby @Plusnet I had the same issue now another 2 weeks for Openreach to come back. Did you have anymore luck? They have a monopoly on the fibres and aren’t accountable to end users so provide a horrific service @WeAreOpenreach

  • steve5162 Steve Bailey (@steve5162) reported

I am currently a Plusnet mobile customer. My chosen plan was £6, 4Gb data, unlimited calls and texts on a rolling 30 day arrangement. My monthly plan has increased to £6.55. My old arrangement is still available to new customers which I consider grossly unfair @Plusnet

  • markb44z Mark Boulton (@markb44z) reported

@Plusnet Hi, is there an issue in the TN34 Hastings area or nationwide as reset the router twice and just got an orange light instead of the usual blue one and no connection....
