@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

@Plusnet contract renewal for my 88 year-old Mum too expensive at £29.99/month for 10Mb plus inclusive calls. Switching to @NOWTV broadband at £18/month for same deal. Do we need to inform you officially to terminate? Thank you

@Markgsparrow @BenedictMPWhite Well we did that. Trouble is when companies splinter they tend to reform into larger entities or failing that they create other companies to maintain that illusion of choice. As an example that lovely little local Yorkshire outfit Plusnet is just BT with a flat cap on.
