@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • gemmacaddell86 Gem (@gemmacaddell86) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

Saturday night to enjoy tv with willow not here and plusnet not working, awesome

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

@plusnethelp broadband down again. Tech/faults were meant to call back within 72 hours. It never happened! My wife works from home (NHS) and needs internet. My son is at University and studying from home. Shame on you Plusnet!

  • gabbygabbybrook gabby@gabbybrooks (@gabbygabbybrook) reported

@Plusnet I have just become a Plusnet customer and had to have @WeAreOpenreach to install a new box. Just found out that the engineer has stolen a necklace and Plusnet don't want to know...they employ thieves to come into your house and aren't interested. Disgraceful!

  • peteoldham Pete Oldham (@peteoldham) reported

@Plusnet Hi, my support ticket #211748710 seems to have been closed before I could respond to it? Could it be reopened?

  • NicolaMFraus Nicola Matteo Fraus (@NicolaMFraus) reported

@Plusnet @MarcAllera trying social media as your internal customer service channels are overwhelmed or uninterested. Kindly relieve me of my contract due to constant unfulfilled speeds. At a time when customers need to rely on you more true colours shine through. #”that’llnotdo”

  • BinkyPro Andrew Cook (@BinkyPro) reported

@Plusnet @Ofcom @OpenreachHelp We have had no connection for 24 hours and you have not updated us to what is going on. 5/6 weeks plus of a failing/intermittent broadband service, very little customer support and now no internet at all. I need to work from home tomorrow

  • colin1951uk Colin Knight (@colin1951uk) reported

@BanahanJayne @MoneySavingExp @virginmedia It sounds to me like you’ve got tv in that package, broadband on its own wouldn’t be so expensive. Whatever get out of it penalty free & maybe try Plusnet or TalkTalk (who I use,) there’s no difference in the service speeds, it’s just customer support that’s lacking. Good luck.

  • smooshcum *** hah (@smooshcum) reported

@Plusnet you can **** off with your disappointment of a company u ******* nerds got to be the most **** wifi company out there please go bankrupt

  • danrolfejohnson Dan Rolfe Johnson (@danrolfejohnson) reported

Another week or great customer service from @plusnethelp but absolutely appalling/non-existent service from @Plusnet and @WeAreOpenreach. How it can be so difficult to activate broadband in a house where there is a working openreach socket is beyond me.

  • Chazie95_Gaming Chazie95 (@Chazie95_Gaming) reported

@Plusnet Please please please Fix the internet issue in my area!!! 3 days now it has been going up and down every half an hour!?!? becoming a bit of a joke now!
