  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@Innovate4Growth @Plusnet Me. My CS experience has been appalling. No WiFi for a week, been told repeatedly they won't be able to fix it BUT still want their money at the end of the month.

  • Innovate4Growth Vijay Luthra FRSA ChPP 💻🚀🛰🍭 (@Innovate4Growth) reported

@grezwell19 @Plusnet Don’t think I’ve ever come across anything like British business is often bad at customer service but our friends in #Yorkshire take the parkin

  • RobBS25936512 Rob in Stowmarket, UK. 🎸🥁 ⛽️🏍⚡️🚙 (@RobBS25936512) reported

@plusnethelp PlusNet service has gone from excellent to appalling! My ‘question’ no211073088 remains unresolved - a promised call back from a CSC Analyst never materialised and an engineer who called CUT ME OFF! Adding a comment online resulted in a message to restart the query!

  • Pauline54232922 Pauline Turner (@Pauline54232922) reported

@MaggieP31069 It sure is. Some service providers have a blocking service. I'm with Plusnet but I've now used up my allowance. I've recently bought a new landline phone which can block calls but I haven't tried to do yet. It makes my brain hurt!

  • plusnethelp Plusnet Help (@plusnethelp) reported

@annzaquaker Thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear you want to leave Plusnet. Unfortunately we’re not able to cancel your contract here, please call 0800 013 2632 and my colleague will be able to help. - Curtis

  • SaltNPrEPPA Jamie 🐻 (@SaltNPrEPPA) reported

Whenever I speak to plusnet about my shockingly bad internet connection, the term Fobbed off comes to mind 🙄

  • DylanRhysJames1 Dylan Rhys James (@DylanRhysJames1) reported

@plusnethelp as I've had problems since day 1 of my contract I'd like to find out what my early cancellation fee is as I've lost faith in plusnet

  • FloofyWithAFork (@FloofyWithAFork) reported

why is my @Plusnet internet being so ******* bad??

  • stuart1975 Stuart (@stuart1975) reported

@monstercop @Plusnet It's a ploy. In the vain hope that you can't be arsed to go to the bank and cash a cheque therefore never actually giving you the money back... Or am I being cynical?? :-O

  • tha1darr Tha1dar (@tha1darr) reported

@sadaplays @bt_uk They did the same with me! The sticker fell off the box at the post office and for reasons unknown it gets marked as delivered. Might be worth switching. Plusnet do customer service really well.
