  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

  • PatrickMBelfast Patrick (@PatrickMBelfast) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • StripeyMiata Jonathan McCormack (@StripeyMiata) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Cruzetavia @TalkTalk @Plusnet Heard that before, but apparently the FTTP support is UK based and not outsourced.

  • gemmacaddell86 Gem (@gemmacaddell86) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

Saturday night to enjoy tv with willow not here and plusnet not working, awesome

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@esarty Hi Steve, I've just made some changes to your account to patch up the broadband issue until we get your new account up and running. Would you mind giving this another try and confirming if the broadband is working? - Cal, Plusnet Leeds

  • KarenjaneLynch Karen Lynch (@KarenjaneLynch) reported

@TUIUK this morning we had an email from @Plusnet saying do you know you spend £23 on calls yesterday!!! this was on with you guys trying to change our booking and then cut off. still no resolution. Are those charges even legal? #ripoff why wont you call us back? @SimonCalder

  • anuja2015 Anuja Chatterjee (@anuja2015) reported

@slash_addicted @Plusnet Same for me. Have been on the phone to them. Tried resetting router, passwords etc. They are sending engineer on Tuesday. The earliest they could do. Frustrating as I work from home. Hope they can resolve the issue. Seems an area wide problem?

  • SamTurrell Sam Turrell (@SamTurrell) reported

@lab_2402 @Plusnet Seems like it’s a problem with plusnet, sky and talk talk, so seems like an open reach problem across york. But nobody is acknowledging there’s an issue, just recommending that people book engineers which won’t come until Friday next week. People need the internet to work

  • SamTurrell Sam Turrell (@SamTurrell) reported

@Plusnet 8am-8pm daily my arse. What ******** have your customer service team been doing all day?! Absolutely shocking display

  • HonourMatopoeia Honourmatopoeia (@HonourMatopoeia) reported

@thebojko @Plusnet I noticed this, too. Look at the section of your bill headed "Your charges broken down". My contract ends 28 Feb, but the billing period runs 6 Feb to 5 Mar. The extra amount I've been charged is to cover the period 29 Feb to 5 Mar.

  • esarty Esarty (@esarty) reported

So @Plusnet gave us internet for the week of the move - then today, when we’re due to be back working from home, they’ve switched it off again, and aren’t sure how long it’ll be before they can switch it back on. Absolutely shambolic service from them over the last two weeks.

  • slash_addicted Sharon (@slash_addicted) reported

@SamTurrell @anuja2015 @Plusnet Just heard from friends in Clifton and Copmanthorpe who are having problems as well so obviously a widespread issue.

  • wkeenan Wayne (@wkeenan) reported

I love your service @Plusnet but your out of contract broadband and mobile roaming charges take the piss, goodbye x

  • TedUrchin Ted Smith 🇪🇺 (@TedUrchin) reported

@Plusnet I was with Plusnet for years, great company, easy to contact, recommended them to friends and family, but then it all went downhill. Poor customer service and had to beg them to replace the old router when it went on the blink and they wanted to charge me for it!
