@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@Plusnet I've been waiting for a week to have my broadband order start up with you and have been fobbed off every time I call. I would like to cut my losses and cancel my account with Plusnet without paying a cancellation fee as I have yet to receive any service. Fair's fair.

@Plusnet 16 days now without WiFi or landline. We had a text yesterday to say it would be installed on the 27th, another one this morning to say it’ll be the 28th. And so your poor service continues… 🤯🤯

My wifi is at 2004 dialup speeds, and before I can access tech support from Plusnet, I must: - Plug in a landline phone (which I do not have, it's 2021) - Plug in a different router (why would I have 2 routers? ) - Connect to a test socket (again, do not have this)

@AngelaStoneAlty @Plusnet That’s not good, I was with plusnet for years and the only problem I had was them refusing to pay me the £5.40 they owed me at the end of the contract. I usually recommend going for a business contract over a home one, costs more but service always better.

@Plusnet Hi, Thank I tried this, it works for a while then promptly reverts to cannot connect and a the process is repeated. However, I managed to stay on a bit by sharing my wifes password which is exactly the same, and this seems to have broken the loop!
