We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. The email & your website appear to be claiming that I have to switch to fttp but that's not actually true, is it? I need greater transparency, actual dates & costs, and better customer services. This is most disappointing.

GeeMan (@Greymayce) reported@tina0402x The trouble is all other providers BT Plusnet etc apart from Virgin use the same cabling, be it copper or fibre it all comes from the exchange. I worked at BT and this was explained by an engineer in the training. Copper is being phased out.

Cliffy (@radagastcb) reported@ThreeUK I have been with Three for 20 years, currently have a unlimited Data plan. I was going to change from crap Plusnet to a 4g Internet as we have very fast 4g. I started to apply and the bloody questions you ask. I am retired. Stuff you I will stay where I am.
