  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • gemmacaddell86 Gem (@gemmacaddell86) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

  • PushyRiot_ Pushy Riot 🖤 (@PushyRiot_) reported

@Plusnet I keep getting a billing failed website coming up on only certain websites, even though my bill is paid. My account now says I owe £65?! Very confused. Help!

  • kelly_tengi Kelly (@kelly_tengi) reported

@Plusnet lol. An sms I sent this morning was stuck due to signal issues and was just sent when I flipped to Giffgaff :/ It's that bad!

  • Mot0Dan Dan (@Mot0Dan) reported

@JustaQuad PlusNet uses a different technology to VM. PlusNet uses Fibre To The Cab that goes over your copper telephone wire to the cabinet where it is then connected to fibre, the longer the copper the slow the BB. VM delivers coaxial cable straight to your door.

  • pcnotchtree Patrick C Notchtree (@pcnotchtree) reported

@Plusnet Thank you. My firewall setting is 'Off' so I guess port 25 is open. I was trying to use a bit of software which didn't seem to work, and the notes said it sometimes won't if the ISP blocks port 25. Doesn't seem top be the problem though.

  • bun_ebooks moot_ebooks (@bun_ebooks) reported

My favourite thing about Plusnet is the same game I could get really laggy, then just doesn't work well.

  • someothersam Sam (@someothersam) reported

@Plusnet having issues with broadband again. Has played up for about 12 hours. Smart TVs say they’re connected but show no content. All phones connected but very slow. Even wired connections affected. Already turned off and hard reset all devices, incl. router. And done line test

  • stuartj_hunt Stuart Hunt (@stuartj_hunt) reported

@Plusnet is there a broadband issue in the Sandbach area. Connection is continuously dropping out?

  • kelly_tengi Kelly (@kelly_tengi) reported

@Plusnet Yeah that's indoors, ground floor. This morning a call went straight to voicemail when I was in the bedroom, 1st floor, so no signal at all at times. If I disable the EE sim, I'm getting 4G+ full reception on Giffgaff. Reception is better on the street, but not great.

  • Marc_Also Marc. (@Marc_Also) reported

@RobNoLastName @EE @Plusnet Mobile prices have fallen through the floor, and you were stuck on 22 years of sitting on their laurels when you kept paying My neighbour pays 60 a month for basic broadband for the same reason. Had it for 15 years and never rang in And if you're SIM free its even cheaper.

  • temple_ginny Ginny Temple (@temple_ginny) reported

@bt_uk Hi! How do we go about getting our number ex-directory? Is there any other way than phoning customer services? We're Plusnet customers. Thanks
