@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@Plusnet I see email is back down again this morning. Could download but not send yesterday, today can't even download!!! Getting a joke now. Please don't reply with 'most people can now access email' as clearly its a much bigger problem.

@JohnLewisRetail Why is John Lewis allowing Plusnet to market their services under the name John Lewis Broadband when email is broken and customer service useless?

@BeautifulBeers @EPOSSoftware You give better updates than internet service providers. No, honest, eh @Plusnet?

@Plusnet I’m really disappointed with your approach to recycling modems. I called asking one of your customer service advisors what to do with an old modem and he said whatever ( in simple terms). Large companies need to do a lot more when it comes to recycling.

@Plusnet Thanks for response. Why plusnet is slow with refunds? 21 days- these are unreal, why they hold customers money for 21days? My connection was closed 4 hours before committed time. Caused loads of inconvenience at last and now as well.

@MoragSievwright @Plusnet Open "CMD" on your computer and type on the wee black screen ipconfig/all If you don't have an IPV4 address then the connection from your provider is down.

@Plusnet Please, this is causing major headaches, give us the true info on this ongoing email issue - now we’re having to wait yet another day. Tell us the truth rather than keep extending the deadline - at least I can plan for that. #plusnet

@Plusnet It sounds like Plusnet is in big trouble at the moment, People can't get their emails and those who can can't send any. The staff are not being honest about what's going on or when the problem will be fixed. Not good for business at all.
