@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

@Plusnet pretty devestated after very unpleasent encounter with someone in your customer service team in Sheffield. I asked to speak to someone with some training in disability awareness which was treated with cold disdain. A manager may -or not- contact me in 24 @DisabilityToday

Nice one @Plusnet Did not sort my broadband when I moved in Tues, delayed till Fri. Now it’s not working and I’ve been told I need an engineer who won’t come till Weds 6pm. Absolutely terrible. Shame, because its always been a good service. Regret not switching. Not proud.

@Plusnet Thanks Adam. It would be good to know that your fix would include some way of remotely‘fixing’ a SIM that gets ‘stuck’ in E mode when abroad - being without data is inconvenient these days when we have come to rely on it for sat-nav, translation, etc.
