    @Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

    @Plusnet @Google Dear PlusNet, I’ve had no email access today having tried multiple devices and webmail without success. I understand that from news reports that there’s a generic issue but that doesn’t help when I’m urgently waiting for test results to be emailed. When will it be fixed?

    Email down all day? Shocking for an ISP. Very few updates on @Plusnet site and now it says it may be resolved tomorrow. Worst outage in my 20 yrs with them.

    Email has been down all day @Plusnet just got through to a recorded message telling me you are aware of the issue and “hope to have it fixed overnight”. Not good enough.

    @Plusnet why when there’s a MAJOR outage (your words) do you say “some customers “. Isn’t it all those with plusnet email addresses? I haven’t had a mail since 22:20 yesterday!

    @SusanSmall7 Plusnet email (incl subsidiaries such as Force 9) have been down all day, and @Plusnet aren’t saying much, sorry, anything, about any expected return of service. Next planned update from them is 0800 tomorrow, but they failed to update at several published times already today.

    @Plusnet Never mind spouting nonense like this. My email (& that of most others) has been down since about 8pm last night and you're hoping to fix it by tomorrow morning! Utterly useless. Time to vote with our feet.
