Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland
@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

Patrick (@PatrickMBelfast) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland
@Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?

Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland
@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

@Plusnet Had the worst day because of plusnet mobile, transfer over to them and they cancel your number but dont send you a new sim, you cannot phone them, cannot email them, only send a letter with a 10 working days response - its a disgrace
