  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • PatrickMBelfast Patrick (@PatrickMBelfast) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • inkedcaribbean inkedup_britishjamaican (@inkedcaribbean) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet please improve your customer service

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • gemmacaddell86 Gem (@gemmacaddell86) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

Saturday night to enjoy tv with willow not here and plusnet not working, awesome

When you pay @Plusnet for 80mb speeds but consistently get between just 5 and 8mb. 2 engineer visits and a new router later, when struggling to work from home because of the dreadful service it would be handy if they actually answer the phones. #happytofleeceme @amberjade310

  • Clarkiee Clarkie 🇬🇧 ✈️🚴🏼‍♂️🏳️‍🌈 (@Clarkiee) reported

  • NavaronePage69 LunarSlayer | Lily (@NavaronePage69) reported

Finally time to sleep I think. Been at WiFi all day and I can confirm, I won't be recommending plusnet to anyone this is stupid and I hate being this anxious and angry over a plastic box with a blinky light. Gonna be a big girl and phone them, and get it sorted then

  • sarah32910 Sarah Nacey (@sarah32910) reported

@Plusnet I’m an existing mobile customer looking to upgrade my plan -why are the Black Friday deals for new customers better than what I’m being offered?

  • AliParry83 Ali Parry (@AliParry83) reported

  • TheEmJD Emma (@TheEmJD) reported

@MoneySavingExp Yeah but ones like plusnet don't use all the masts or the same strength or something. I was with them and it was ****. EE directly is much better signal.

  • MoustacheMaster Michael Fidel-Baboon (@MoustacheMaster) reported

@Plusnet Hi, any updates on the outage? Ta

  • timmybanana Tim Wright (@timmybanana) reported

But apparently we can't leave and sign up to a different provider because we're 'under contract'. Do contracts only work one way then? @Plusnet Because I don't remember signing up for paying full whack for a consistent failure of service Surely this can't be allowed @Ofcom
