  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

  • PatrickMBelfast Patrick (@PatrickMBelfast) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • gemmacaddell86 Gem (@gemmacaddell86) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

Saturday night to enjoy tv with willow not here and plusnet not working, awesome

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • inkedcaribbean inkedup_britishjamaican (@inkedcaribbean) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet please improve your customer service

  • StripeyMiata Jonathan McCormack (@StripeyMiata) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Cruzetavia @TalkTalk @Plusnet Heard that before, but apparently the FTTP support is UK based and not outsourced.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

@plusnethelp I was told yesterday that my new internet should be active by Christmas now I get an email saying 30 Dec. My phone line went active on 11 Dec, after various delays, but PlusNet forgot to activate the broadband request, now I have no internet over the holidays. Help!

  • weasy33 Lou (@weasy33) reported

Don't think I will be a returning customer to @Plusnet - the internet is just the pits. Really, really bad.

  • designsplus_ designsplus (@designsplus_) reported

@plusnethelp can you please check our broadband connection speed. I have contacted Plusnet a number of times since March this year about lower than guaranteed speeds. We have Unlimited Fibre Extra but never get anywhere near our guaranteed speed let alone our estimated speed.

  • Ghaffar16290377 Ghaffar Hussain (@Ghaffar16290377) reported

Very poor service from @Plusnet today, I’ve gone from a seamless transition during a home move to 4 day delay to a 1-2 weeks delay. Abysmal

  • Peterminto1 Peter minto (@Peterminto1) reported

@Plusnet my connection has slowed down to the only just useable point. No good for movies. Seemed to start when 2 channels popped up when i look fo wifi. I have no neighbours so they are both mine. The second is the same number with _ AC at the end.

  • reb_femme Rebecca 'Boomer - Geek' Woods (@reb_femme) reported

@1984Mathew @billysastard1 @virginmedia WiFi on the PlusNet is crap. I've got powerline adapters which work fine.

  • zebraw60 Debra Wheeler (@zebraw60) reported

@Plusnet We have an ongoing problem with our email account and failed technical support. Could you please DM me

  • mattglondon Matt G (@mattglondon) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp there appear to be issues with the service any advice?

  • timalmond Tim Almond (@timalmond) reported

@john_seto It's not that bad, except early evening speeds, which are still OK, and may not be down to plusnet but the local area. It's also that we had a renewal, and I'm thinking that I don't mind paying more now that I'm going to be working at home far more.

  • fragpasty fragpasty (@fragpasty) reported

@AnneMariePiazza @Plusnet After having a dodgy router (which I had for 5 years and was refused a replacement despite being told I should have got on at my last renewal) I moved to BT. Cheaper and much faster. Plusnet has gone right down hill.
