@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

@Plusnet I was with Plusnet for years. Great service. Then they changed and seemed more interested in new customers than existing. Oh, it also took much longer to get through to them, even before the pandemic. Needless to say, I’m no longer with them.

. @plusnet wife in hospital with critically ill 1 year old. Need to increase data from 4gb to 20-30gb immediately. Your adviser was useless offering 2gb or 4gb bolt on. Really poor experience. You didn't do me or you proud today. You just lost a customer. #WellDoYouProudNOT
