  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

@ConstableChaos Meh, in December 2020 I told Talk Talk to *******, the Indian call centre was doing my head in, and I took my Fibre and Landline to local firm Plusnet, the Fibre was too slow, the Landline didn't work. I'm now with Sky for everything except mobile.

  • judgesmobile John Judge (@judgesmobile) reported

@TalkTalk Need FTTP that everyone else is offering, all i can get from talktalk is fiber 65 which is not FTTP, Vodafone, sky, plusnet and BT all offer this, I cannot get through on your customer helpline.

@mc_steveo87 Hi there, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the connection and for the delayed response. Are you still having this issue or is everything working ok now? - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

  • AussieSimon Simon Fletcher (@AussieSimon) reported

@Plusnet So it turned out the router had been delivered to a neighbour. No message to say this though, no tracking information available, no one answering your “help line”, and 2 days to respond to a tweet, is a bad first experience

  • MaxxNotBinary TheMaxxNotBinary (@MaxxNotBinary) reported

@plusnet this is the second router you have sent me and it seems to have developed exactly the same fault as the first. Regularly dropping service and requiring a restart. What is the fix?

  • bookgirl999 bookgirl999 (@bookgirl999) reported

@Plusnet Hi, would you please be able look in to a mobile billing issue as I'm struggling to get through on the phones? My plan's changed but I'm still getting charged the old amount. Not a huge difference but it is incorrect.

  • PeterJDuckett Peter Duckett (@PeterJDuckett) reported

@Plusnet Can you tell my why my account seems to be frozen when I log in? With the following error msg that a "phone order is in progress" I have been with you for over three years where has this come from, possible fraud? PS your website chatbot is crap chat to a human?

  • JayDaws66378597 Jay Dawson (@JayDaws66378597) reported

@Plusnet need some help. Keep loosing my internet and when it is connected it's very slow. Would call but I'm mute. Can someone help? Been having problems for 3+ weeks.

  • MrsLcom1 Mrs_L.com (@MrsLcom1) reported

@Plusnet problems yet again 🤬 my upload speeds have been at 12mbps for weeks despite being on unlimited fibre with a guarantee of 61-72mbps…

  • fatboy_no8 David Wilson (@fatboy_no8) reported

@Plusnet Ha ha ha, no replies to my twitter message of 5 days ago, no sign of a fault fix, booking appointments without discussion with me, inventing causes of fault, reported by Openreach engineer as lying to me... not sure your definition of quality matches mine Am happy to discuss
