Patrick (@PatrickMBelfast) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?

Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.
-
itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

-
Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc
-
Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

Richard Holliday | Author 🇬🇧 (@rjph_author) reported@Plusnet Thanks, I will give that a go! Funnily enough, it's little weird and annoying issues with websites not working right which is what I wanted to post about. Are you able to assist at all?
-
Alex Buckland (@alexbuckland96) reported@Plusnet you've sent a disputed bill to debt collectors after multiple errors made from your side, including an unauthorized contract made by your customer service team. This needs fixing urgently. Ombudsman?? Question # 254098523
-
Oli Wright (@falo209) reported@Danjsalt @SkyUK Their support got worse and worse over my last few years with them, and navigating their awful site or trying to contact a human is soul destroying. Honestly, find anyone else. Plusnet were a breath of fresh air by comparison.
-
Dave O’ Connor (@piercepower222) reported@Benleo Awful shower to deal with. So relieved when I finally got shot of them and got a simple deal with PlusNet
-
Joseph Barrett (@FrankGrimes36) reported@graceemsxx Always used Plusnet and they have been reliable. UK customer service call centre as well I believe.
-
MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
