Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Jordanstown and nearby locations:

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

  • PatrickMBelfast Patrick (@PatrickMBelfast) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?

  • gemmacaddell86 Gem (@gemmacaddell86) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

Saturday night to enjoy tv with willow not here and plusnet not working, awesome

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

  • Visit_Wakefield Visit Wakefield™ (@Visit_Wakefield) reported

@parimalkumar Depends how much data you need but a couple of weeks ago I bought one of my teenagers a Plusnet sim which uses EE network. £6pm (1 month rolling contract which is a big plus) for 8Gb.

  • Phil_Lowe_ Phil (@Phil_Lowe_) reported

. @Plusnet OVERNIGHT my rDNS for my static IP has been deleted and is lost to all DNS servers. I am talking about my default <username>.plus.com address, which has been in place for years, which is really odd. Why has the rDNS entry for my fixed IP changed? (known issue?)

  • NarmeenRehman Narmeen~*~*🌱 (@NarmeenRehman) reported

@Plusnet hi I tried to put an order through a few time but it wasn’t going through and now I see I’ve been charged twice. Please could you help to cancel one?

  • LanaBerrington Lana (法星) Berrington 🇺🇦💙💛 (@LanaBerrington) reported

@Plusnet The number was the one I was directed to on the website when I was desperately trying to get help - and the text photo on it that I showed you I only found because someone in the support forums mentioned it, it's well hidden that text fault checker

  • laurassic_parc Laura (@laurassic_parc) reported

@cuppagee Not sure about plusnet but we had nothing but problems with virgin, definitely wasn't worth the money

  • jj_scup JJ Scup (@jj_scup) reported

@mattgreencomedy Literally the best company reviews for customer service get my business - I’m with First Direct and Plusnet at the moment and very happy with banking and broadband

  • mrcflknr Marc Faulkner (@mrcflknr) reported from St Helens, England

@Plusnet Very disappointed by the attitude of one of your agents when calling today with my Mum to change her payment details. She’s partially sighted and needs my assistance with reading details, yet this wasn’t acceptable and the woman was incredibly rude. 😢

  • TheJonFreeman Jon Freeman (@TheJonFreeman) reported

@Plusnet I still have no mobile signal here in EX4 5DE, fifth consecutive day. I need a phone for my work. Maybe get this sorted soon?

  • WIG1932 WIG1932 (@WIG1932) reported from Up Holland, England

Last day of the season and @plusnet have well and truly let me down! Daughter unable to revise for GCSEs, wife unable to work, and I can’t watch the footie!!! 😩
