    @Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

    @nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

    @Plusnet I’d like to take the offer up of changing both at the same time please. I’d also like to talk to someone about our wifi as it’s always poor - we never get the speeds we’re supposed to and have had it checked a few times but nothing cures it. Username - melaniejwood. Thanks

    @Plusnet @EmmaMHolloway How about making your email service work? It's been a failure since at least 7:56am, 10 November. Bland (and inaccurate) PR-style messages are poor (though the corporate way). Please without delay explain exactly what the issue is, and exactly what you are doing to resolve it.

    @Plusnet People are having problems getting through to my landline. Several others in Nuneaton are having the same problem. Mobiles get cut off immediately. Are there any service problems?

    @Plusnet hi guys, I have a new 30 day rolling contract. It took you 10 days to get a sim to me and now it just says we emergency calls only. Nothing works, help...

    @Plusnet I can log in but get continuous “Fetch” errors so can’t see any emails which means it’s next to useless…

    @Plusnet I'm receiving incoming emails but have had had no facility to send emails for 4 days now. This is a great inconvenience. Can you give me any idea of how long the problem might take to be fixed?

    @Plusnet , unfortunately @WeAreOpenreach weren’t able to confirm that we have an appointment, just rather enigmatically that they’ve ‘been in contact’ with you. This contact wasn’t flagged when I was on the phone to you earlier trying to confirm appointment. Can you help?
