@Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?

  • inkedcaribbean inkedup_britishjamaican (@inkedcaribbean) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet please improve your customer service

  • gemmacaddell86 Gem (@gemmacaddell86) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

Saturday night to enjoy tv with willow not here and plusnet not working, awesome

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

  • StripeyMiata Jonathan McCormack (@StripeyMiata) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Cruzetavia @TalkTalk @Plusnet Heard that before, but apparently the FTTP support is UK based and not outsourced.

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

@Plusnet Hi, I am wondering why you don't have this information when @Ofcom appear to think you should be providing the 7726 service?

  • RebourneThe The Rebourne Identity (@RebourneThe) reported

@Plusnet I'm amused by your "award winning customer service" which in Rosy's case had you saying you'd resolved the case before you had investigated it. While you can't comment on other people's cases, I certainly can, & I'm sure @rosysparkles doesn't mind at all. Shoddy customer service!

  • CatObbard Cat Obbard 💙 (@CatObbard) reported

@AlishaStringer @Plusnet That’s so poor! I’ve had the usual advice that just signposts you to other sections of their infrastructure. Basically leaving the customer with all the legwork. Suspect they have a long queue of folks they are dealing with due to response time. Not impressed.

  • pj_neris PJN (@pj_neris) reported

@Plusnet my home WiFi connection gets disconnected from the Internet frequently only to reconnect after a few seconds. It affects my VOIP calls that drop out & require calling back. If this is a permanent tech issue or a company policy for load management I will change provider

  • s5ldk Shabir Ladak (@s5ldk) reported

@Plusnet hi I have already cancelled my contract however you insist on charging me You are also holding a credit on advance line rental. Can you refund this, cancel my contract and stop charging me. After a very poor service, I will reporting this to Ofcom.

  • orbific James Burt (@orbific) reported

One of the high points of moving house is closing my @Plusnet account. Slow and expensive, I'm just sorry I was too lazy to shut it down before now.

  • gavinhlancaster Lord Gavin Lancaster (@gavinhlancaster) reported from Hartlepool, England

Hi @Plusnet @plusnethelp i have an ongoing issue with my internet of having no connection, i can not get through to anyone and i feel like i am getting no where. Do i need to go elsewhere? £45 per month is crazy when i don’t even get a connection

  • ToryCS victoriacolemansmith 💙 (@ToryCS) reported

@Sathnam @NicFildes Love the fact that you're being basic. BTW, don't ever go anywhere NEAR Plusnet ... a slow, agonising death is preferable.
