@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@Plusnet Why is Plusnet not updating us on why we are not being provided with a service. They say they will provide updates but never do!

  • Sarah_RedMeeple Sarah (@Sarah_RedMeeple) reported

@pemlife @Plusnet And that I have to sit on hold for hours to sort this crap or know what's going on. There should be an immediate email if they're even an hour late saying what's happening and apologising. Not silence until their pissed off customers ring them up because they can't work.

  • Jacdee2017 Jac2017 (@Jacdee2017) reported

@Plusnet Plusnet, as you cannot fix our broadband and your customer service is non-existent, just agree to terminate the contract. Simple

  • Jacdee2017 Jac2017 (@Jacdee2017) reported

@Plusnet Are Plusnet managers on strike? I have been told the case has been escalated and have requested and been waiting for a managers call for days, but been told no managers are available. Appalling service!!

  • Screwfix Screwfix (@Screwfix) reported

@gceccles @Plusnet @ToolstationUK Hello Graham, I can confirm that our website team are liaising with Plusnet to resolve this. In the meantime, we would advise you contact them to arrange that this is unblocked, or call our customer service team who would be happy to take your order over the phone. - Caitlin

  • Jacdee2017 Jac2017 (@Jacdee2017) reported

@Plusnet Plusnet has the worse customer service ever, they all apologise that no-one has got back or provided an update, then do the same! Plusnet has not fulfilled contract I signed up to, but won’t let me leave!

  • Jacdee2017 Jac2017 (@Jacdee2017) reported

@Plusnet Plusnet want money for nothing. They take over your broadband, do not provide any service, or communication, but say you cannot leave. What are we paying for? Please contact me and let me know!

  • davedpg David Edwards (@davedpg) reported

@Plusnet I think issues might be cropping up again, speeds seem inconsistent on a wired connection
