@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

Oddly reflective today. Tomorrow is my last day working for @plusnet. This account was originally set up as kelly_plusnet as I did a lot of direct support for people on here, just as customer support via Twitter was properly kicking off.

  • RickScottFlynn Rick Flynn (@RickScottFlynn) reported

@ClariHutchie I wouldn’t buy cheap if you want good speeds. My parents have had talk talk and plusnet and we’re terrible

  • loobyroberts ☆Lucy Lou☆ (@loobyroberts) reported

Absolutely shocking service from @Plusnet House move should have been completed 2 weeks ago, they arranged an appointment for today without consulting me and then didn't even turn up. Cant even get through on phone. Not like I need broadband in a pandemic or anything 😠

  • 187DZA Sofa Sundays (@187DZA) reported

@JHow989 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I’m happy I turn down an engineer role there you find the problem to be bt as the lines are rented from them.

  • twwooer Sheridan Birtwistle (@twwooer) reported

@MartinSLewis here is sharp, utility industry, practice. I don't know if you have covered it. 88 year-old Mum, watching the £, existing landline/broadband provider @Plusnet contract due to end; cost £26 increasing to £40.64. Another provider offering same service for £18.99 1/4

  • Djrose2k3 Ross lixton (@Djrose2k3) reported

@Plusnet can you help me with connection/speed issues?

  • MarkEngland_ Mark England (@MarkEngland_) reported

@Plusnet Very unimpressed with my call to you today to arrange a house move. Will not be renewing when the time is up. From a previously very loyal customer of 10 years +.

  • peteh678 Pete (@peteh678) reported

Thanks for your email, telling me I'm out of contract and unless I take a new one, my bill goes up 50% @Plusnet So, you'll be pleased to know I have taken out a new contract - with @VodafoneUK / @CityFibre Love, Your ex customer.

  • stephchatterbox Stephanie Williams 💙 (@stephchatterbox) reported

@plusnethelp Hi, our plusnet wifi keeps going down (over the last 3 days) with an error light on the router. We have upgraded recently and are transferring to fiber soon so is this whats likely to be causing the issue?

  • twwooer Sheridan Birtwistle (@twwooer) reported

@MartinSLewis @Plusnet had 13 days notice to prepare bill to cover 1 day service: choose to bill for whole month, then after 21 days to reimburse. @Plusnet effectively taking 21 day, interest free loan of £40 from 88 year-old, who has no choice other than to find the money. 3/4
