@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

Hey @Plusnet and @plusnethelp , you sent me an offer to upgrade by email with an attractive per month cost. By the time I got through to my account the offer 'isn't available' online, is that proper way to help customers renew contracts?

@chrisdingleb It's okay - I am off to my home town today and I've let work know. Plusnet are in big trouble here. I am unhappy to put it mildly and the repeated "It's just email" when broadband is down coming on for 24 hours isn't acceptable. I will be moving provider as will many others

Come on @Plusnet, this is terrible: e-mail issues have now been ongoing for *60+* hours. Your latest update is completely false: e-mails are *not* sending (even with 'a delay'), and incoming mail is being rejected. Completely unusable. @Ofcom can you look into this?
