@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

@Plusnet my broadband has just come back on after about twenty minutes but clearly there are underlying issues that your technical departments need to address.

@Plusnet Well award winning customer service, I don't think. Cant reply to email, can't email directly, did not respond to my ticket. Now customer service say two weeks to reconnect! On hold for an imaginary supervisor for yonks. OMG now a text asking how they have done! GUESS!

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@Plusnet Hello, experiencing really slow internet this past week. Thought it was related to G7 in Cornwall! But still having problems

  • erica16710 Erica Campbell (@erica16710) reported

@Plusnet a few months ago we had issues with our WiFi not ‘syncing’ and after days of back and forth you sent someone out. Told us we wouldn’t be charged as it was an issue with the line. They came out, apparently fixed it. And then in the next month we were charged £60

  • frank10743117 frank (@frank10743117) reported

@Plusnet Why did he take over my case if he was then going to take 2 weeks off? I was passed to him as my last case handler did nothing with my case for over a month. How do o file a complaint?

  • EstelleHitchon Estelle Hitchon (@EstelleHitchon) reported

Ok @bt_uk. So why if I pay a packet for FTTP am I still getting "video paused poor connection" and "unstable internet" messages? You've altered the frequency more than once but all that does is bugger up my wifi discs. No such problem with @Plusnet superfast and it's 1/4 of the £
