  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

Plusnet's broadband has been frankly bad for the last year or so but honestly props to them for just immediately cancelling without penalty when I asked.

  • kirstyegraham Dr Kirsty Graham (@kirstyegraham) reported

@santilofish £18/month :) talktalk were going to put ours up to £19/month and still not fix our line problem, so we switched to plusnet. Happy so far, but 🤞

  • allaboutthemus4 allaboutthemusic (@allaboutthemus4) reported

@bazzacollins I'm waiting for a WiFi 6 router with a built in modem for my PlusNet fibre. I don't know if a twin box solution is going to the way moving forward. Seems a bit of a backward step.

  • ActiveBryantSys Scott Bryant Fitness Systems (@ActiveBryantSys) reported

@Plusnet Very very bad customer service don’t use this terrible company

  • _RJGPhotography Rebecca Banks (@_RJGPhotography) reported

.@Plusnet absolute crap. Ordered broadband 2 weeks ago to be told by you that you didn’t order it, just the phone line. Great stuff. Can’t work cause of you idiots but expect me to pay a month in advance for a non existent service!!

  • roguehorsedeal unethicalhorsedealer (@roguehorsedeal) reported

@justanotherdawn Very odd! We have just renewed with Plusnet but battled them down a bit on their "inflation plus 3.9 per cent" bid 😡

  • AbsintheAffair The Absinthe Affair & Steampunk 2021 (@AbsintheAffair) reported

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Done dealing with you people - 1st you have said about “automated messages” You are making me ill & I can’t take any more! 😭 Reinstate my complaint (which you cancelled) & I will be taking this to the ombudsman as soon as I recover from this pounding migraine you have caused!

  • StoneTyres Stone Tyres (@StoneTyres) reported from St Helens, England

PHONE LINE DOWN Please bear with us. Our @Plusnet phone line has gone down. Divert will take at least an hour to be activated. Feel free to message us on here. Apologies, we are looking for a more reliable supplier as we speak.

  • danielleterry_ Danielle Terry (@danielleterry_) reported

@Plusnet my WiFi has gone down in Hammersmith - is there an issue?

  • Timey2Wimey Matty Boo (@Timey2Wimey) reported

Oh @Plusnet after three dropouts on our Internet in a single night, we're really going off your service. We're trying to log into the website but have had to change our password several times as it keeps telling us it doesn't recognise it.
