  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

Well @Plusnet, as you ignored me & DGAF about keeping customers. I will be looking for a new supplier when my contract ends. I don't support thieving dishonest companies. Enjoy your extra £24 for the 12 months left, I now know you don't honour what you offer!

  • andy_heron Andy Heron (@andy_heron) reported

@Plusnet Ahh yes, we had an issue with the original old one we had. I purchased a new one at the time. I understand the new plusnet router is much better.

@Plusnet plusnet answer to our crap internet service - go buy yourself a new router. go on line to check this and check that - we can't get on online, wouldn't be ringing if we could. Wife's now in tears so well done, suppose you think that's allright

  • portoncraig Uilleam Payne (@portoncraig) reported

@plusnet The external phone wiring fitting attached to gable end of house has come loose (2 of 4 rawl plugs have come out). Tried contacting BT to arrange for the cabling to be attached securely, however, to no avail. Is this something you can help progress or advise on? Cheers

  • nurodev nuro (@nurodev) reported

  • cunliffe_gail Gail C (@cunliffe_gail) reported

@OpenreachHelp Plusnet were going to be our new provider but they let us down so we signed up with TalkTalk but they have now cancelled our order as they couldn't transfer landline number. So currently no provider. Compounds the issue with your engineers failing to do the job they were meant to
