We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Gingerlegs747 (@gingerlegs747) reported@SBarrettBar @zeninternet Same with Plusnet, i switched from Vodaphone when i tried to get in contact with them as my broadband went down as did my telephone and it took them 2 weeks to even reply. No phone numbers were answered by them.
