@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

@steviebiscuit @Plusnet Same here, DM wasn’t helpful and SIM still hasn’t arrived today. In 20 years of porting numbers, no other network has proceeded with a number port before the SIM is active (most of them don’t take a full week to get a SIM to you either).

  • lionlambandme Hannah ☕️ (@lionlambandme) reported

@Plusnet our router has an orange light, with the broadband sign flashing red. I've tried following your troubleshooting guide but it wants a landline to plug in, which we don't have. how do I go about fixing the issue, or is there an outage?

  • potter295 Sarah Potter (@potter295) reported

@Plusnet still no service, told no more than 16hrs, 24hrs ago... And no I can't call you to report the bloody problem 🤨🙈🤬 #stillnoservice

  • Seaskewer1972 Christopher Storey (@Seaskewer1972) reported

@Plusnet Hi. Every evening our speed drops from around 40 mbps to 7 or lower, quite often dropping off completely. Can someone please contact me to discuss this issue and get it rectified.

  • Chris5gd Chris A (@Chris5gd) reported

@Plusnet Free to all existing customers? The Technicolor TG582n has been absolutely terrible for wifi.

  • mrparker666 mrparker666 (@mrparker666) reported

@jimmerc25 @Plusnet Not had any problems, I've got a couple of old routers for WIFI extenders, pick them up for next to free at car boots :-)

  • Scragglington Craig Hughes (@Scragglington) reported

@timw88 @Plusnet Same here. DM was… unhelpful. They’ll check in with me on Friday and see how things are. I can’t fathom why the port would go ahead before the SIM has been activated. Shockingly bad way to welcome new customers.

  • suziebris sue brister (@suziebris) reported
