  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • dresdeb Beccy Dresden (not giving up masking anytime soon) (@dresdeb) reported

@Plusnet Actually I lost a full 2.5 hours of working time, at a critical stage on a high-profile project. I would call that more than inconvenient, and not exactly a quick fix either. As I said, I did get a phone update, but the problem was never appropriately acknowledged on your account

  • burts_burton Samuel Burton (@burts_burton) reported

@Plusnet Even now, the best you can do it a generic copy+paste job which minimises what was a massive national outage.

  • DaddyGardener80 Russell Trent (@DaddyGardener80) reported

@Plusnet Why have you wasted my time and yours with this pointless canned response? I know there is an outage, I've lost half a days work because of it, I asked you to provide a meaningful update, please.

  • jcollinscareers Jill (@jcollinscareers) reported

@Plusnet I’ve been waiting for a call back since 11.03 today as my wifi is down. How do I get past automated messages to someone who can help? Hate using Twitter for this but don’t see an alternative

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@CaseyLouKing Hi Casey Earlier today, some customers experienced problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We worked quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thanks

  • babblingbates Tony Bates (@babblingbates) reported

@Plusnet @SarahmontSm “worked” should be “working” as many people are still without service. This standard response is wrong and simply not good enough

  • kevkerpow • • KEVIN PEARSON • • (@kevkerpow) reported

@Plusnet any chance of a non generic update as to when the service might be back up & running please. Still down in North Devon, has been since I got up at 7.00am.
