@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

Normally I pick up my Plusnet email using Gmail POP3, and that doesn't seem to be working as smoothly as normal either. But Gmail can send from my Plusnet a/c using SMTP without problem. All very odd.

@Plusnet Thankfully my messages have both been sent now... We use an email client and messages are a bit unpredictable but seem to get through eventually... I was just relieved to find out that it wasn't a problem with my phone...

@Plusnet Just been informed that Plusnet are no longer happy to support my Fibre to the Premises and that I should move to BT when my contract runs out in January. Thanks Plusnet, I really feel valued as a customer.

@Plusnet @BensEasyPc why don't you actually broadcast this instead of just replying to people's worries? Pretty rubbish service tbh.
