Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

jan eccleston (@janeccy18) reported@Plusnet disgusting service to my in-laws (both aged 80+). Have been getting an average of 1.5-2 mb speeds for years so internet useless. Found them a rural supplier of 22mb and you want to charge them £200 to end their contract. What about your min speed guarantee or fairness?

Ali - Kailoren (@realkailoren) reported@FalconeHosts In your contract there will be a minimum service guarantee (its usually internet speeds) and if it falls below that, or you have frequent unexpected outages you can get out of the contract at any time. I did the same thing with Plusnet when I lived in the UK
