We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

A bill of £187 just dropped on me, and asked about repaying over time and told no, if not immediately paid, debt collectors would be used. Nice disabled help @Plusnet

In the few months I've been a customer, I have not yet been able to sign in. Please advise. Samantha.

JayTayKay (@JayTayKay1214) reported@plusnethelp I was told by a plusnet customer service agent as soon as I change over to Virgin my plusnet contract would end.. but I'm still being billed?? How do get a refund (without calling and getting transferred from piller to post)
