    @nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

    @Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

    @Plusnet Correct - you reserve the right & wield it like a sledgehammer whilst denying you intend to do so. Payment not due & Direct Debit cancelled for a service already paid for = services suspended at 01:11 AM; despite Plusnet's weasel words.

    @Plusnet Preston PR1 4LE , internet down for last 40 mins. Router been reset etc. No joy , is there issue in this area?

    @Plusnet Good morning Plusnet. When we moved you promised us 8-12mbps. We have at most 3mbps. This morning we have no WiFi at all. We both work from home. Yes we've done the normal troubleshooting. No it's still not working. Please fix this or cancel our contract. BA22 8EU.

    So disappointed with @Plusnet! For a company that prides itself on customer service I can’t believe that you insist on your customers sitting on hold for upwards of 30 mins to talk to staff and won’t offer a call back or help via the online chat function on your website!
