  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • gemmacaddell86 Gem (@gemmacaddell86) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

Saturday night to enjoy tv with willow not here and plusnet not working, awesome

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • ThinkingBlue Zos (@ThinkingBlue) reported from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

@Plusnet fibre has recently been installed in my building but no mention on your website of when it may be available. My speeds are agonisingly slow, can you give any info on when fibre is available through you? Wondering if it’s worth waiting or moving!

@OpenreachHelp 15 days and 4 engineers to keep repeating ‘no fibre ports” at the cabinet!! So no connection. The parting of The Red Sea would be easier. Openreach running on steam in the age of the microchip!! Outrageous Customer Service. @Plusnet

  • Skellyfree Sheila Freeman (@Skellyfree) reported

@Plusnet At this point, platitudes and empty promises from the likes of yourself, John Lewis Broadband, @edfenergy , @virginmedia are not helpful to my mental and physical health, Samantha. My help blog is needed, to show levels of service with these companies, and self-help strategies.

  • PunkOpaque ThePunkOpaque (@PunkOpaque) reported

@Plusnet your website is saying 'technical issues' Broken again.

  • meta127 Name Not-Important (@meta127) reported

@Plusnet I'll answer my own question. Friends on EE tell me that they were notified in advance that there was going to be a planned outage today. Pity that @Plusnet couldn't extend the same courtesy to their customers.

  • Tonylockkeeper Anthony Walker (@Tonylockkeeper) reported

@Plusnet what do we have to do to get away from the worst mobile sim company in the world
