  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • gemmacaddell86 Gem (@gemmacaddell86) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

Saturday night to enjoy tv with willow not here and plusnet not working, awesome

  • Spimunk Spimunk (@Spimunk) reported

Solidarity with @CWUnews for striking. Just completed exit from both @Plusnet and @bt_uk mobile service. Left because “community pantry” aka food bank in call centres. Disgraceful that shareholders and senior management feel low wages to those who generate their profits are ok

  • NessCooper2 Ness Cooper (@NessCooper2) reported

@Plusnet my plusnet is currently not loading and only showing inbox is there an issue with the plusnet emails please thank you

  • fatboy_no8 David Wilson (@fatboy_no8) reported

@Plusnet and so it begins again. No broadband since around 11pm last night, exactly two weeks since the last problem that was resolved, which was 2 weeks after the first. Service is a joke

  • pcbosworth Philip (@pcbosworth) reported

@Plusnet Yes it is. Nobody ever told me that Plusnet don’t get the full signal range when I was migrating from EE. 😠 Feel like I’ve been sold a dud.

  • dougie1805 Douglas Harper (@dougie1805) reported

Thanks @Plusnet, moved over broadband from another provider. Well so I thought, only Landline moved with no broadband provision. Great service on the 1st day. Really glad I moved to you. Now unable to work from home, which now involves travel costs and overnight stays

  • anndrarm Andrew Milne (@anndrarm) reported

@Plusnet Hi. I am moving house and need to cancel my contract. I tried phoning 08004320200 to do this, but keep getting cutoff. Is there another way?

  • Jessica21755769 Jessica Thompson (@Jessica21755769) reported

@OpenreachHelp we had total loss of broandband for 12 days from 11th July and are still having intermittent service with @Plusnet advising no updates. I work from home and have spent countless hours trying to resolve this. Sort it out!

  • mjpallen Mark Pallen (@mjpallen) reported

@Nick_Waterfield @Plusnet The sharp practise is that @Plusnet make it easy to subscribe over the web but then provide no way online to cancel over the web hoping you will give up trying to reach them by phone or snail mail. Dreadful service.

  • Mkeat9 Mkeat (@Mkeat9) reported

@Scouse_ma With Plusnet and don't have any issues with it..
