  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

  • gemmacaddell86 Gem (@gemmacaddell86) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

Saturday night to enjoy tv with willow not here and plusnet not working, awesome

  • PatrickMBelfast Patrick (@PatrickMBelfast) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@RyanSlade20 @tescomobile That's on three's network, I moved from three to plusnet so I had the EE network as the three network was terrible. Sim only £10 for 30GB and unlimited on a one month rolling contract.

  • majesticAsFk Dave (@majesticAsFk) reported

@Plusnet hello, for weeks I've been getting intermittent internet drop outs, usually only lasting a few minutes but is causing problems for work. Can connect to the router fine.

  • klharris30 😎Keith Harris😎 (@klharris30) reported

@Plusnet Everything was fine on the webmail for PN messages. I deleted network setting and started again, rebooted the phone and for the first few emails it’s fine then it goes again. It works fine on 4g, it’s just on WiFi.

  • ZainZAli Zain Ali (@ZainZAli) reported

@Plusnet Hi team new customer, original sin didn't arrive activated replacement sim earlier today, was told it will be up and running in 2 hours around 4 to 6 pm window, still no service. I rang tech support, got through to someone at 19:59 but the call dropped.

Hi @Plusnet any service issues in the Haslemere GU27 area? I've not had any mobile signal for the last 2 days and I really need to call the doctors.

  • JennyBratty BrattyJennyDragon (@JennyBratty) reported

@HippyRockChick6 @Plusnet Thank you but no. I would still owe it, which just at the moment is the issue. A bill of £187 just dropped on me, and asked about repaying over time and told no, if not immediately paid, debt collectors would be used. Nice disabled help @Plusnet

  • JennyBratty BrattyJennyDragon (@JennyBratty) reported

Because @Plusnet have decided I need to pay a termination fee of £187.58, which I can't afford, which is why I am going to a cheaper service in the first place When I said I would need to pay that in instalments, I was told that is not paid, they would hand it to debt collection

  • bournebauerbond Mark Wood (@bournebauerbond) reported

@Plusnet Hi. There is no mobile internet signal in the HU15 area.

  • EmmaClare31 Emma (@EmmaClare31) reported

Once again @Plusnet just stop responding to emails! Even after I escalated a complaint as high as I possibly could! You are not getting another penny out of me! 😡 Avoid this provider at all costs!
