    @Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

    @nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

    @jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

    @Plusnet so called customer service as I have not received my SIM card. PAC code has been activated so current mobile SIM no longer works, problem is not Plusnet because Royal Mail haven't delivered SIM! No working mobile and paying 2 contracts, customer service - not

    @Plusnet Hi we have a problem with our business internet connection. I’ve spoken to one of your colleagues but we didn’t get very far as Google was down, we got cut off the call and she didn’t ring back!!This is becoming urgent and I would really appreciate some support . Thanks
