We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

Plusnet have taken a payment after my father's death and refuse to talk to me and even refuse to take a complaint without his username which I don't know. Heaven forbid if they want to keep their landline and in a poor mobile area. It's always call them....and wait. As most of the current moves aren't at a customers behest, they should be ringing us.

Huw Waters 🏴 (@huw_waters) reported@LeeJarvis10 If you only need broadband then I'd say Plusnet. Cheap as chips and have acclaimed service. I changed from BT to Plusnet in March, cost for identical service dropped from £78 to 29!
