    @nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

    @Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

    Plusnet well what can I say I have been a loyal customer for 9 years and the past few years everytime I renew my contract my broadband gets less and less, I pay for 80/20 and I get now 55/10 instead of 77/19. Won't be renewing.

    @anthodgsoncpfc @SkyHelpTeam Think there’s a bigger problem as my Plusnet broadband is down as well. I’ve been given a estimated fix time of 21:30.

    @Plusnet got any issues in LA4? I’ve rebooted the router, light is blue, broadband status is “connected” in the hub manager, but can’t seem to use the web at all.

    @Plusnet can’t get through to you on phone as it’s saying number is unavailable, just wanting to know how long is left on my contract as I want to upgrade to full fibre. Any help would be appreciated.

    @Plusnet just had the misfortune of speaking to the most sarcastic, patronising person I’ve had the bad luck to speak to in years. His parting shot was that all complaints about him must be directed to him! How else can I contact yr complaints dept please?
