    @nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

    @Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

    @Plusnet Very frustrated today trying to pay a parking charge by text. Took a lot of searching to discover you don't support short number texting. Given increasing use - why not?

    @jugglerbry @Plusnet I had similar problems with my speeds via wifi, the gentleman from Plusnet support suggested that I changed my 2.4ghz wifi channel. It's caused by too many other routers in range of you using the same channel. I now mostly have 67Mbs+ download speeds

    @plusnet Your engineer says he can’t fix our problem and we should be on ASDL. Have you called us to follow up? No. #poorservice. #complaint
