@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

@Plusnet we haven't been able to pay for already two weeks, calling your service almost every day to get this solved... without success. Your colleagues provided an extension to 21st to process the payment expecting the service to work by now, but it doesn't. We are stuck !

@keldaaa I’m with plusnet been with them for years great service and under £30 a month. Also there is now Zoom that lm told is a good one fibre broadband also under £30

@Plusnet well after having 2 days of internet issues with speeds less the 5 mg and then calling customer services this evening only to on hold for 40mins and then when they do answer they then hang up… Plusnet please come back to me before I change my account.

Poor show @Plusnet & @BTOpenreach1 . I’ve now been without broadband or home phone line for over a week. I’m severely regretting my decision to try to swap provider. “we’ll do you proud”…not this customer you haven’t. Sort it out now, or I will pull the plug on changing
