  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

@Plusnet on the website you say every plan has data roaming (protected by a cap) but I’m in a “band 1” country and I have no data signal. I can only be online on Wi-Fi. Is there some settings I need to check somewhere?

  • mcsmith973 Mark Smith (@mcsmith973) reported

@virginmedia Internet down twice within 10 days & over 24 hours to reconnect, never had this problem with plusnet!

  • FredFirst1 Fred Fukovinov MOP (@FredFirst1) reported

Had to switch everything of (not the plusnet obviously) Bunnies and Meatloaf was a very complex issue.

  • ValSawyer16 Val Sawyer (@ValSawyer16) reported

@Plusnet I paid for a static IP address which apparently would help me get VOIP but now been told that Plusnet does not support VOIP. I want VOIP so after being with Plusnet almost since it begun, it looks like I have got to find a broadband provider who allows VOIP usage?

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@SpiceSugarand I've run some checks on that postcode and there aren't any known issues in that area. Are you still experiencing connection issues? Thanks Alice @ Plusnet Leeds

  • webstertelecom Webster Telecom (@webstertelecom) reported

@Screetcher @Plusnet Put in a complaint, get a letter of deadlock and refer them to Ofcom. Cancel the direct debit whilst in dispute. Plusnet have decided that customer service isn't for them, but hiding behind weaselly conditions is. The regulator won't be impressed with this shoddy service.

  • flightdrg DrG (@flightdrg) reported

@Plusnet your customer service lines are not being answered - message simply stating “ line is closed “!!!! What’s going on ?

  • wrathofgod Susie M(ais qui?) (@wrathofgod) reported

@Plusnet Of course. But why should I have to? It's frustrating. Compare to something like the iPlayer log in, or Pinterest, with a pop-up box..those are not cluttered with poorly placed and spaced eye-clutter. It's an accessibility issue.

  • Ivy16122 Ivy_16_12 (@Ivy16122) reported

@Plusnet the Wi-Fi is completely down what’s going, can you fix it?

  • wrathofgod Susie M(ais qui?) (@wrathofgod) reported

@Plusnet I know I could set up client-email and not have to bother about it, but as someone who's using it so frequently I notice how little it caters to laptop screen, or dyslexic tendencies, where patterns and layout are issues.
