@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

@stoofer2 While we can try making some changes to the router remotely, its possible that this could have an effect on your other devices; which wouldn't be ideal. Have you had a chance to contact the TV manufacturer for any support they may be able to offer? -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@plusnet regarding scam callers on your mobile service (@EE) what can i do to cut this down. I must have been put on a list as i am getting daily calls, had about 5 today. I don't mind wasting scammers times, but it's getting a bit too much at the moment

@Plusnet Our mobiles are offline (emergency only, no network) but you only have a phone number as contact, so here I am, tagging you on twitter for help. Two different numbers / sims in different phones are not working today.

@ullah151 @OpenreachHelp I'm with @plusnet and have been told the same thing. We've been without broadband since early this morning and have been told engineers are working on the outage and should be sorted by midnight but by the sounds of it not likely

@Forsayk3nTTV @ExitLeftTV Openreach provide the fibre for most of them, problem for plusnet is they don't offer fttp. We have had it in the neck from some people down here thinking it's us saying no. But it's just plusnet not offering.

@Plusnet Thank you for your assistance Curtis. This quotation is taken from the agreed contract by telephone & email on the 22nd of January 2022 which I negotiated *early* to ensure continuity of service. Your quote => "Total �20.49 per month on a new 24 month contract." Please confirm.

@Plusnet hi, ordered a replacement router for my elderly FIL which never arrived. Rang Customer services who said they’d send another as first never dispatched. 2 weeks later, still not arrived. How do I get a refund of postage please?
