    @Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

    @DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

    Just switched to @Plusnet, nearly Β£10 a month cheaper than BT. I had no issues with BT at all but when it's that much cheaper, it was a no brainer

    @Plusnet - could you please stop treating routers as yoyos 😑 It's really rather inconvenient that you've spent a few minutes each morning this week making them go up and down repeatedly. Especially with the inherent IP address changes that seems to involve.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp 2 days I've been trying to get through to your customer support - phones lines tell me you're too busy & your live chat is disabled. I msgd on here as per your website but no response either. As a new customer I'm extremely disappointed!

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet I've had DNS timeout issues all day, both WiFi and wire connected devices. I've manually changed my laptop to OpenDNS and getting great service again, but my phones etc on plusnet DNS are hobbled unless I switch to 4G. Can you check your service please?

    @baildogg @Plusnet I ****** plusnet off cos there customer services was terrible... They pride themselves on british call centre, only problem British people are *****!
