  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • gemmacaddell86 Gem (@gemmacaddell86) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet my fibre broadband is down after a lightening strike. I go to try and report it (been over an hour now), website tells me, were here for you 7 days a week. Except, can only report a fault via phone or chat, and they both close at 8pm now?

  • Mr_Mark_Norman Mark Norman (@Mr_Mark_Norman) reported

Why is your online help now terrible @Plusnet ? You've closed my ticket without sending me what I paid for and without updating me on progress. And now I can only get in touch by phone and I don't have hours to spend queuing. This isn't why I chose to upgrade after many years

  • glhardy Gemma Smith (Hardy) (@glhardy) reported

Sat listening to my husband on a call with Dean @Plusnet. I have never heard such a ridiculously rude conversation from a customer service rep. Plusnet must be so proud to have him on the team

  • bluecanary1977 Pete Whitney (@bluecanary1977) reported

@Plusnet we have issues with phone and broadband at home. Phone rings when incoming call but cuts off on answering. Can't dial out. Broadband either not connecting or ridiculously slow.

  • ejames500 💕Elle J 💕#JustSaying (@ejames500) reported

@Plusnet since we moved to fibre we have had no end of trouble with the Internet dropping. I think its time you send an engineer out now as nothing else seems to work!

  • GeekityGeek Daniel Parr (@GeekityGeek) reported

@Plusnet My phone was stolen today. Your website says to contact you asap, but sends me to page where "phone stolen" isn't an option and your phone lines are closed! Throwing in a "My Account" section with zero options to lock my SIM or divert my calls has been a big help too :(

  • vic_7740 Vicki Slater (@vic_7740) reported

@Plusnet Is there an issue in St16 2 area our internet is buffering. Tried the usual fixes!

  • artbizness Mike Radcliffe (@artbizness) reported

Hey @Plusnet My internet is slooooow today and has been for a couple of days. Only getting 25mbps download and 14 up. Should be 55 down and 20 up? Can you investigate please?

  • LucianSanchez82 Philip Colling (@LucianSanchez82) reported

@Plusnet Today one of your engineers resolved a slow broadband issue for me after discovering my line was configured as ADSL (I pay for fibre). Assuming its been this way the entire contract (18 months this month), am I due a refund for the difference between ADSL and Fibre?

  • ThingyThingster The Thingster (@ThingyThingster) reported

DEAR PLUSNET, YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE GIVING ME WIFI, NOT GIVING ME A RED DOT THAT SPINS AROUND ON MY NETFLIX, REMINDING ME HOW TO COUNT TO 100. I USED TO USE BT: NO ISSUES. NOW I USE PLUSNET: I HAVE LESS BARS AVAILABLE TO ME THAT A PROHIBITION ERA MOSQUE. **** YOU, EMBER
