Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Comber and nearby locations:

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

  • inkedcaribbean inkedup_britishjamaican (@inkedcaribbean) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet please improve your customer service

  • cattt82 Cat Taylor (@cattt82) reported from Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

@nornirishfella Plusnet are woeful. My mum was with them until a few months ago, hated her WiFi. We were with sky but we maxed out at 35-40 most of the time, nothing they could do to make it faster. But only got Virgin in when we upgraded to a 65” TV & buffering became an issue.

  • nigelivy Nigel Ivy (@nigelivy) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • PatrickMBelfast Patrick (@PatrickMBelfast) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?

  • gemmacaddell86 Gem (@gemmacaddell86) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

Saturday night to enjoy tv with willow not here and plusnet not working, awesome

  • PaulReid74 Paul Reid (@PaulReid74) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@DannyCowanVO @Paul__Buckle @bt_uk @Plusnet @BTCare My advice... as soon as you leave BT, cancel your direct debit.

  • itconor itconor (@itconor) reported from Comber, Northern Ireland

@internetsense @seatzie @virginmedia Plusnet last I checked where just BT, they also have a habit of putting customers behind CGNAT which means no public IP bad for gaming etc

Okay, not happy with the way we have to log problems with @Plusnet but it WAS fast. Got a date for an engineer within minutes with an acknowledgement of a problem - couldn't get that with @VodafoneUK after MONTHS of trying. I'm impressed.

  • EDLock_1 Mia (@EDLock_1) reported

@Plusnet Hi team, someone has been using my phone number on their account but I didn't consent or sign up to this. I tried to call your customer services and they were no help. Can you please help me remove it? It's my data and I don't permit it there with GDPR guidance.

Hi @Plusnet, is there something wrong with your service in Manchester today?

  • The_Morningstar Tony H (@The_Morningstar) reported

Need you to respond please - l'm guessing being left with no Internet connection last night was a Plusnet issue as thank goodness it's back on this morning?

  • iainhallam Iain Hallam (@iainhallam) reported

@Plusnet, if you have award-winning customer service, would you mind explaining why you've cancelled my 94-year-old grandmother's broadband with no notice? Surely even your monthly rolling contract requires notice of termination?

  • LewieKong Lewie Kong (He/Him) (@LewieKong) reported

@Plusnet Is there any work going on in Central Portsmouth? I've had 2 router/network dropouts in the last 2 days.
