Truly awful 'service' from @Plusnet broadband. 2 weeks since house move: still no internet connection. Now told to wait a further 4 days until someone will 'look into it further'. Broken promises, conflicting info, delays, 0mb. For £65 fee? That won't do 💩

@Plusnet DM sent, thanks. Neither of your advisor's promises yesterday of 'I guarantee it will be on by tomorrow' and 'I will call you back later today to check' came true. Honestly, this has been an abysmal customer experience. Especially when needing to WFH.

@kyajbuller @Plusnet is by far the worst home wifi you can ever get. They promised me between 66-77mbps of speed and a minimum guarantee of 60mbs. For the last two years we’ve been getting below 5mbps on a concenstant basis. A lot of the time below 2mbps.

@Plusnet Yorkshire puddings is quite apt . Why as a long term customer must I pay £10.93 a month but as a “new” customer pay £9 for the same sim deal. ?

@Plusnet Just to update everyone, the fault has been resolved with Bob's help. Call was raised on Feb 9th, it was sorted on March 31st but I am delighted to see it working again even if it was a huge struggle to get plus net netops team to accept if was a problem on their server.

@Plusnet why do you seek to punish long term customers ?. My current deal (as a long term customer )is now £10.93 a month … new customer pays £9. Fantastic.
