They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

If yr router is so poor stop providing it provide then £35 one you want me to buy. I raised this back in April still not sorted and when I leave I have to pay early leaving payment! Shocking

Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

We reported a problem with our line we have had no service or Internet since Thursday last week BT said it was a problem at the selly oak Birmingham telephone exchange. Still got no service this is disgusting !

So my husband did some price comparisons, found a cheaper company , contacted BG, & low & behold, BG have stayed at the same price! Loyalty sucks with these big companies if you don’t challenge them.
