    @Plusnet We are with plusnet. We reported a problem with our line we have had no service or Internet since Thursday last week BT said it was a problem at the selly oak Birmingham telephone exchange. Still got no service this is disgusting !

    @Plusnet been medsaging you. No response. Internet APALLING for 2 weeks now. I have to work evenings at home just to function. Awful upload/download speeds. Youve done this before. Whenever its not used a while you slow the service right down & I have to do this over again

    @Plusnet . There seems to be a trend. Poor connection speed. If yr router is so poor stop providing it provide then ยฃ35 one you want me to buy. I raised this back in April still not sorted and when I leave I have to pay early leaving payment! Shocking

    PlusNet have admitted our Internet stability is terrible, with data showing outages every day for 14 days. They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

    How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasnโ€™t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

    @Plusnet Sky routers used to connect to my WiFi extender and work just fine Your Plusnet routers are awful, spotty connection at best, at least 2-3 times I have to wait 10+ minutes to reconnect. Was promised same speed yet I received slower less reliable internet.

    @Plusnet Hello! Because of your former great service, I called to stay with yourselves not switch to EE. Whilst Tamsin and David who took my call were lovely - and v good at their jobs - sadly the whole call, incl hold time, took just under half an hour - that's bang out of order

    @Plusnet I rang (for the 3rd time) I am still none the wiser to what the actuall problem is. @WeAreOpenreach are not to be seen, local people are all being told different things by their ISP's. No broadband for over a week is unacceptable @southkesteven

    @Plusnet hi, been doing some bandwidth speed test lately as I feel my internet has slowed down and the most Iโ€™ve seen is 400mb/s when Iโ€™m paying for a 1000mb/s

    Sadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.

    If you have a problem with the installation done by OpenReach or their contractor. @Plusnet apparently cannot contact anyone on the installation side! So any problem with a Plusnet installation you are screwed.

    @MartinSLewis Broadband with Plusnet for 2 years, this year's quote ยฃ15 per month higher than vodaphone.. asked what was going on, told our customer service is better, vodaphone ยฃ25pm vs ยฃ40 AND vodaphone additionally offered ยฃ150 tesco voucher.. Absolute no brainer ! Thx MSL

    @Plusnet The new service is at least 10x faster and cheaper than what you can offer. Itโ€™s due to start after my contract with you expires, so I donโ€™t appreciate the continued pressure to stay with an inferior more expensive service
