They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

If you try to cancel, their "retention department" will give you the runaround and make your life miserable. Remove your direct debit at your bank before you do anything else.

Esp when you can look at the OR fault reports via @zeninternet's status page...
