Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

Complaint is underway and we've been told reconnection due Monday, although I am sceptical after months of hashes. Every morning I dread seeing red lights on the router! If it's not working, we will leave and will NOT accept charges to go.

Tradition (@traditionvr) reported@BiteYourBrum @kebablog When I migrated from Plusnet to Zen I eventually got a debt collection letter demanding money on behalf of Plusnet. Took a few weeks, more letters and several phone calls for them to understand that I had moved ISP and for them to cancel the account.
