No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

My number should have been transferred in the move but I understand there is a problem with “port”. I don’t have my old number and there is no service on the new number.!!

grace hooper (@messalinahooper) reported@Plusnet So the engineer came. Sorted out wiring and I've still hit the dame problem. Please can you sort that's 5 or maybe 6 days I've had a stuttering wifi- never had this problem before the storm. Don't really want to be paying for something I can't watch

They never came.I got in touch via phone and was told that you will chase the supplier and get in touch shortly. But nothing happened. No engineer no message from you
