@Plusnet Your customer service si rude justo lo let you know, i spoke with someone called Brandon about a cancellation and he was laughing at me because apparently I was going to have the same problem with every other company. Happy that I left you!

  • SuperScienceGrl ⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England

@nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

  • SuperScienceGrl ⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England

@AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

  • badinaz Bernard (@badinaz) reported

@Plusnet I thought I had sent a DM, but not very accomplished at Twitter. I have an adapter plugged into Telephone line inlet, one side phone, one side broadband. Otherwise no ‘extension’. It’s the same set up I have applied for 2 other providers and not had so much trouble.

  • ShootTheDrummer Chris Wallace (@ShootTheDrummer) reported

@Shaun_Sheppard @Plusnet We’ve been getting intermittent speed issues for a bit. Happens once a week, but cycling the router doesn’t do anything. Reminds me of being back on dialup, but at least the internet doesn’t scream at me now.

  • foxtrottangoj Fiona Jay (@foxtrottangoj) reported

@Plusnet Had an intermittent loss of service for 3 days, mostly impacting me after your help centre opening hours. Getting really irritated, thinking of leaving. Just spoken to 'Tyler' in Leeds: sorted it out 4 me, really helpful & friendly. Great #CustomerService -he's an asset

  • andy2186 Andy Fletcher. (@andy2186) reported

@Plusnet She has already done that and was told that the information was not kept by Plusnet. If not her service provider then by who? She is seeking clarification as to wether the information is retrievable and how she could have it released to her/the police?

  • randall1uk 🧣🇲🇲 COYS 🇹🇭🏝🇬🇧🐟🇨🇳🦠 (@randall1uk) reported

  • JanetBance Janet Bance (@JanetBance) reported

  • Annas_Kitchen Anna P (@Annas_Kitchen) reported

@Plusnet Ever since I upgraded my broadband 2 weeks ago I’m having consistent issues with the service dropping and the speeds are not reaching the minimum guaranteed. What do I need to do to sort this out?

  • Lindaj22Linda Linda Jervis (@Lindaj22Linda) reported

@Plusnet please cancel my contract immediately

  • Pencilsqueezer Peter Ray (@Pencilsqueezer) reported

@Plusnet Your service is once again suboptimal. I don't pay you for teeth achingly slow broadband I pay you for fast broadband. My contact ends early next year...

  • sghughes42 Stephen Hughes (@sghughes42) reported

@Plusnet Any thoughts on why my mother's broadband in SR8 postcode is very intermittent? Was slow at first, now stopped. Hub seems to think it is connected. Before it died I did a speed check, got 0.5mb down but 4mb up which isn't right.
