@nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

@StevenB48053410 @Plusnet @MoneyTelegraph Same email here. Didn’t sleep. We were promised 9 days ago this wouldn’t happen as our account was closed down in error and they are dying to charge us termination fees despite still being a customer. We were assured over and over again!

@Plusnet I received an email from Plusnet threatening debt collection agency if an INCORRECT final bill unpaid after 14 days. I have written confirmation from Plusnet that the bill is wrong. No help from customer services after 7 days. Appalling service.

@Plusnet good evening. Transferred to Plusnet broadband a couple of weeks ago and have been unable to stream anything through @skytv ever since. No problem on other devices and speed test returns ~70mbps download speed. Please can you help? @SkyHelpTeam
