@GeoffHux @Plusnet If you fall below the minimum agreed levels (login to your account to see) just raise a ticket. Last time I did this they tore up the whole street and fixed loads of faults for free. Follow the process.

@bluelightcard - why is the Plusnet offer not working? Says it's preloaded but it's the same price & reward card amount that is on the main Plusnet site. It's live until 29th March so it's not even close to ending.

12: Will this 🧵 make a blind bit of difference? Absolutely not. Has it helped to let off a small amount of steam? Yes it has. To reiterate, the Plusnet advisors have been more than lovely, but they’re constrained by uncontactable suppliers, terrible processes and legacy systems.

90 days since I signed up to @Plusnet, and still no service. 70 days since 1st visit from #OpenReach and inadequate external cable still unresolved. @OpenreachHelp. Like most broadband providers #Plusnet dependent on #OpenReach but the communication between both is deplorable.
