    @nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

    @AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

    @AndyWoodturner Same issues … moved from BT to Plusnet, broadband was capped at 1Mb (!), went back to BT who refused to remove the cap!! Moved again to John Lewis, who removed the cap. JL is a Plusnet wrapper, BT own Plusnet, so own JL service. It absolutely stinks !!!

    Hey @Plusnet, absolutely terrible service - being unable to switch call plans outside of billing date means I'm being charged enormous sums when my relative with #dementia is repeatedly calling my mobile. I will be cancelling the service asap and never using you again.

    @AndyWoodturner @Forest2Furnitur We were with Plusnet but when we installed fibre (laid the cable ourselves) we couldn't stay with them because at that time BT wouldn't allow Plusnet to offer a fibre service. But that has changed, now, so it's quite possible we'll be back with Plusnet this December.

    @ConstableChaos Indeed, it was 4 months on Monday since I started with Sky for Fibre and Landline after telling Plusnet to *******, their customer service went to the wall when they were bought by BT IMO, and don't get me started on their annoying on hold playlist.
