No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. OpenReach engineer shows up without ringing bell, slaps fibre entry point on some random side of the house, leaves without checking in. PlusNet complaint emails just bounce back. Great.

Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. They’re so bad I’m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.
