I'm really happy with most of my #sim only deal with @Plusnet but saying you can't call me to fix an issue that is not my fault is weak for a telecom company? #mobilephone

@Plusnet interested in a sim only deal via money saving expert which includes a £25 plusnet reward card. I'm a broadband customer at present but am switching away, am I eligible for the data boost? Also, can both me and my partner claim a £25 reward card? Thank you.

@Plusnet I’ve tried contacting purecard as was previously advised but cannot get an answer. Just curious if this reward was from plusnet why do I have to chase this up? Customer service surely should do that?

Every single previous ISP has failed to solve connection issues. When they’ve happened, we’ve (literally) had to change ISP after weeks without broadband. I chose @Plusnet for the customer service reviews, I’m pleased I did.

I know Twitter is for whinging & moaning & shouting at people, but I’m going to break the rules and say nice stuff about @Plusnet. Our internets went down in the storm. Plusnet’s advisors called back when they said they would and listened to what the problem was. It’s now fixed.

@virginmedia Plusnet on EE Network Equiv £4.92/mth – it's £7/mth, but you automatically get a £25 prepaid Mastercard within 45 days for 10GB of data unlimited Mins/Texts. Just 2 examples to show I can get better for less, so forget 11.7% increase. I've already been paying you too much!
