@nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

@AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

@Plusnet @Gottzy Email still down for me. My SMTP client asks me for my password (normally automatic) and says that Plusnet server can't accept it saying that"it is a temporary problem" Cold boot of PC doesn't solve the problem.
