    @Plusnet Your customer service si rude justo lo let you know, i spoke with someone called Brandon about a cancellation and he was laughing at me because apparently I was going to have the same problem with every other company. Happy that I left you!

    @nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

    @AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

    @TalkTV @petercardwell Mr C, you should have looked at moving to @Plusnet for your broadband needs. Part of BT but far better customer services than I ever had with the parent. Home based call centre, quick to answer, quick to resolve and THEY FOLLOW UP afterwards. Award winning.

    @Plusnet can you please answer emails. Dad in law has hundreds of calls made from his phone that he hadn't made, 01782 659257, sounds like someone pressing buttons when you call it. He's not dialing out, alzheimers dementia , twice we've logged it, please help

    @nelliecarty I was with EE sim only £18+ moved to plusnet £6.50 and they use EE network, I gather only about 3 networks that everyone use so worth looking (I looked at Martin Lewis site)

    @Plusnet WHY HAVE I GOT NO MOBILE INTERNET? YOU'VE JUST TAKEN A MONTHLY PAY, I HAVE NOT GONE OVER MY DATA ALLOWANCE NOW OR LAST MONTH, SO WHAT'S THE PROBLEM????
