Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

Only found out that broadband has gone up - have really a bad rural service too - & they are charging £4/mo for a land line that I dont use.
