    @PostOffice your ID service said it would verify my ID in 10 mins after 30mins it changed to 13mins it’s now been an hour! 🤬 like I don’t have anything else to do!!

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Royal Mail Delivery Office at Chelmsford. I’m not complaining - I’m empathising with the staff, but it does seem that they are under-resourced on the front desk. Some customers were being rude. Thank you for coming back to me.

    @AskPayPal An item was not as described nor fit for purpose, a refund was requested & seller didn't make any contact, raised a dispute with @PayPal & agreed I'd send the item back to get a refund.The @PostOffice wouldn't give me a tracking number now no refund. Any help please

    @pib_comm Why don't we have digital payment system in postoffice? Also, why can't there be a dropbox with online payment receipt for speed post, registry, etc. attached to envelope? This would help to avoid queues during this pandemic and save a lot of time

    @sophiethomasenn @DVLAgovuk Yeah its fully not good enough, especially with how big they are and how much money they make from each damn motorist!! Try and complain with @PostOffice as I know alot of work was handed off to them when they closed their offices smh

    @IndiaPostOffice Incorrect update. The item was actually not delivered at that time and customer had to collect it from the postoffice.
