Not good! 😡

Neil Passmore (@neilpassmore) reported from Worcestershire, England@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMailHelp Please can you log my complaint and get back to me? It’s really poor service 😡

Siân Davis (@siany_d) reported from Pershore, England@m5rcc @PostOffice Clearly they do. The post office never actually claimed to offer the full range of services your bank do because they are not your bank!

Joe Ibbotson (@IbbotsonJoe) reported@PostOffice Anyone know what’s happened to Keighley Post Office next to the bus station? It was supposed to open on Tuesday April 28th after ‘Essential Maintenance’ now it’s closed due to ‘Unforeseen Circumstances….’ I wonder what’s happened? People need the service…thank you
-
Peter Reynolds (@pdnr777) reported@PostOffice Ok thank you, unfortunately none of these were offered to me when I went to the post office this morning and said only thing would be a service that takes 3-6 days and said it was signed and tracked but nothing in the receipt gives me a tracking number or anything
-
Simon (@LilywhiteSimon) reported@frfunlouis @PostOffice That’s Royal Mail customer services number. Nothing at all to do with Post Office.
-
Sims (@SIMPHIWED6) reported@SphelelehZwane Sure no problem. Also you can search that track number on the Postoffice website.
-
D (@frfunlouis) reported@PostOffice Ordered cancelled, charge back raised. What a shocking service! Thought PO was meant to be one of the best! Will use another courier next time.
-
Cowardly Lion (@Cat_onabike) reported@PostOffice I went on 5 different days to send 2 different parcels. No self service. 3 times I had to go home without posting anything because the queue was too long. I complained to PO cust svcs who thanked me for my queuing feedback. Are you stopping self-service in all branches?
-
kaleniUK (@NodstahNash) reported@TamesideCorr Improve? If it's anything like ours on Ashton under Lyne the service will get worse? The @PostOffice just cut serving people, tills to serve, self service machines always switched off and prices continue to rise Good old British Companies
-
Shana Hendry (@Happyengland79) reported@PostOffice one of your drivers tried to drive onto a building site and when told he couldn't be on site he started being obtuse! If they are not smart enough to know you shouldn't just drive onto a building site then they probably have a lot more issues too.
-
Justice4all (@ch477er) reported@Togetherdec @darrenpjones I used the postoffice to create my login as a limited company so I didn’t have to use ‘one login”
-
Philip Whitehurst (@Toffeewolfie) reported@PostOffice why..on your website does it say the DVLA charge 17 quid to renew your driving licence online....when they only charge 14.... Is this to encourage more to use your service..
