@PostOffice NEVER TAKE TRAVEL INSURANCE WITH THE POST OFFICE, just spoken to the most angry ‘customer service’ agent in living memory. I will be getting rid off all post office products including broadband ASAP

@m5rcc @PostOffice I can assure you they don't. Post office branches offer a cheque and cash deposit service, and a withdrawal service subject to the maximum limit set by your bank

@PostOffice Very disappointed with Royal Mail delivery service. Sent a small parcel 1st Class to a friend on 21/11/20 and it's never been delivered...now assumed lost after 9 days. Shocking service!!

@PostOffice @BritTravAwrds Well, you won’t be winning any awards for customer service in my community - it’s absolutely abysmal and atrocious that we have NO local post office. We have to walk or drive for miles to buy a stamp! And you wonder why people are abandoning your services in their droves? 😡🤬🤯
