Paul N Hughes (@PaulNicholasHu1) reported from Peopleton, England@PostOffice Very disappointed with Royal Mail delivery service. Sent a small parcel 1st Class to a friend on 21/11/20 and it's never been delivered...now assumed lost after 9 days. Shocking service!!
-
Neil Passmore (@neilpassmore) reported from Worcestershire, EnglandMy poor dad, 83 year old, was a bit distressed and fearful today after going into Colwyn Avenue @PostOffice, Swansea, and finding that neither the family running the Post Office nor the other half a dozen people in the queue were wearing any face-coverings! Not good! 😡
-
𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚒𝚊𝚗 𝙷𝚊𝚛𝚍𝚒𝚗𝚐 (@adeharding) reported from Redditch, England@PostOffice Nope. Sign on door saying no service at certain times of the day
-
Neil Passmore (@neilpassmore) reported from Worcestershire, England@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMailHelp Please can you log my complaint and get back to me? Your postie obviously isn’t even attempting to check if there’s anyone at home! I’m raging at having to keep going to collect from the delivery office miles away across town!!! It’s really poor service 😡
-
andyfinchy (@andyfinchy1) reported from Droitwich Spa, England@PostOffice NEVER TAKE TRAVEL INSURANCE WITH THE POST OFFICE, just spoken to the most angry ‘customer service’ agent in living memory. I will be getting rid off all post office products including broadband ASAP
-

-
Siân Davis (@siany_d) reported from Worcestershire, England@our_self_build @PostOffice Redirection is a royal mail service, you'd need to contact them
-
Siân Davis (@siany_d) reported from Pershore, England@m5rcc @PostOffice I can assure you they don't. Post office branches offer a cheque and cash deposit service, and a withdrawal service subject to the maximum limit set by your bank
-
Siân Davis (@siany_d) reported from Pershore, England@m5rcc @PostOffice Clearly they do. The post office never actually claimed to offer the full range of services your bank do because they are not your bank!

julian (@Julian2017124) reportedSmall victory today! @PostOffice have accepted my appeal against the Camberwell branch. They still haven’t made a final decision (I’ll post the outcome as soon as it comes), but I’m taking this as a positive step towards proper accountability. As my FOI already proved, this one branch had 52 complaints in just 3 years, and 96 complaints since 2021, with a shocking 61% tactical closure rate basically gatekeeping and shutting down customer complaints before they’re properly looked at. Out of the 15 complaints they actually had to decide on: 8 were upheld and 7 dismissed. That means 55% ruled in the customer’s favour. This branch is clearly a problem and needs sorting out properly. But at least now my complaint is at appeal stage. Whether they now finally admit that wrongdoing by post office staff occurred will be another story. But my intention is to keep the pressure up until they do better. If they have a zero tolerance for abuse which I fully respect, support and understand. I also have a zero tolerance for myself suffering abuse equally and hopefully they understand. #PostOffice #CamberwellPostOffice #Accountability

Johnny Dowling (@JohnnyDowling10) reported from Sutton, England@UberEats have become the single worst delivery company out there. @PostOffice you are off the hook
-
Carol (@CLK98398043) reported@Darrell65167496 There's no customer anywhere. You know how hard it is to talk to a real person at the postoffice. I just gave up!
-
Kevin Burden (@kevinburden) reported@brialerus @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice This was our parcel, that they said they'd collect between 9 and 12 on Friday, still hanging on our front door at 5.30. They never came, and eventually said they wouldn't be coming either.
-
Simon (@LilywhiteSimon) reported@JagsArthurson @afneil @PostOffice Post Office would never deliver it ~ they’re not a delivery company.
-
🌻🌻Sukie🌻🌻 (@iunderstoodu) reportedI believe the PostOffice is in the Constitution, it’s not designed to make money it’s a service for the people …oh, that’s right, we’ve trashed democracy & ripped up the Constitution. People don’t need a means of communication that doesn’t make someone morbidly rich. @cspanwj
-
David Gregory (@DavidGr40434506) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice It’s easier they say. And everyone will like it. The truth is digital is crap. Analogue was better. People are analogue. We are in an experimental phase which will pass.
-
Brian Schofield (@BrianSchofay2q) reported@tonydowney67 @PostOffice The government basically make it up as they go along, it’s disgraceful to treat innocent people like this. 🇬🇧
-
Crybaton (@crybaton) reported@AnimarchyYT so, Genuine question, because I keep seeing this and those "lawnpirate" situations in the US... Do your delivery people just leave your **** at the door? Like, is this the norm? Because here, when I'm not home, I get a little note in my postbox to pickup my **** at the postoffice

Dave Lunn (@DaveLunn68) reported@PostOffice @tgjonesuk None of the self service machines working in your branch in Sutton and only one till open!
