@PostOffice NEVER TAKE TRAVEL INSURANCE WITH THE POST OFFICE, just spoken to the most angry ‘customer service’ agent in living memory. I will be getting rid off all post office products including broadband ASAP

@PostOffice Very disappointed with Royal Mail delivery service. Sent a small parcel 1st Class to a friend on 21/11/20 and it's never been delivered...now assumed lost after 9 days. Shocking service!!

@m5rcc @PostOffice I can assure you they don't. Post office branches offer a cheque and cash deposit service, and a withdrawal service subject to the maximum limit set by your bank

@PostOffice Ryan ive got bad anxiety so after that woman was rude to me the guy at the stall made it worse ,how he spoke to me,i understand but hes being extremely in my face is the only way to describe it. I just hope i can find another P.O people deserve to be treated kindly.

Nobody told me that the @PostOffice were doing a Christmas card opening service this year. 2 today, 1 yesterday Somebody needs to tell the temp staff that the money is never in the colourful envelopes.
