    @m5rcc @PostOffice I can assure you they don't. Post office branches offer a cheque and cash deposit service, and a withdrawal service subject to the maximum limit set by your bank

    @PostOffice NEVER TAKE TRAVEL INSURANCE WITH THE POST OFFICE, just spoken to the most angry ‘customer service’ agent in living memory. I will be getting rid off all post office products including broadband ASAP

    @PostOffice Very disappointed with Royal Mail delivery service. Sent a small parcel 1st Class to a friend on 21/11/20 and it's never been delivered...now assumed lost after 9 days. Shocking service!!

I’m raging at having to keep going to collect from the delivery office miles away across town!!! It’s really poor service 😡

    @Ofcom the @PostOffice have reduced access to a 1st class mail service by stealth. A vast no. of post boxes now have a collection time of 9am meaning for next day service most of us need to post 2 days in advance. Is this meeting their obligations? #postoffice #1stclassservice

    @PostOffice Dear Post Office @PostOffice why is your branch in Clapham Junction so run down? Self service machines usually out, long queues as not enough staff and appears to be held together by bits of tape... is this the standard you accept for a very busy post office?

    @PostOffice I just want to complaint about the poor service of you contracter company Collinson Insurance Services. Service is a word too big for you as you don't provide any service. Also, very unprofessional customer service, which they don't even read properly the claims!!!

    @PostOffice Hi Ryan. Not yet - apparently your IT people are involved and we’re expecting a call from one of your managers mid-Feb to see if you can quote. Not happy that we were told by your staff to ring the underwriters, who knew nothing about this and it wasn’t actually their problem.

    @WhatWouldKirkDo @PostOffice @dennis1a1 Out of interest, is your LAT the exact time the Postman leaves on the poster? I had this issue with RM so they changed the poster for me to 10 mins before the actual collection time so I have time to tie up etc. Works a treat now.
