@m5rcc @PostOffice Clearly they do. The post office never actually claimed to offer the full range of services your bank do because they are not your bank!

@m5rcc @PostOffice I can assure you they don't. Post office branches offer a cheque and cash deposit service, and a withdrawal service subject to the maximum limit set by your bank

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMailHelp Please can you log my complaint and get back to me? Your postie obviously isn’t even attempting to check if there’s anyone at home! I’m raging at having to keep going to collect from the delivery office miles away across town!!! It’s really poor service 😡

@PostOffice I just had the most horrendous experience st the Bracknell post office. Terrible staff, rejecting my parcel and telling me it was people selling crap and poating that was the problem.

@LilywhiteSimon @PostOffice It was his attitude to me that was disappointing...as a customer I would never think of not paying enough for something I was buying....it felt like it was my problem rather than his
-
Dave Scadden
(@Scadden83) reported
@PostOffice had to make several trips to them today, each time a different reason to not send the parcel, they provided no help, not even an apology for making me walk 5 miles to the other post office that was closed. it was absurd
-
Vivian Viden

@PostOffice The staff member at the aforementioned PO takes your parcel and piles them on the shop floor (the wrong side of the counter) while they wait to be collected. Anybody can take/damage them. This is ongoing. I cannot use my local PO for this reason. Utterly unacceptable behaviour.

@PostOffice Is there a faster way to contact you about a home phone fault than trying to call you? My vulnerable neighbour's phones are not working and I have a one year old screaming at me while i sit through endless loops of recorded messages

Postcard Travels
(@TravelsPostcard) reported
@PostOffice Poor service today at a local sub post office. I needed extra postage to make up for the increased postage rate on a letter to Europe. Was charged more than I needed - the postmaster no longer stocked 1p, 2p,5p stamps since he said "no one bothers sending letters" now
