Not good! 😡

I should hv left the insurance live untill end of term which 9th May. I spent my time to call and incur £36 and your cover is only for 350 days instead of 365 days.

Your partners @coopuk NEVER have anyone available on the Post Office branded till to withdraw cash. All weekend with no access to cash at Areley Kings. Terrible. It should be called fun-Cooperative.

No self service. 3 times I had to go home without posting anything because the queue was too long. I complained to PO cust svcs who thanked me for my queuing feedback. Are you stopping self-service in all branches?
