@m5rcc @PostOffice I can assure you they don't. Post office branches offer a cheque and cash deposit service, and a withdrawal service subject to the maximum limit set by your bank

  • andyfinchy1 andyfinchy (@andyfinchy1) reported from Droitwich Spa, England

@PostOffice NEVER TAKE TRAVEL INSURANCE WITH THE POST OFFICE, just spoken to the most angry ‘customer service’ agent in living memory. I will be getting rid off all post office products including broadband ASAP

  • neilpassmore Neil Passmore (@neilpassmore) reported from Worcestershire, England

@cmfitzg @PostOffice Yes, I’ve been redirected to them, so my complaint’s been sent to them 👍🏼

@Airbnb_uk So if my payment card no longer exists and i am having to cancel my reservation due to #COVIDー19, then I am expected to accept losing £800 if my card provider @PostOffice cannot help?

  • siany_d Siân Davis (@siany_d) reported from Worcestershire, England

@VJ43 @PostOffice Thats not a service the post office provide

  • siany_d Siân Davis (@siany_d) reported from Pershore, England

@m5rcc @PostOffice Clearly they do. The post office never actually claimed to offer the full range of services your bank do because they are not your bank!

  • neilpassmore Neil Passmore (@neilpassmore) reported from Worcestershire, England

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMailHelp Please can you log my complaint and get back to me? Your postie obviously isn’t even attempting to check if there’s anyone at home! I’m raging at having to keep going to collect from the delivery office miles away across town!!! It’s really poor service 😡

  • siany_d Siân Davis (@siany_d) reported from Worcestershire, England

@our_self_build @PostOffice Redirection is a royal mail service, you'd need to contact them

@greenleaves123 @LifeInKilburn @PostOffice It never will rain rosesWhen we want to have more roses we must plant trees

  • Bluebird0309 CllrJillHoulbrook 🌈 (@Bluebird0309) reported from Chester, England

@PostOffice Royal Mail Signed For is a registered service which requires a signature on delivery for First Class or Second Class mail sent in the UK. So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

  • simonvarwell Simon Varwell (@simonvarwell) reported

@PostOffice Thanks Tom. Judging by my tweets it was 20 minutes, which given the length was impressive. But I’m sure a good half (including me) could have been removed by use of the self-service kiosks. From memory they were out last time I was in, so presumably a long-running problem.

I've lived in the Clapham area for over 35 years For 20 of those I've been at the #Clapham South end so have used #Balham @PostOffice It's always been a really poor experience but now it's just horrific PO management should be ashamed of themselves - 20 dismal years of decline

  • Ranfje Jill, I’ll always be European🇪🇺 (@Ranfje) reported

A parcel received at a @postoffice on the morning of 3 Dec, still hasn’t been delivered! It only has to travel 30 miles…… Even considering strike action, which I support, that is poor. Another two days of strikes, so no idea when I’ll get it!

  • kimwillsher1 Kim Willsher (@kimwillsher1) reported

@Letttie @PostOffice I don’t know how you put up with such terrible services in the UK. The French love paperwork but they tend not to lose it!

  • ToughTimes6 Prasad (@ToughTimes6) reported

@IndiaPostOffice - Dear Postoffice, when will you improve your tracking. Item is delivered but tracking gives a completely different picture. If this is the service in cities, I can imagine how it would be in rural areas.

  • GomezTheBrave GomezTheBrave (@GomezTheBrave) reported

You'd think with the sub zero temperatures that the machine for electricity top-ups would be working, and if any issues arose, they'd get it fixed on the double, but I guess not as it's been broken for 2 days and I'm literally sitting here with zero power @PostOffice @coopuk

  • grantleeham Granty Hamilton (@grantleeham) reported

Divide and conquer- that’s what the media and government want us to do . Argue , fight amongst ourselves . That way they gain the power . People fell for the Covid , DONT fall for the strikes . Support people like the posties , rail workers. @RMTunion @PostOffice #covid @GMB

  • Ellisfinca2 Epsilon (@Ellisfinca2) reported

@PostOffice Hi, can anyone help me please. It’s been a month since I submitted all documents that Collinson Insurance asked for. I honestly thought it would be quicker. It was stressful enough cancelling flights and accommodation due to a family member being hospitalised.
