  @PostOffice My wife made a written complaint about a service you provided. You emailed to say you would response within 10 days! This was on the 20th September!!! You are not responding to emails and don’t have manned telephone customer service!

  .@PostOffice 30 mins, not that this company cares as they moved out of old site with seating & ticket system which catered for those with disabilities or mobility issues. Now just don't bloody care, ableism through & through!

  And it turns out I couldn't send the parcel coz @eBay_UK can't read the ******* prohibition rules but still set-up postal of prohibited goods thru Royal Mail! So now wasted over an hour traveling & queuing for nothing! But hey neither they or @PostOffice gives a damn!

  @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc in this era of digital,Postoffice still adopt Home branch concept for some service.I request due to Digitalisation in Post office, home branch concept be abolished and all unit of Post office could serve to the customer of post office 4 all services.

  @srbinyon @PostOffice I totally feel for you. You Offer a service people need. Much respect. My issue is the central post office / sorting office in the middle of the 11th biggest town in the country with a population of over 160,000 people. Closing at 12.30pm is pathetic.

  @srbinyon @PostOffice I can make it to the main post office, but it shuts at 12.30 on a Saturday afternoon. How is that sensible customer service in this century?

  Hi @PostOffice you have the post office on Hempshaw Lane , Offerton , Stockport listed as open 0530 until 2030 Monday - Sunday but counter services are definitely NOT open for that length of time - please can you update to reflect the actual counter service opening hours.

  @TTMP83499272 @BikeAndBoatUK @PostOffice Why then are some staff doing it & not others at the same PO?It's a req'ment and no-one should be have to insist on something that is their right as a customer.The 'gripe' should be with the Royal Mail not the customer. The customer is still paying for postage.
