@PostOffice shuts at 12:30 on a Saturday and not at all on a Sunday. Whoever’s stupid idea that was needs to give their head a wobble. We will never get back to normal if the places that CAN open just can’t be bothered

@PostOffice My BRP card is yo collected from your Newcastle under Lyme 43 High Street Post office but due to covid restrictions or unforeseen conditions the said post office is closed I’ve tried contacting via telephone and email. My university enrolment is pending kindly help.

@kr15___ @PostOffice I think in these instances you rely on the public to exercise some common sense. Businesses cannot be held responsible for people's bad behaviour. May I also add that "ratting" on people in the current climate isn't helpful. Working through a pandemic is stressful enough!

@DanRather I wish you could see how bad the Postoffice has got to be i’ve been a mailman for 23 years and I never seen it this bad the pandemic the weather people are afraid to go out and everyone is ordering online it’s unbelievably how many packages we are delivering a day
