@PostOffice I am trying to find a phone number to get in touch to save massive travel but it looks like all human contact has been removed. First they will come for you branches, then they remove phone lines. When there is no one left to hear you the service will go too!

@PostOffice Do NOT use the Global Express. It's an absolute swizz. I spent £75.65 last Monday to send a credit card from Cornwall to Egypt for what was meant to be a 3 day service. It still hasn't arrived. My nephew is now running out of money & is stuck in Cairo. Outrageous

@PostOffice the Leuchars post office has been without label-printing facilities for at least a week. Can you advise on how long this might take to resolve please? They’ve had IT out to ‘fix’ it but still no joy after quite a while now.

Was just reminded of Poste Restante / General Delivery. That is a service that I have used in a dozen cities when travelling but not in last 30 years. Does anyone ever use Poste Restante nowadays? #postoffice #snailmail
