    @PostOffice @shell @FirstUtilitySL I want to tell the world these companies are absolute bastards to deal with in a crisis. House burns down and these all chased me for months wanting payments for a home I wasnt even allowed to enter. I’m spreading the word.

    My mum is witnessing the standard behaviour South of the wall unfortunately. I can never pay my scottish money into my bank account at @PostOffice as they refuse it.

    @PostOffice should have never moved there CC customers to JAJA, it’s ruining the @PostOffice rep...JAJA customer service is crap - would have been better to move them to the @CapitalOne PO card 😡😡

    @PostOffice broadband is as bad as the customer service! No callback from a manager, cutoff when being transferred to customer service and charging me to leave for broadband that drops everyday - I know there is nothing you can do as it’s @TalkTalk provided

    @PostOffice I'm unable to login to my internet banking since two weeks have tried reaching customer care which seems not working at all. Each time we call that number it either disconnect or its not a working number. I'm highly disappointed and dissatisfied with your services.

    @PostOffice If you guys don't have a customer support number neither you have customer support chat then how would we reach you guys to get the issue resolved it has been 2 weeks now and still the issue persist. How and when would the issue be solved. Why does it take such a long time.

    @crystalmonsters If the address on the item itself is correct it will still be delivered to the intended address. If an incorrect address was marked on the receipt it won't affect the delivery. We're a separate company to @PostOffice who you'd need to contact about the service in branch. >Mayah

    @PostOffice 08001697500 I have dialed number it's not in sure and if you have mistakenly given 0800 , I have also tried using this number by dailing 1800 169 7500 but it's not a valid number, you guys don't have a customer service number where a custom can call and resolve the issue ???????

    @PostOffice good morning, I returned an item at the post office nearly 2 weeks ago and have lost my receipt which confirmed my tracking number. I can confirm the date and time I went into the post office, are you able to help locate this please? #sittingbourne

    @PostOffice Queensway, London - possibly the worst run shop in the world. Always a 15 to 30 minute queue. Rarely more than two people working with five or six kiosks left empty with no staff around. Sort it out
