@PostOffice Hi, I need help to find out my parcel update. It was marked as “Item Retention” yesterday and it hasn’t been updated today. @RoyalMailHelp isn’t replying (helpful) and the Royal Mail number keeps hanging up on me. It’s a birthday present so I need to arrive today.

It's terrible they do this in the first place but then I can't believe how bad the customer service is when they are clearly at fault. And why is this so common with their company?! @RoyalMail or @PostOffice needs to stop associating with them

@PostOffice I have a delivery that was due yesterday, it’s now scheduled for today when I tracked it, but as I attempt to leave notes on a safe place to leave the parcel, it’s only letting me save this for delivery tomorrow. Please advise/send a number for customer services

@siany_d @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp No. But you can’t expect the public to know. If I buy something at a shop & it’s fault it goes back to the shop. All I said was your customer service team could have contact the relevant people - shorten initiative & tried to resolve the problem. Not pass the buck

… or she wouldn’t accept it. She acted like I was stupid. Can you please clarify. What is the point of doing it all digitally only to have to waste time in the @PostOffice writing out another one? Thank you.
