Had to write a cheque the other day, no idea where my cheque book is so got a postal order instead. £35 postal order cost me £39.80!!!! WTF!! Why does it cost so much? Surely a £35 postal order should be £35 or something like a £1 processing fee max @PostOffice #ripoff

@IndiaPostOffice employees of this post office are very careless with their work duty. I have faced this problem every times with me and people of my locality. Postman call post from postoffice or they undeliver the post with address not traceable. Location pin code: 243701

@PostOffice Would be nice... Was supposed to pick up my Dollars up for my trip to USA this week, and all i'm getting from sub post office is it still showing pending as their system down. Will never exchange with the PO again. Edit, just rang the PO, (now mon) syst still down and no dollars

@PostOffice got winter insurance through you (via Csal) their service has been appalling. Waited 10 months 4 them 2 pay on a claim, hospital threatening 2 sue us,& now they haven’t paid the additional costs incurred from them not paying in the first place. Outrageous.

@PostOffice Two weeks after a promised refund for a travel money card that didn’t arrive ( and hundreds of calls to customer services) …… my bank account is still £753.90 missing! Each person I have spoken to has given me a different answer to why this is!

Customer service is terrible everywhere, @PostOffice in @westfieldlondon people are fighting, shouting & swearing because there’s no staff. It’s not staff shortages it’s corporate greed & it’s getting on everyone’s nerves

@luisagottardo1 @Telegraph Also my commute is now 10 seconds, not an hour. I don't have to worry about my cats not being fed for 8-10 hours at a time when the other half's shifts cross over with mine. Also we've never missed a package being delivered for 2 years so we don't make trips to the postoffice
