@JonMathias8 @ChrisNJWilliams @PostOffice What happens when there's an imminent bank collapse? We've had them frequently before. There's the usual run on the bank/building society to get all your cash out. If there's no cash your money will just sink with the bank. My mam lost £33,000 in 1993, never got a penny back.

@BarclaysUKHelp It doesn't warrant a complaint it is just a minor annoyance for something that should be so simple... if only when you lined up the corners of the cheque and it took the picture it stayed in the same orientation it would be fine... 27 attempts later...📷🙃saved by @PostOffice !

@TTMP83499272 @BikeAndBoatUK @PostOffice Why then are some staff doing it & not others at the same PO?It's a req'ment and no-one should be have to insist on something that is their right as a customer.The 'gripe' should be with the Royal Mail not the customer. The customer is still paying for postage.
