@PostOffice THE SERVICE AT THE POST OFFICE IS MEDIOCRE. ON 12/19/22 I MAILED AN ENVELOPE TO ISRAEL AND GOT IT BACK ON 12/23/22 AT MY HOME IN FLORIDA. THE ENVELOPE HAS NOT YET BEEN MAILED. A HUMAN CALAMITY IN THAT GOV. OFFICE. WROTE A LETTER TO WASHIN, DC TO SHARE MY FRUSTRATION.

@PostOffice your Barnstaple branch inside @WHSmith is a joke, staffing levels have been next to nothing for months now, 1 person working, no self service available, just spent best part of 30 mins waiting and moved up 2 people. Left with the parcel I went in to send.

@PostOffice #royalmail just received more Xmas cards today, a once great institution now almost completely unreliable for a while now. I suspect that's what the bosses want, to do away with a daily postal service
