@PostOffice Yes, from a post office I use more often. I'm a bit mystified as to why she couldn't find Guernsey on her PO computer - i had a full address/post code and she could find Jersey. The second post office had no problem at all and never has with other parcels

@PostOffice @PostOffice email sent yesterday and still no phone line or idea from yourselves as to when this will be made live, meanwhile an 89 year old single female is paying for a service she does not have and more importantly than that is still unable to contact anyone in emergencies

@scalesjason @RoyalMail @PostOffice Yes, there’s a lesson somewhere. Although ordering something in the first week of December on guaranteed next day, you can accept a few days delay. Hopefully it’ll be here before Christmas.. Or.. they should withdraw the service & focus on clearing the backlog.

@PostOffice vulnerable Grandparents in their 80s now without broadband for 5 WEEKS! 3x engineers have investigated on site but still no internet connection! Support team extremely unhelpful.. how do we reach a resolution??

@joeyconc @RoyalMail @PostOffice I think your latter point is a big issue. Even today they say its fine but now guaranteed to 4pm instead of 1pm and their social is saying minimal delays to 1st Class services. It just isn't true. I literally did majority of my Christmas shopping this past week, here's hoping!!

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thanks for your response. Despite my comment I stupidly posted a further parcel on Tuesday 8th Dec ,1st class next day delivery costing £15.80. Mon 14 Dec, still not arrived. What a pathetic service!!

@PostOffice And that simplistic attitude, in denial of problems, closed to solutions, no ambition and no aspirations - and blaming others for their own IT failures - is why Post Office is not fit for use.

@PostOffice Don't want to say: 1st PO usually brilliant, and have used 2nd in past without any problem. That's why I was so curious this time - and disappointed, of course.
